Cette superbe maison offre une vue sur le lac et a été entièrement rénovée de haut en bas! La propriété se trouve sur un grand terrain de 0,5 acre. Se sent comme à la maison lorsque vous franchissez la porte d'entrée, met à jour les carreaux de céramique, le parquet et le nouveau tapis, les comptoirs, tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et bien d'autres. Grande suite parentale à l'étage avec vue sur le lac, véranda, bain à remous, voir à travers la cheminée! Vous ne voulez pas manquer celui-ci! Venez profiter un jour du soleil et du lac !! The host was communicative, the house was very clean and the location worked for us. The only issue was there was no door to the master bathroom and the master bed mattress sank completely to the middle.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is far enough from the big city to be peaceful and quiet, but also just a short drive from the Granbury square to shop, eat, and play

Spotless and roomy

The house was absolutely spotless, great internet speed. We were made to feel very welcome with cupcakes and a pineapple snd fresh flowers. Great stay!

House was clean. Main floor beds were a tight fit for 2 full size adults. Listed as queen beds (I didn’t check to confirm) but I think were full size beds. Had to request for check in details and check out details - and when messaging they referred to things not pertaining to us ie a wedding, a request for early check in or a complaint about the stairs. (Followed up just because I didn’t want charged for early check in and hadn’t complained etc)

Had to get a hotel room!

Once we got to the home, we noticed the beds were very small. The beds wouldn't accommodate two people comfortably. We sat on them and you could feel the springs of the bed, very uncomfortable! Also, there were black bugs all around the house. I contacted the owner/manager if this property and they offered a refund. Oh, and there was a hole in the living room.

(House is now under new ownership and we had great reviews since we took over) Message Below from old owner. We clean the property all the time, but property is in front of the lake, so there are bugs in that area. We have rented this vacation rental so many times in the past and as we've advertised, only 6 guests can be accommodated in 3 bedrooms. We're sorry that your big party couldn't use the property. I informed you that HVAC technician is going to put a cover on that vent hole, which he did very next day.

The house was nice but there were no instructions for check in. The air conditioners were turned off so it was incredibly hot when we got there. There was very little toilet paper, no soap in the bathroom and nothing to wash dishes or even load the dishwasher. They had the property sprayed which we appreciated although there were dead bugs, spiders and scorpions all over. There were no check out instructions or garbage cans to place trash. The property owner was very nice and was responsive although it did take some time to contact her. We appreciated having a place to stay just needs a few adjustments to compare to our previous stays in the same town.

Thanks for your feedback. All the guests receive check-in instructions 1 day prior to arrival. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was. Because of the COVID-19 situation, our toiletries supply company has stopped the service, but our cleaning lady restocked all the items. I wish you contacted me during your stay about those items and I should have sent someone with them. Please accept my apologies. Thanks again for choosing our vacation rental.

Great location & very comfortable home. We enjoyed the special touches like the fresh flowers & the cupcakes. There is no door to the upstairs bathroom. We would have preferred to have at least a curtain. Thanks for your hospitality! Great communication! Super clean home! :)

This was a wonderful get away from the city. Plenty of things to do and right around the corner from the water! The Deer in the backyard was a nice greeting. The jacuzzi tub with the lake view was a bonus. Very Peaceful…

Large, nicely equipped home with plenty of space for all of our family! Beautiful yard and nice views of the lake. Easy check-in process with owners who are very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Relaxing getaway

This was a girls’ trip we haven’t been able to do for 2 years. House was comfortable and clean. Our host Kelly could not have been more gracious…available and funny. Be aware lots of stairs. We also had difficulty with TVs. Satellite is slow and loses reception. Over all a great vacation!

Great place to stay!

We came up for the Spartan OCR, our team rented this great place. We quite enjoyed our time we had at the house. The back seating area is very enjoyable, got to watch some deer right outside. The owners had everything stocked that we needed and were very easy to work with. If you’re planning a Granbury trip, I recommend this place.
