Ville d'Estes Park enregistrement # 6144. Evadez-vous dans les montagnes d'Estes Park avec le luxe et la commoditĂ© d'un centre-ville Ă  pied. L'emplacement ne peut pas ĂȘtre battu, c'est juste sur le Riverwalk et la rue principale; Vous pourrez vous rendre Ă  pied aux boutiques, restaurants et galeries d'art de la rue principale d'Estes Park.

Le porche privé donne sur la riviÚre et vous pouvez passer l'aprÚs-midi à écouter le bruit de la riviÚre ou à vous amuser dans le parc national des Montagnes Rocheuses et finir la journée avec une bouchée. Presque tous les restaurants d'Estes sont accessibles depuis cet endroit .

Ce loft luxueux et calme au coeur de la ville a des plafonds de 12 pieds, un foyer au gaz chaud, des lumiÚres du ciel et beaucoup de lumiÚre, une salle de bain complÚte avec un énorme jacuzzi, des comptoirs en granit et une grande terrasse privée donnant sur la promenade de la riviÚre.

Vous constaterez que ce loft est trĂšs calme avec une vue imprenable sur une colline, vous vous sentirez Ă  des kilomĂštres tout en vous relaxant dans ce joyau tranquille et si vous ĂȘtes chanceux, vous verrez un troupeau de wapitis marchant Ă  flanc de colline. Le salon, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine font partie d'un espace ouvert et ensoleillĂ©. Le bĂątiment est sĂ©curisĂ© et sĂ»r avec quelques boutiques mignonnes et un spa juste en dessous. En plus du lit queen dans la chambre, nous avons un lit escamotable (lit mural) pour les invitĂ©s supplĂ©mentaires avec un matelas trĂšs confortable.

Estes Park est à seulement une heure et demie de route au nord-ouest de Denver, Estes Park offre de nombreux festivals, restaurants, galeries d'art, boutiques, golf, tennis, salles de concert, musées et propriétés historiques comme le grand Stanley Hotel.

Rocky Mountain National Park est Ă  seulement quelques miles de la route et a 350 miles de sentiers de randonnĂ©e couvrant les montagnes les plus facilement accessibles, immaculĂ©es aux États-Unis. Perfect! That's what it was. From the most comfortable bed, to the relaxation on the balcony overlooking the river, to the place being stocked with just about everything you'd need. Best of all, it was within walking distance to both ends of Estes Park so it made exploring so easy. Stacey was the perfect host and great at communicating. Without a doubt, we'll stay there again.

Great loft, even greater location! The rental was very well stocked, warm and inviting. Great porch right over the river, oversized couch to relax after long days exploring the area and an absolutely wonderfully comfortable king size bed. The location makes it the perfect home base. It allows for easy walk ability to downtown shopping and dining, while just a short commute to access the park.

Check in document had all the information we needed, very thorough and helpful. The home itself was clean and perfect, outstanding location, and bigger than we expected. We have spent several weekends in Estes Park over the last 20 years or so, and this is by far the best. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice place. Close to the Main Street in town but facing the stream not the noisy street. Sitting on the deck with a cold drink after a day of hiking was very pleasant and yet we were still walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Trip to Rocky Mountain National Park

Excellent location with easy access to the park, many dining choices, and shopping. Very quiet. Deck next to creek was very relaxing. We will definitely recommend to all our friends and would stay again.

Bright and clean condo in downtown Estes

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! We particularly loved the location - parking was super convenient behind the building and we could walk everywhere. Laundry is always appreciated. The condo was very bright and clean, also quiet. Checkin was tricky as the key pad to the main exterior door of the building was not working (and only intermittently worked throughout our stay) but we just brought the key everywhere with us, and got in easily that way. The Murphy bed in the front room was fun, but it should be noted there are NO window coverings so either whoever sleeps here needs to be an early riser, enjoy being awoken by the sun, or have a really good eye mask to block out all of the bright light.

This is a lovely condo right in the heart of downtown, and a fantastic location to make as base camp for visiting RMNP. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the babbling river.

This place is great!

This is a roomy, modern loft sort of interior, that is on the very end of Elkorn Ave. There is a huge king-sized bed, a spacious living/dining area, a well appointed tub/shower and a private deck that overlooks the Fall River. Parking is convenient. For being so close to down town, it was really quiet. (We did not see many elk in RMNP, but there were easily over 200 in the evening at the golf course--about a 20 minute walk away). The property manager kept in touch all along the way, and I am sure we could have contacted her if there were any issues. (There were none.) There were just the two of us,but there is also a hide-a-bed in the living area.. This is very much on our "will return to" list.

Perfect downtown location - very walkable. Condo is perfect and deck backs to river with beautiful sound of flowing water. Easy drive to RMNP or easy walk to shuttle from visitor center. Very clean, comfortable and well kept condo. Easy parking with pass provided. Highly recommend!

This condo was clean, comfortable and has a great location! Go out the front and you are steps away from shopping and dining and of course treats!! Step out back and you can relax by the river. The beds were comfortable, and the deck was a great place to enjoy the outdoors. This was a 5 star stay!

I've been living in Colorado for over 20 years, RMNP and Estes have some of the best hiking in the country and it's a quick drive from Denver.

This property was one we decided to purchase because of the location - both in town and walkable to everything and also close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Spend a day hiking in the park and come back with the ease of walking to dinner and enjoying the sound of the river rushing by this quiet condo.
