I loved how close the beach was! Everything we needed was here and we absolutely loved this place. From the room to the pool everything was great. We definitely vacation here again

Wonderful location… within walking distance to so many places. The pool was clean and perfect temperature! Rooms were clean and had everything necessary.The only thing I would suggest is the bedroom screen needs fixing!

Great location

This was our first time but it won't be our last. Great location that was in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and very inviting. Loved this trip and we will be back!

4th of July mini vacation

Whenever I go on vacation in the United States, I like to go to the Ana Maria Bradenton area, and I've been to several different places, but the truth is, this new place I found—this condo is really good. The price is quite affordable, and I loved the location. The apartment looks great, has everything, and the pool is fantastic. It's centrally located, next to everything, and one block from the beach.

Location was great! I feel like I was charged extra booking thru VRBO because immediately after booking, I received an email from Vacasa Rental with one price which was lower than price charged under VRBO. Any issues I had, it was Vacasa that came to take care of issue, not owner of property or VRBO. Pool had stains at bottom not happy about. Steps need repaired. Safety issue!!

4th of July mini Vacation.

Whenever I go on Vacation in the USA, I like to go to the Ana Maria Island, Bradenton area, Cortez, and I've been to several different places, but the truth is, this new place I found-this Condo is really good. The apartment is the perfect size and in the perfect location. Many restaurants, the beach and other things to do within walking distance. The apartment has all necessary amenities and it was comfortable and clean for my husband and I.

Great location

The location was perfect for walking to the beach and dinner/ downtown area. The bed in the unit was the worst though. Not sure if we would stay in this same unit again due to that.

Great vacation

The condo was clean and the perfect size and location. The parking is more than enough for a golf cart and a car. You can walk everywhere and everyone who was staying/living there was very friendly. We will stay there again.

Great location

We had a wonderful time. Property was clean and well equipped. Location was perfect. Could easily walk to beach and Bridge St. which was a fun spot. I would address 2 things that would have made it even better. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom. Also the screened porch was very unappealing. It would have been lovely to have a table and chairs to sit at if we wanted to eat out there.

Great Place, Great Stay

Loved the unit, exceptionally clean. In 2 minutes you can sit in the soft white sands of the beach or at once of the many local restaurants. The unit has been upgraded from the picture in the posted rental pictures and we would love to come back again, however, as an older couple, the stairs were a challenge for carrying suit cases, groceries, our ourselves after a long day at the beach.

Nice condo close to everything

Nice condo, located close to shops,restaurants and beach. Space was clean and orderly, Kitchen was under stocked, condo needs more storage space in bedroom and bathroom. Bed and sofa are in need of replacing. It is located up 28 steps on the 3rd floor, not a bad hike up, but elderly or handicapped may have issues.

Great Rental, Awesome Location

This rental is awesomely located on Anna Marie Island and is next to the boardwalk which has plenty of food and shops. It’s also just a few blocks away from the beach which (during our stay) was not nearly as crowded as a lot of the other beaches in the area. The rental itself is really nice and felt very homey. There are enough basic appliances to get you set up and all are in good condition. Information was pretty clearly presented about the rental and its policies. The only issue was a couple of dark corners that had not been fully cleaned and the outside walkways being especially dirty. I would definitely recommend this rental to someone wanting a conveniently located and beautiful stay on Anna Maria Island.
