If you want to spend time at the beach with convenience of your rental within an easy walk, this is your place. Don’t get me wrong. The accommodations are very nice with a comfortable bed and good pillows. The shower is ample size in the living area is very comfortable.

Accessibility

You are just a short walk away from the beach and shops of Seaside. We were greeted almost immediately by a representative who explained all the passes and such, which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Love S’more cottage

This was the second time my sister and I rented the cottage as we absolutely love it! Great location and the space is just enough for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting S'More- we liked it so much in 2023, we rented it again for 2024. I'd like to rent it for 2025, but I'm hesitant due to some issues this year. Overall it's a great cottage - you can't beat the location in terms of proximity to the beach and the center of Seaside. And the customer service provided by Homeowner's Collection is very responsive. The cottage is well-kitted out and clean, but it is starting to show signs of wear - the sofa is stained, there places where the paint could be touched up (especially in the main bathroom), and the mattress has gotten mushy. But most troubling was the refrigerator - it's just not reliable. The temperature rose precipitously to 62 degrees upon opening and stocking it. While the temperature did normalize to 37 degrees, it took more than 12 hours, during which time we had to buy a cooler and ice to keep some items from spoiling. After 24 hours, the temperature rose again and never fell below 54 degrees again. It also was incredibly noisy and sounded like it was struggling to run. We had issues with this refrigerator in 2023 as well, but not this badly. I think it needs to be replaced and a repairman who visited while we were there said it was not functioning properly.I'm torn sharing this negative feedback because we do like this cottage, we do like Homeowner's Collection and we enjoy the included bicycle rental ...

Weekend getaway stay at S'More

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend getaway to Seaside and loved our stay at S'More. As soon as we walked in, my wife commented how cute and charming this cottage was. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Clean and updated. Great location, just across 30A, and down the pavilion steps to the beach, or short walk to main Seaside area, and a short walk to a nice adult pool. Homeowners Collection the management company was excellent. Gave us all the info we needed, checked on our stay, and made our experience that much nicer.

Perfect getaway!!

My daughter and I stayed at S’mores just recently and it was absolute perfection. I came into this trip not knowing much about 30A but this was the BEST location!!! So close to absolutely everything. We were able to walk everywhere and the beach is right across the street. We will most definitely be back!!! ❀❀

Just right for two!

Booking through Homeowner’s Collection Vacation Rentals was easy, efficient and they were responsive to all inquiries. The cottage is small but functional. Perfect location to the main square and close to the beach! The pullout sofa is not usable (mattress in poor condition), but it didn’t impact our stay. Definitely recommend!
