Cette magnifique maison est située dans une crique privée du lac Shasta.
Cette maison a tout. L'intimitĂ© de la crique vous permet d'amarrer votre bateau Ă  la maison en toute sĂ©curitĂ©. Il est Ă©galement idĂ©al pour la pĂȘche, la natation ou tout simplement se dĂ©tendre sur l'eau. La cour arriĂšre a trois niveaux qui descendent vers l'eau. Ce joyau est si beau et paisible qu'il est un endroit idĂ©al pour organiser des rĂ©unions de famille et des retraites.

Sortez de votre balcon et profitez chaque jour d'une vue imprenable. La nuit, détendez-vous autour du grand foyer sous les étoiles. AprÚs une longue journée de plaisir, plongez dans le bain à remous jacuzzi pour une détente totale. Faites un barbecue sur votre propre terrasse privée ou détendez-vous dans votre propre salle de loisirs, avec table de billard, table de poker, bar, T. V. et jeux pour les enfants. Notre cuisine gastronomique et notre grande table de salle à manger peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 14-16 personnes. C'est un endroit idéal pour se réunir pour des repas en famille ou des réunions.

This house was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate our Dad's 75th birthday. It has everything you need. Big lawn for an outdoor movie night, pool, beautiful views & space for everyone. The lake level this time of year was low, but the launch ramp at Sugarloaf is very close & has a nice day use area. We'd love to come back earlier in the season to have lake access available during our stay. The host checked in on us & made sure all our needs were met.

This house was a good fit for our families. The pool made all the difference. The lake was close enough to keep the boats in the water which was super nice. The house needs some TLC as far as furniture goes some couches and beds could be replaced. Extra cleaning could also be done especially in the kitchen cupboards.

The house in general is nice but is not well taken care of. There were cobwebs and numerous things broken throughout. Hot water was only available in one of the showers. Hot tub only heated to 97 degrees. Sleeping arrangements are not accurately portrayed. "Sleeps 20" means 2 cots and a double mattress on the floor in a tiny closet. Furniture is old and also in need of repair. Owner has a list of things in non working order and said she is fixing them. Overpriced for the amount of issues.

Repeat big group renters

Perfect place for big group of 16. We have rented this place twice now and have had a great time both stays! Has everything for a big grout of guys or a few families. Everything is just nice enough to not worry about breaking something. Pool is too cold for October though. A heated pool would make the place even better. We will probably be back a some point.

Relaxing getaway

Be prepared to enjoy some R & R! House is great and backyard is beautiful! We loved the view and didn’t want to leave ! Close to 2 Marinas for launching or renting a boat like we did. Hot tub was a highlight at night to just sit back and enjoy the night sky ! This could be our go to place !

Excellent place to spend quality time with large groups

We were a large group with 20+ people had a vacation planned at Saundra's Lake Front Treasure. It's an excellent place with all the amenities. Every one enjoyed their stay till the last the minute. Though it was cold outside and couldn't go around to see places, people were more than happy to stay inside the house. The house is at a beautiful location. I would love to come back to this place again during summer and I am sure, it'll be even more enjoyable experience. And Saundra was very helpful right from the beginning throughout our stay. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Huge Disappointment

Pros: The inside of the house was clean. The maintenance guy and pool guy were wonderful and did their best to save our vacation. Cons: House is in a run down very sad neighborhood. The house itself is very rundown and poorly maintained inside and out. We were absolutely shocked to learn it is only ten years old. Everyone's' guess was 35-40 years. The furniture is old and broken down. Outdoor furniture was obviously left out for the winter, tattered and mildewed. Doors and windows don't function. Only one lamp in the living room and switch on it did not work. Nothing in the house seemed to function as it should and quality is poor.At this price point it should be exceptional. For us the worst situation was the pool. We discussed on no less than four occasions before arriving, IN WRITING, that the pool would be cleaned and functional, and that we would have pool heat. We even discussed the cost and how this extra cost would be paid. We were shocked to find a completely filthy pool, pool area and what appeared to be a long non-functioning pool heater. We immediately contacted the owners who placed blame on the pool guy and maintenance guy. To their credit these men came to the house and worked for four days trying to get the pool usable and the outdoor areas usable. We were told the pool heater hadn't functioned in six years. They were unaware guests were even going to be there. Due to this we were able to use the pool only one day of our stay. This could have all been avoided if the owners had been honest when I first contacted them and asked " will the pool be cleaned and open?" and "can the pool be heated?" Another shocking situation arose one afternoon when a man and women who stated they were the property managers arrived. They wanted to go through the house to gain access to the garage to "look for a basketball ". We were either being checked up on or cased. Very unprofessional. Non of this was ever satisfactorily resolved. Lack of concern by the owners is notable, we were never contacted and our attempts to contact the owners ignored. We have rented vacation homes across the US and abroad many times. With the exception of a few minor hiccups we have had great luck and have not been disappointed. Our luck ran out with this rental.

Beautiful Home

We stayed at this rental for my mother’s 70th birthday. When we pulled up the house was even more stunning then the pictures. The kids thought it was a mansion. The kitchen was big and had a lot of supplies to cook with. We even baked a cake. The bedrooms had newer mattresses (at least the one I slept on). The gaming room is a bit smaller then we thought it was going to be but it was still plenty of space. My kids rarely left it (this was huge). The lake was extremely low so we did not get to enjoy that but the pool and spa were great! Due to the lake being so low it did open up a a great opportunity to hike around. We are hoping to return next year!

Great place for friends to gather.

We stayed with four other couples and had a great time at this property. The pool is great for staying cool. The outdoor gathering places were very nice. The kitchen is big, clean, and fun to work in while visiting from the dining area. The table fits 12 people and the living room is very comfortable. It is well stocked and Saundra was easily reached when we wanted the hot tub serviced, he came the same day. Unfortunately, due to the low water level in CA, there wasn’t any water in view. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Beautiful space!

The area this property is on is absolutely gorgeous. The house is incredibly spacious and had plenty of sleeping space for our group. The back yard has tons of seating and a great view for the sunset!

Great location, plenty of space

We had a great time staying at this beautiful house, there were plenty of parking space and lots of room for the group stay. One thing we noticed the pots and cooking wares were old and furniture and some mattresses were in need for an upgrade. Overall the property was clean, and we will stay at this place again.

Gathering Oasis

The Pool made this property an Oasis in this current drought. The Kitchen was perfect for our Annual Family gathering The additional Referigator and additional island sink made our group cooking a pleasure. The Kitchen Table was large enough for ALL to eat together and play games as well.

Great floor plan!

We had a large group for a week at the lake. The layout of this home it ideal—lots of bedrooms & bathrooms as well as 2 large gathering rooms. The large kitchen, big island & long table accommodates a lot of people. They have 2 fridges, a wide selection of pans & bowls, good knives & all the necessary serving utensils. We appreciated the many towels & bed linens. The pool & decks are so refreshing after a day in the sun. We also appreciated the large long driveway for boat trailers. The house is well thought out & obviously used by the owner. They have all the necessities. It’s close to the stores & marina. The lake was low but still had a great view. The home is a little worn & tired—it could use a little TLC, but otherwise a great home.

Family Getaway

This was a great space for us to meet up with our five adult children and their significant others. Lots of room to spread out. The pool was a welcome getaway from the triple digit heat! There are a few things that need some updating, and the A/C struggled to keep the downstairs cool (but...again...it was triple digit heat outside). We also loved walking down to the Basshole Brewery for beverages and food (about a 10 minute walk). Overall, we could not have asked for a better space to spend time with our family.
