My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing three-day get-away at the lake house. It is super clean and had everything we needed. The weather was great for January and we just enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the ducks and geese play on the lake. The enclosed hot was the main reason we chose this property and we were not disappointed.

Perfect for family get-away! Very clean and adorable home away from home! Minor code issue but promptly resolved and very friendly. Our family would love to return for another stay.

Our stay was okay. I initially received an email stating that if we wanted a late check out to just ask. Then was told nope no late check out as there are tenants coming right after us and that the person managing the rental was on a cruise and we could reach out but she would get to us when she can. Place was clean. Had a little difficulty getting the top part of the hot tub off. Also please be careful with little ones. My 10 year old son tripped on the steps in the back and cut his knee pretty badly. He also went to use the kitchen sink and thought the little faucet was for kids but it was extremely hot water and he burned his hand. We were there for his birthday weekend and I felt so bad. No luck with the fishing out back. Place was okay overall. Recently the lady managing the rental called me and initially complained about the pronunciation of my last name. She asked if we left a toy. She said we would know what kind it was. I said I would ask my son and she said no it’s a girl’s toy so you would know if it was yours! So I said then no it’s not ours. Thanks for reassuring that we won’t be back there again.

Late checkout is offered when the reservation schedule allows, but the full turnaround time was needed to prepare the home for arriving guests that day. The follow-up call was intended to identify and return an item left at the property, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

Lovely Lakehouse!

Communication with owner was terrific. House was super clean, quiet and modern. I believe it's the best VRBO we have rented in a long time! Close to downtown Granbury. We visited the Dallas Zoo which was not far either! Highly recommend this lake house!

Awesome lakeside retreat.

The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. Very comfortable beds. It was a great house and experience. We will be back to vrbo ago. Loved the town and the area. It is very peaceful and quite and my son loved swimming in the lake.

Excellent Value

What a great location and comfortable home. Right on the water and the grandkids had a blast fishing and swimming. Having the Blackstone grill was awesome for making breakfast for a crowd, not something you typically see at a vacation rental. The grandkids also enjoyed making smores at the fire-pit table.Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Perfect Stay for Our Girls Weekend

Our trip was to celebrate our mother's 86th birthday. When she walked in the house, her first comment was "I wanna live here!". The house is sooo clean...the kitchen floor was literally shining! The decorations were so cute and very tasteful. The beds were super comfy. And we loved sitting on the back porch early in the morning and in the evenings. Such a good place to gather and enjoy each others company. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us for the weekend!
