We fly down to New Smyrna Beach quite often, we have family there. We have stayed in this unit before, we try to check availability on this villa when we come down. We love this villa, very clean, very comfortable in a quiet laid back atmosphere. Beds are very comfortable.

Great location with a few issues

Overall the stay was good however, the listing said there would be a grill and there was not. We called to get one which was not easy but they finally did deliver one. Also, when we arrived there was some cereal on the floor. We easily cleaned it up but thought it shouldn't have been there in the first place. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Everything fine

Everything was ok and as listed. Only minus point was the very loud AC/heating system, which kept us from sleeping. Since we were there during cold weather, turning it off was not an option.

Great customer service

The villa was not clean when we entered it. Ocean Properties, who manages the property, was quick to remedy the cleanliness of the home the moment we called. We were very happy with their customer service, quick response and thorough cleaning job once called. The place is very nicely upgraded and the atrium inside the home is calming. It really is a beautiful home. The king bed and pillows could be upgraded.
