Great stay BUT.....

Just a suggestion walls are too busy with hangings. Makes the condo seem smaller. Beach still in great condition.

Awesome spot. Great beach area! One of the best in the area

Great spot. Great like home with amazing private beach area. Only reason why not a 5 is because it is listed as having washer and dryer. It does not! Lies. Also, if you need toilet paper after 5, you’re screwed. No one available after 5 and. O one to contact because no cell service.

Thank you for your review. However this Villa does have Starlink with information in kitchen wall for access. The washer and dryer is in the resort. The Welcome letter you receive lets you know if you need anything to let front desk know as well as contact through Airbnb for assistance. Again thank you for taking the time to send a review. Safe travels.

Cute clean place, however struggled with major appliances.

The villa was very cute and clean! However, we were disappointed to see a large cockroach crawl from under the stove. Also, the stove didn’t work well and neither did the ice maker or the filtered water. For this price, I would expect the appliances to be in working order. We called for the stove to be repaired but I don’t think anyone ever came.

Hello Holly, thank you for your review. We did have our maintanence personel come take a look at the stove, it is in working order just one of the knobs was in wrong position. Regarding the ice maker we will let the owners know at get this taken care of. The Villas get sprayed for bugs every month, however being so close to the water sometimes there will be a few bugs. Again thank you for coming to the villas and hope to see you again in the near future.

Great place!

We had a great time. No cell service which was a bit of a pain. The drive to the closest store (Safeway/Walmart) is 30min so take everything you need or stop before you get into CA.

Good Times

We really enjoyed this property. It was a great place on the water. The internet is the only miss leading feature. The cell service and internet is poor. We found the internet device comes from a community building across the way. If needed you can get update there but don’t expect the internet to be strong in the home. The building has pickle ball, and some indoor features and the internet is more functional by that building. Otherwise, an amazing place with a perfect location on the water.

Awesome stay

This was the perfect location for four adults and two babies. We arrived late our first night and Darcy made the arrival process very easy. The beach is so close and convenient with our kids, and we didn’t have to worry about packing up the boat to go on day trips. We will be back again, thank you Darcy!

Happy place

Well we were not happy with housekeeping, floors were filthy, bathroom toilets dirty and not sanitary. Called front office for extra towels and help with cleaning bbq, but were give unhappy response. Eventually were brought towels ,2. Never sent anyone to clean bbq. Other than that we loved the place.
VrboOwner a répondu le 5 août 2021
Hello Elizabeth, we have sent housekeeping down to Villa twice. Once to check the bathroom and provide additional towels as the owner of the Villa only provides 6 towels per stay. The housekeeper asked to freshen up the Villa and show her where it was not sanitary as it is important and mandatory that the Villa is clean for each guests. The housekeeper let me know that you only wanted the towels. As for the BBQ area we sent housekeepers down again to clean the area of the BBQ. Your guest was using the area and again was not asked to freshen the area of dust and sand. We take pride in our cleaning and have pictures of each Villa as for Covid compliance. It was unfortunate that there was a monsoon wind storm the night before your arrival. I only ask that next time you come to our Villas that when the housekeeper is sent down to freshen the area please allow her to investigate and make it right. We apologize for the inconvenience and unforeseen situation of mother nature

Family Quality Time-Disconnect from the world

My sister and I took our kids to the river to enjoy fun in the sun. It was great! Our villa was fully equipped with dishes and all! Outside grilling made for easy dinners and clean up. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful place but some lacking amenities

Ok let’s start with the bad: first this place was advertised as being in Arizona but is in fact on the California side. Had I known that we wouldn’t have stayed. It was at least 30mins to the closest gas station but the check in area did have some basic necessities for a price. The place was lacking some amenities such as more towels, dishwasher detergent and cleaning supplies. Lastly the sand on the beach is pretty rough. Ok now time for the good: This place really is incredible. The beach and proximity to the river exceeded my expectations despite the California side comment above. Darcy was so good at helping us with questions and the property was so well put together. I’m glad we ended up here and will definitely do it again.
