Belle deux chambres et deux salles de bains appartement pour 5 personnes WiFi, 3 piscines, l'océan à travers la rue

Deux chambres au niveau du sol copropriété dans le magnifique complexe Sea Woods juste en face de l'océan. Cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger, salon confortable avec canapé-lit, chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen, la deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Master bain a une grande douche et bain d'invité avec douche / baignoire. Laveuse et sécheuse. Patio Nice et privé et notre condo est à quelques pas de la piscine principale. Sea Woods est juste un endroit magnifique avec 53 acres de jardins luxuriants, trois piscines avec l'un d'eux chauffée, une salle d'exercice bien équipée, un sauna et toutes les choses pour le rendre confortable. La plage sans voiture est juste une courte distance de marche et il ya des magasins et restaurants à proximité. New Smyrna Beach est à environ une heure de Orlando et toutes les grandes attractions.

Joe was great with communications, so helpful overall. His home was cozy, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Seawoods is a gem of a place to vacation with the ocean, 3 pools, pickle ball courts, bike paths for the kids, and plenty of butterflies to catch... all you could want. My folks lived here, and we have kept up the family tradition with a recent reunion visit. Thanks, Joe! mb

We were a 7 minute walk from beach and had 3 pools in the community to choose from. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Awesome Condo in NSB!

Our stay was great and Joseph was very helpful and always available. He was quick to answer questions and respond to my texts. The condo was beautiful and everything worked great! Right across from the largest pool at Sea Woods, and convenient to the beach! Enjoyed my stay here, got caught up on rest and reading! Hope to stay again sometime!

Excellent Condo in an excellent location

We would highly recommend staying at this condo. The condo was well equipped for us; from the kitchen to the linens. Being able to run some things through the wash was a bonus that many condos don't offer. It's an easy walk to the beach and the pools at the condo were a nice change when we tired of the sand. This beach town has many nice restaurants and little shops worth checking out. We paddle boarded and went to a near by state park. An awesome location for a family get away!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is lovely! It was exactly as pictured in the write up. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a tropical theme. This condo is located just a walkway from the ocean and the complex has three pools! The owner, Joseph was excellent in communicating with us. He wanted to make sure that everything was great! Great location, great property - will come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was perfect for our family beach vacation. The check in process was easy and communication was good throughout our stay. The property had everything we needed. There were towels for the beach, a few beach toys, chairs and even an umbrella (we did not use it since we had our own). The walk to the beach was easy and short. Internet was easy to connect to and was fast enough to support the days where we had a to a bit of remote work. The onsite pool was great and just a few steps from the property. We did not use the tennis courts, but they were close as well. We enjoyed the walking trails all through the neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals. The knives were sharp, and it was a rare find that there was a even kettle (since we enjoy making tea a lot it was a big plus). We hope to be able to return in future. This was a great rental. Thank you!

We enjoyed staying there. A comfortable apartment, well decorated and very clean. The location is perfect: walking distance to the beach and nearby supermarkets. Joe, the host, has prepared everything for our stay, including living and kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas as well.

Everything was great about this property except the twin bed mattresses and the pull-out couch mattress. Springs are a bit old school and quite unexpected- but otherwise fantastic in every way!

That is the first time I ever had a complaint about the bedding, If you were uncomfortable I wish you would have notified me and I would have swapped out the bedding with the other condo; communication is everything.

Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed a wonderful stay in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was very clean and well maintained. And it was in a great location, with easy access to the beach, super markets, shopping etc. Joe was very courteous and super efficient with communication, ensuring a very comfortable stay. My wife Anita and I have been bringing our family to Sea Woods for 30 years and never does anyone get tired of coming! It is a beautiful place, close to plenty of restaurants and shops so you never have to go far to get whatever you need. The car free beach is wonderful for those sunrise or sunset walks and the community is just full of friendly folks. Sea Woods is meticulously maintained and just a great place to have fun with the family and enjoy new friends.
