Cette maison est située sur douze acres dans un cadre rural, sur un terrain privé avec porte d'accÚs verrouillable privée. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec des ustensiles, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur. Grill extérieur. 1 lit King size et 2 lits queen size. Le service téléphonique est fourni. Appels locaux seulement. Foyer. Tous les draps sont fournis. L'établissement dispose d'une télévision par satellite et d'un lecteur DVD. La propriété a également des sentiers de randonnée à travers.

C'est une zone de bois paisible et calme. Cette propriété est située au centre de plusieurs des célÚbres sources d'eau froide du nord de la Floride.

PĂȘcheur aiment notre accĂšs facile Ă  proximitĂ© du lac et des riviĂšres.

Ocala est Ă  environ 2-25 minutes en voiture, mais quel beau trajet Ă  travers de beaux pays de chevaux. Vous trouverez beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants dans ce quartier. Fort McCoy a une petite Ă©picerie qui se trouve Ă  environ 5 minutes de la maison. La ville offre un Dollar General, un bureau de poste et une station d'essence.

Les plages de l'océan sont à environ une heure de route de St. Augustine et Ormond ou environ deux heures à Canaveral National Seashore et Daytona. Il y a aussi d'autres attractions locales.

Si vous aimez marcher, observer la faune, nager, faire du canoĂ«, pĂȘcher ou tout simplement vous dĂ©tendre avec un verre de thĂ© glacĂ© dans une chaise berçante sur le porche arriĂšre.

Nice, clean accommodations for fishing trip

The home was very clean, nicely equipped and plenty of room for 4 guys on a fishing trip. Beds were also comfortable. Jerry was quick to respond to questions. For our circumstances - accessing the property was a little challenging. We were traveling with 2 dually trucks and 21’ bass boats, and did not realize the entry in is not paved and pretty long. It was totally fine once we adjusted, just would have been better to have had an expectation of the road. Thank you for the stay and again, very well kept, clean home!

Wonderful experience

Three of us stayed at Jerry's place for a guy's 4-wheeling trip. The place was everything we had hoped for. Everything was wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Comfortable, Private, and Peaceful

Three ladies stayed here to do some spring hopping / kayaking in the area. We brought our own kayaks, so security was a priority. We had a little trouble finding the place with GPS, so I do suggest asking for directions...which I failed to do. The neighborhood you have to drive through to get to the property has a lot of turns so it can be a little tricky and they are sand roads so be aware of that. It was no problem for our jeep pulling a trailer, though. Once we arrived, we found the property behind a closed gate and the self check-in was easy. This place is secluded and once you get to it, there is no neighbor in sight. The back porch and the view of the back yard is really lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings with coffee, listening to the birds. We also caught sight of deer and turkeys in the back yard. The house itself is very well appointed, roomy, and comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom is probably the best I've ever slept on! We each had our own room and 2 bathrooms was a plus. This would be the perfect property for a family looking for privacy and room to play. Communication with the owner was great and when we had questions, she was quick to answer and offer a solution. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Looking to escape city life and destress? Then this place is for you!

I decided to rent out Jerry’s property with my partner and a few friends for a nice weekend getaway and man, it did not disappoint. Not only was the property quiet and secluded, but the house itself was the perfect size and space for our group! From making bonfires and staring up at the stars to cooking burgers on the grill - this trip is exactly what we needed. We’ll be back again!

A visit to wonderland !

When we were driving back to the property we wondered what we were getting into but on arrival it was amazing ! The house was very clean and the entire property was stocked to the max, there was nothing to bring but our food. It was beyond GREAT !

"Secret" Enchanted Wonder

The property is sooo appropriately named. You truly do not want to leave. We went to the store twice during our week stay. The home leaves nothing to be desired. Clean, excellent beds, well supplied, and very spacious. You know your appreciated as a guest when you are greeted with a "Christmas Welcome Basket" by thoughtful hosts. The property is AMAZINGLY AWESOME and very "SENIOR FRIENDLY"; not HANDICAPPED. We are in our 70's. If you are a "Tree Hugger" and Nature Lover you will not be disappointed. The forest diversity ranging from tailored, to enchanted, to absolutely mystical will keep you in awe as you walk the many paths through out. It is truly many examples of Mother Nature's Finest including her sense of humor. Privacy is no problem so you feel free to just grab your walking stick and take off with nothing on but your shoes and a smile. A magnificent place to refresh your aura and cleanse your soul. We saw enough turkeys and deer while sitting on the back porch in a day that would make any "Hunter" drool. This is a "MUST VISIT" VRBO if you want to get away from it all. We never turn on the TV and suggest listening to R. Carlos Nakai album "Inner Voices". Our 1 request.......Jerry, Please lock in our rate before everyone else finds your "Paradise".

Secluded "Real" Florida Getaway

This is a clean, comfortable, and well-kept home with many springs* and the Ocala National Forest within an hour's drive. While we came to do some spring-hopping, we ended up having a lot of fun just walking around the property. There is a nice trail behind the home where you can find all kinds of wildlife - turkeys, hawks, sandhill cranes, gopher tortoises, and snakes. We would definitely return! * I highly recommend going to Juniper Springs and taking the boardwalk all the way to the end. There is a second spring at the end (Fern Hammock I think) that is "closed" to swimming but is very pretty and nowhere near as crowded.

A True Getaway

We did not ask for driving instructions and as we neared our navigation devices did not agree. We picked one of the routes and wondered if we picked wisely. Turns out we did. We arrived to a treasure. The house was as pictured and everything worked. We enjoyed the ever changing wildlife view that included sand cranes, squirrels and deer. Our one week stay was too short and we will have to return to soak up more of the peace.
