We chose this neighborhood because of its unbeatable location on Lake Delancyâs canal. The fishing here is amazing, and the sunsets over the lake are absolutely stunning â the kind that make you slow down and just take it all in. Being right in the Ocala National Forest also means youâre close to beautiful springs, perfect for swimming and exploring on warm Florida days. Plus, the area is surrounded by miles of Jeep and ATV trails, making it a great spot for off-road adventures before coming back to relax by the water.
