Cette location de vacances exquise est située dans la belle région de Crystal Beach de Destin, en Floride. So Much Good comprend une maison principale et une maison d'hÎtes comprenant six chambres au total, quatre salles de bain complÚtes et des logements pour dix-sept chanceux. Faites un plongeon dans la piscine privée rafraßchissante ou détendez-vous au bord de la piscine dans une chaise longue et profitez de la brise fraßche de la plage.

So Much Good est situĂ© Ă  seulement un pĂątĂ© de maisons au nord de la Scenic Highway 98, Ă  une courte distance de la belle plage de sable blanc. Plusieurs restaurants populaires sont Ă  quelques secondes, y compris Camille Ă  Crystal Beach, qui est Ă  distance de marche. Absolutely loved the house. I definitely am thankful we heated the pool since the weather was a little cool. Perfect location and easy walk to the beach with three young children.

Great home, private pool, steps from beach!

Plenty of space and everything was clean, well cared-for. Location is great and the pool is wonderful
 better than most. Great place to stay! BYO toiletry refills and I recommend renting a golf cart as icing on the cake.

Great place to get away and relax with family and friends.

Awesome house with plenty of room for many family and friends. Conveniently located to the beach, shopping, dining and fun things for kids. The heated private pool and fenced backyard is a great place to chil if you don’t want to leave the house.

There was “So Much Good” about this place! It was a lovely home, with more than enough space, in an enchanting neighborhood so close to the beach! The pool was a delight, and management was super helpful. We had a wonderful time there.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect property for us. Everyone had a room that worked for them. The backyard was a blast 
 heated pool, ping pong table and putting green were all used! Location to beach excellent and Camille’s was great!

Great Place, great location.

Very nice place, looks exactly like the listing. Pool was good size, location is great, very private. 4 min walk to the beach. The only draw back was the size of the public beach. If you are an early riser and can set up early, no issues. But it does get crowded, quickly.

Family Getaway

Great place for a family getaway. Nice size pool in between the main house and guest house. The house was very accommodating for our family of 7 children and 8 adults. The only down side was the size of the closest public beach. Very small and crowded. When ended up having to walk or drive approximately a 1 to get to a public beach where we actually had elbow room.

Family Vacation

The place is great! We really enjoyed our family vacation at this property! The pool is awesome and we really liked the house. Only issue we had was that the beach access is public not private and it’s very small. Which means it’s really impossible to have a good seat on the beach during the summer months. If you pay so much to rent a beach house you should be able to have private beach access. So we found ourselves staying and enjoying the pool at the house instead. Walk to the beach isn’t as bad as we had thought. I would recommend not hauling too much to the beach if you’re walking it unless you have plenty of people to help carry things.

Perfect mix of relaxation and activity

We shared the house with one other family (7 people total) for Spring Break and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The house was extremely clean and was stocked with all the necessary items to make it feel like home. The location was ideal. A very short walk to the end of the street for access to the beach. We rented a golf cart for the week so we would used that to haul beach items down for the day (tent, chairs, cooler, etc.). Additionally, the house is less than 5 minutes from the grocery store, shopping, pharmacy, etc. It's also in a residential beach neighborhood so it's just quiet enough so you don't feel like you're right in the middle of all the touristy and commercial hustle and bustle. In regards to dining options we REALLY liked the wood fire pizza options from Pazzo Italiano and breakfast at Camille's around the corner.

5 day stay

The air on the 1st floor is poor. It stays extremely hot on that level making it impossible to cook without making it hotter! The master bedroom needs a different headboard hit the wall while turned BG over in your sleep. Had to use floor fans the entire time just to make it somewhat comfortable in the house. The pool was great. Table outside needs to be replaced falling apart, grill outside needs to be replaced inside by burners broken. The place needs some work on several areas.

Overall experience very nice. The house has the potential to be a 10 but needs a little upkeep. Unfortunately I think the shortage of workers was part of the issue. A few things broken and in need of repair and replacement. When we called management they responded quickly, but I felt the issues should have been addressed before arrival. Example 2 badly broken lounge chairs, broken shades. Once again want to stress we would stay again it is a very nice house overall. Thank you

Close to the beach and Commons and Camilles

We loved the location. Nice big property and house. It could have been cleaner. There was broken glass on the floor in the laundry room when we checked in. There were a few items of disrepair; a broken chair, broken off shower handle, hole in the blinds, the oven is out of calibration (increase temp by about 25 degrees.) We received a call from the manager that we were being too loud at THREE O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON. Boo!!! The listing says there is a twin trundle in the bunk room but it is a queen bed. If you stay, there are plenty of serving bowls, everyday plates and bowls, flatware and knives. Bring a good frying pan. There is a water dispenser in the refrigerator--we did not find it until the third day. Super helpful.

Convenient Location

The overall stay was good and we did enjoy our time, but I wish I knew the following. The check-in process was so easy and they were very quick to respond to a request. They sent reminders (which was great!) The property management company is one of the most attentive. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with and plenty of dinnerware. The keurig has to have the handle held down the entire time you brew (took me awhile to figure out what was wrong). Bring everything you will need to cook with (spices,etc), extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent (they only give you a couple) so you don’t have to buy them while there. This may have been in the instructions and I missed it. The home is walking distance to the beach which was great. The part I didn’t know prior is the section of beach available is a very small strip as the hotels have private beaches on both sides. If you don’t get there early there will be little to no room. We visited during Fall Break, so I can’t imagine what high season would be like. We picked this home because of the location, pool and fun outdoor activities they have in the backyard. The kids loved playing ping pong and that was nice to have. We didn’t opt to heat the pool but should have as it was very cold and never used. There was someone at the house everyday (lawn care, pool service, pest company)

Absolutely loved the property. It was located in a great area. Very short walk to the beach.

Spacious house in a great location, short walk to the beach. Only down fall the kitchen didn't have a lot of pots for cooking. We had 17 people and wanted to cook in and didn't have a pot big enough for chili. Also the jets in the master bath tub didn't work.

The location is convenient to the beach and shopping The only issue is the parking is a little tricky if you have 4 vehicles. The sleeping arrangements are very good if you have 6-8 young kids In the group

Perfect beach house for family.

Love the location and area. Awesome short walk to the beach. House is very clean and roomy for our family. Would definitely stay here again.
