Détente maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain nichée parmi les palmiers sur le majestueux Caney Creek à Sargent, Texas. Bienvenue à Palm Haven! Profitez de la pêche sur le vaste quai lumineux équipé d'une nouvelle station de nettoyage de poisson de première classe ou apportez vos jumelles et observez certains des plus grands observateurs d'oiseaux de la côte du golfe! La cour arrière tentaculaire est idéale pour les jeux familiaux et les barbecues.

La salle de jeux est parfaite pour divertir les enfants avec du baby-foot, des jeux de société ou un film à l'intérieur. Quand la nuit tombe, les adultes peuvent prendre le contrôle de la table de poker de la salle de jeu avec des cartes et des jetons de poker tandis que d'autres se prélassent sur le confortable canapé et profitent d'un film dans le salon spacieux alors que l'odeur délicieuse de pop-corn frais éclaté remplit la maison de l'ancienne Machine à popcorn!

Tout le monde se rassemble dans la cuisine et celui-ci est assez grand pour que toute la famille puisse participer et préparer les prises de la journée! La cuisine offre un comptoir abondant, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers et tout ce dont le cuisinier de la famille a besoin pour concocter un repas gastronomique! Le vaste bar assis est ouvert sur la salle à manger et le salon pour cette sensation de concept ouvert.

Dans la chambre principale, réveillez-vous chaque matin pour admirer la vue sur le ruisseau depuis le lit king-size soigneusement aménagé avec une literie Tommy Bahama. Tout en écoutant les bateaux passer, détendez-vous avec un livre sur le futon confortable qui sert également de couchage supplémentaire dans la chambre principale. Le maître a sa propre salle de bain et douche privées.

Une deuxième chambre colorée a 3 lits jumeaux parfaits pour les enfants. La troisième chambre sereine est décorée dans des tons bleus doux et dispose d'un autre lit king-size confortable idéal pour un deuxième couple ou une escapade tranquille pour une sieste l'après-midi. Une deuxième salle de bain complète joliment décorée au bout du couloir est partagée par les deux autres chambres.

Vous trouverez un grand parking devant et sur le côté de la maison. L'allée a été soigneusement conçue avec des bateaux et des remorques à l'esprit pour faciliter les manœuvres. Il y a aussi un parking de l'autre côté de la rue, si nécessaire.

Palm Haven est situé dans la communauté restreinte aux actes de Caney Creek Haven. Il y a une rampe de bateau privée à seulement deux minutes en voiture de la route à la disposition de tous les clients.

Un court trajet en bateau de 15 minutes depuis votre quai privé vous amènera à l'un des nombreux camps d'appâts locaux. Voyager pendant quelques minutes vous emmènera dans des restaurants locaux, une aventure au large dans le golfe du Mexique ou une pêche dans la baie de renommée mondiale dans la baie d'East Matagorda.

We enjoyed our stay at this home and would book again. The host answered emails promptly, provided good directions to find the home, easy entry access to the home. The home was very clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with many kitchen items if you’re planning to cook. Puzzles and games for the kids. It was pet friendly with a big fenced in backyard. Dock was great for fishing, with lights for night fishing. Definitely booking again.

Love this place

This is our go to place when we go to Sargent. We have stayed a few times here and it is always a pleasure. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Long Weekend

Everything was perfect for our family Birthday and Father’s Day Celebration Weekend. The accommodations and attention to detail was the best we’ve had at a rental property. We hope to return soon!

Love this house

Everything about our stay was perfect. They provide everything you need for a great get away. They have the best little coffee bar and love the extras they put in the bathrooms. They provide little things to make you feel special and welcome. We have stayed before and already have our next trip in July booked.

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

This house is amazing! They really thought of everything to make it feel like home. Gorgeous inside and out, I didn't want to leave! Kids especially loved the game room and popcorn machine, plus fishing on the dock. I will be staying here again in the near future =)

Great Cozy House on Caney Creek

Lovely house with everything you'll ever need. Cozy with a beautiful fenced yard! Great dock, big enough to actually move around and fish and bar to sit and chat! Caught lots of crabs and had a crab feast Thank you for sharing your your home with us. Great house!!

Friends & Family Getaway

This property was so nice. The home was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. The backyard was so nice and shaded with a nice breeze. The view of the water was beautiful, and the fishing pier was perfect! We had so much fun and did some much needed relaxing too! The owners were so nice and easy to contact. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Getaway!

This property was awesome! Owners were so kind and accommodating! Property was very clean and well taken care of. The backyard was a little oasis on the water! We were able to catch some crab in the crab traps, fish on the dock and kayak! Inside included so many extras like bath products and a popcorn machine to make the stay extra special! Would definitely recommend staying here! The owners will definitely go out if their way to take care of you!!!

Family decompression time

First time to Sargent and this place set the bar high for potential future stays in the area. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking on site. House was inviting and provided all the extras a traveler may forget. Nice sized fenced backyard with a deck on the creek, good for fishing and crabbing. Beach access about 15 minutes down the road & over the bridge. Host was amazing & timely with the occasional assistance we needed.

Creek life!

We had a fabulous time at palm haven. The house was nice and clean. They provide extras to make the stay that much more enjoyable. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. The kids loved the game room with candy machines and popcorn machine. The poker table was great for them to play games on. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this house.

Short Getaway

We came to the property for a short spring break vacation. There was plenty of space for all seven of us even with the size of the house. Debbie made sure we had everything that we needed for the trip. The kids loved the swing out back and the game room, which was a pleasant surprise. The guys had a great time fishing out on the large dock. The only thing I would suggest is a handheld shower head for the second bathroom. The shower was a little tight for some of the adults, and I think that would help. All in all the family had a great time!

Loved our stay

the house was perfect for 3 couples. one of the best set up vacation rental homes we have ever stayed in. the kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had everything you could possibly need. loved the poker table and popcorn maker that we put to good use. The home has been updated nicely and is decorated very well. king bed in main bedroom was very comfortable with great pillows and sheets. our favorite part of the stay was sitting out on the lawn in the shade near the water. so peaceful and relaxing. I caught about a 15 lb black drum. What fun it was to reel it in! We will be back. Great hosts. no complaints.

Awesome Property

This was the perfect place for our fishing vacation. The house was wonderful! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, tons of comfortable seating with sectional seating in the living room, a game room, and the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a long time. We brought our own boat and fished one day with a local guide (who just happened to live right done the street - literally two minutes away), and then fished a second day on our own. There was room in front, and beside the house for parking the boat - and several other vehicles. There is a neighborhood boat ramp just up the road, which was great, and we tied up the boat to the dock at the house - very convenient . We fished East Matagorda Bay and did pretty good considering it was windy and the bay was a little muddy - 7 good speckled trout, tons of smaller redfish, gafftop, hardheads, and two sharks, one 2' hammerhead, and one 3' blacktip. Not a lot of keepers, but fun with something pulling on the line most of the time. Back at the house we relaxed outside on the dock. One of us fished off the dock for a little while and caught a small trout but we were pretty tired from fishing the bay, so I can't give a report on fishing from the house - that said, there were lights at night and seemed to be a lot of activity out there. All-in-all this was a great trip. The house has everything you would need, we loved the decoration, is super clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, "cool," and relaxing. There were lots of games and activities that we didn't have time to utilize, but we will definitely be back and bring the kids next time. This place is a gem!

The host thought of every detail! The moment we walked into the house we knew it was the right choice. From the beds, complementary coffee bar, WiFi, fishing, games, I could keep going, everything was perfect! The host is amazing and very friendly. We fished, we crabbed, we relaxed, we will be back. 🙂

The Best Get Away.

I found this location and feel in love with it not knowing that it belongs to the same owner's as the previous Beach House we rented last year,you have to see this beautiful waterfront, it's amazing.

Palm Haven Paradise

In Sargent for the first time to do some night fishing from the dock. Unfortunately Mother Nature had other ideas. Recent flooding had the dock under water until our last day there. We still managed to enjoy quality family time. The home was one of the best we’ve rented. Comfy beds, gorgeous outdoor space. Very relaxing! The owners were gracious and accommodating. Planning to return soon!

Peaceful Getaway

We really enjoyed staying here! Deb and Andrew have clearly put a ton of effort and thought into the property and we had everything we needed. If you don't fish there isn't a whole lot to do in Sargent, but we really enjoyed just relaxing while there. The house was clean, the kitchen well-stocked, and the beds were really comfortable. The real draw for us was the giant backyard with the dock and fire pit though!

Great place to relax.....

Great place to just relax and get away from it all. Beautiful house with a well maintained and relaxing yard, a great fishing dock and fish cleaning station. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We frequent AirBNB's/VRBO's and this is by far the most well appointed and accommodating property we've stayed at thus far. Everything you need was provided and available for use. Definitely a must for those just looking for peace and quiet and a get-away-from-it-all trip.
