Beautiful, Large 3 bedroom 3 bath home right on the Riverfront with Private Dock and room for 2 boats.
Open living space all on the main floor complete with 2 dining table spaces plus bar.
All bedrooms on the 2nd floor-
Master Suite with balcony over looking the River ... you can’t beat the Sunsets from this spot
Bedroom 2 ... Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3 ... 1 double beds plus two trundle Beds
Nice patio spaces with seating areas and BBQ at front and back of house. Lots of ATV parking onsite!

This is an awesome location, the owners were easy to work with, the furniture/beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great sunset views on the river, two nice docks! The House was very nice and had everything you needed. I am going to stay there again for sure!

Great place

The house was great and was fantastic that it was on the water. The kids loved being able to jump and fish off the dock. The owners were responsive with any question that came up due to family things, that was invaluable. I would recommend this for a family or a friends get away.

Amazing Host’s and amazing home

We had an amazing time. The house was extremely clean. There’s a local boat launch which was by far the best launch ramp I have ever used. The Host Robert and his wife we amazing to deal with. Oh and the docks were awesome. Plenty of space for all your toys and even a good evening ended to the family play in the water after a long day on the water

Nice River House

Nice river house with access to docks. It reminded me of a generic track home until you looked out the windows onto the patio where you have an amazing view of the river, greenery and mountains. It was fully stocked with what ever you needed which was appreciated. Thanks again!

Good but beds were worn out and need to be replaced. Very bad sleep. Neighbors were nice but partied to much couldn’t use the patio much,

Great Home Right on the River!!

First of all Robert & Lynn were both so personable and easy to talk to, very accommodating. Such nice people. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy memorial weekend with our family right on the river. beautiful spot, big patio lots of seating. Wood for the fire-pit. Beautiful view. Great doc for your boat. Cozy home. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. Can’t say enough. Will be back again!!!!

Perfect family vacation

We love a trip to The River. We’ve stayed at several rental homes and this one was our favorite. It has all you need, it’s right on the water, with a dock, beds were comfortable and plenty of space. Price is perfect as it’s not over the top large like many of the rentals or dirty like the cheeper rentals. We are a family with 5kids and we loved that we didn’t have to leave our dog behind. We will be back

Great location on the River!

We have stayed at many places on the river and this one was great for indoor space as some are so tiny. It was very clean and air condition plus added portable coolers kept the house really cool. The patio had an awning which helps so much. More than enough outdoor furniture and the location on the river is fantastic. It's not super crowded but close to everything. The only thing that was not great was the neighbors. You share a space w just a tiny short fence separating the two homes.... they were nice but really partied and very loud outside which made it uncomfortable for us to be on the patio. That is the way it goes and is totally uncontrollable. But the property and location could not be better.
