The communication with host was excellent. However the pictures posted about rental is very misleading. I don’t believe furniture has been updated since 20 years. Dining room chairs not stable and dirty. Refrigerator dirty. And the beds were not elevated and at floor level. Stove in kitchen was cracked from previous rental family. Was replaced on our 5th day. Thankful there was flat top griddle. We are family that eats at home & only snack at parks. Floors & carpet were nasty!

Photos do not accurately represent the condition of this house. Dirty baseboards, stains on carpet, furniture in poor condition. Dirt and hair on dining room table. Dead bird in the pool. Mold on sliding glass doors. Dried contacts on nightstand. Rental company, Magic Box Vacation, would not move us or refund our money. Said furniture was normal wear and tear and could confirm the house was professionally cleaned the day before. House has been neglected for quite some time and photos has not been updated.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations. The property was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, and our team promptly reviewed the concerns you reported. While some items, such as signs of wear on furniture and carpets, are consistent with normal wear and tear in a frequently enjoyed vacation home, we understand that guests may have different expectations. During peak seasons, larger cosmetic updates are scheduled as availability allows, and we continue to invest in improvements throughout the year. We appreciate your comments and will use them to help us continue enhancing the guest experience.

It was a nice stay. The house can use some updating, but it was a nice house. The outside area where the pool is located was so much fun.

Stunning house!!!

This is one of the best places I have stayed in. The house is just like the pictures. It has Stunning view from the balcony. I was able to see the most amazing sunrise and sunsets. Will definitely recommend you staying here. Staff very friendly and easy to communicate with. I ask to do a check- in a few hours early and they were so easy to accommodate for me. I will definitely be coming back..

Orlando getaway

All adults trip to celebrate a birthday. House was as described in photos. Spacious and clean. Furniture did have signs of wear. Towels were small and rough feeling. Great location close to everything but also out of the way for peace and quiet. We would definitely book again

Family “reunion”

Wonderful family trip! Comfortable rooms and lots of space. Convenient for my older Mom with a big room on the bottom floor. I wish the kitchen was better stocked, there were no bowls or serving platters. The pool was great, I’m glad we paid the extra fees to have it heated. Overall, I would recommend this property.

I was not pleased! The house overall was just okay. The carpet was filthy, the furniture was raggedy, broken and falling apart. The AC vents had mildew or some sort of stains all around them, one of the King beds had a dip in the center of the mattress

Perfect for family of 9

Close to Disney. Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the pool and each bedroom had a bathroom. Very spacious. Bring your own wash clothes and toilet paper. Also there were no mixing bowls, measuring cups, thing like that so we had to improvise to make pancakes. But We would stay here again.

Beautiful Property, Great Vacation

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation while in Orlando in August 2018. The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. All the appliances and electronics (TVs and internet) worked well. The pool was small but very enjoyable. The only negative I can say was that the communications with the Magic Box Vacation organization wasn't very responsive and sometimes unclear. That being said we would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

Nice Family Experience

House was Beautiful. Every bedroom had a bathroom which was a plus. The Pool was awesome. And any issues we had, all of them were fixed in a timely manner. Only problem was not knowing garbage pickup times. And it would be nice if the beds had box springs. But other than that we would definitely stay here again

Overall it was a stunning experience but the property just need small smiple repair like bath room paper holder was loose in all bathrooms and toilet seat were loose chips in floor and dings and dents in walls and the house just needs a better cleaning in an overall we found a pillow in a closet that looked like it needed to be clean in a nut shell detail to quality

Bachelorette Weekend!

House is as pictured, could use a little TLC and a few repairs. The door lock is ready to break, so I would believe it’s been a problem, but not repaired. There are no common kitchen items for use and the towels really need to be updated!

Hello Fran, We already repaired the door lock so it should be good now. We have kitchen items, but we do not provide any condiments or supplies. Since we use a professional laundry, all the linens and towels are changed every check-out.
