Bloc de plage! Duplex récemment rénové au 1er étage!

Élégant, confortable et pratique pour tous! Cette maison est le premier étage d'un duplex entièrement rénové - un pâté de maisons de l'une des plus belles plages de Brigantine, et à quelques pâtés de maisons de la ville.

La maison a une chambre avec un lit king, une avec un lit queen, et 2 chambres avec lits superposés (1 lit superposé par chambre). Au total, la maison peut accueillir huit personnes.

La maison a été entièrement rénovée en 2018, et a l'air central. Son coin de rue permet à la lumière du soleil d'inonder les pièces, et les brises croisées pour vous garder au frais - que ce soit assis sur les rockers sur le porche ou à l'intérieur. La maison est également équipée d'une laveuse et sécheuse. Le salon et la chambre du roi ont de grandes télévisions à écran plat. La maison a le câble et internet.

Découvrez tout ce que Brigantine a à offrir: ses plages immaculées et grandes, son centre-ville pittoresque, ses excellents restaurants, son parcours de golf 18 trous, ses courts de tennis publics, son marché fermier, ses plages publiques, ses bateaux, sa pêche et ses activités hebdomadaires. la ville (comme une soirée cinéma sur la plage). Great beach house!

This was our second stay here and we hope to be back next year. Super short walk to the beach and had plenty of space for our group.

Beach break

We decided to go to the shore on a whim and by miracle this place was available. Great location, 2 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, pretty interior. The kids and adults enjoyed the stay.

Perfect Beach Weekend!

Chrissy couldn't of been more accommodating or friendly for our stay. The house was even nicer and spacious in person. We had everything we needed in the house and had no complaints. Great location to the beach, restaurants, and shops. A short walk or drive was all you needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great, comfortable house.

A wonderful time with friends. Great location. The owner Chrissy was responsive from the time we booked, with any questions we had. She recommended a linen rental service which was so convenient since we were flying. The quality of the linens and towels was top notch. I would rent this house again.

We were on the bottom floor. The property itself was fine, however, the noise from the people, toddlers and company they had walking (running) around above was terrible. You could hear every step, or stomp they took. Therefore we were up when they got up. There was no sleeping in or taking a nap on vacation. No peace and quiet as long as they were home which made the stay very uncomfortable.

This was a great property for the 7 of us that stayed here. The home was updated, neat and clean. It was close to the convention center, beaches and boardwalk. The owner Chrissy was so flexible with timing, and very accomodating , she checked in on more than one occasion to make sure we were all set for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Good location, good place

Small first level of a two levels home. Clean, relatively comfortable; nice porch w rocking chairs. Tight for two families. Home and kitchen tastefully appointed. Good outdoor shower. 1.5 blocks from beach.

1100 square feet, 4 bed, two bath is not usually considered small. But you also knew this before renting; it's literally listed in the description. Even after renting, you said you wanted to come back. But I think a 3500 sq. ft. home is best for you. Wish you all the best elsewhere.

Great Stay in Brigantine

The host was very prompt, reaching out the day before our check-in with a new unique door code for our use, as well as parking and property usage instructions. The day before our check-out, the host again reached out with thanks and departure instructions. Communication was encouraged between us and the host and the host was very responsive. Beautiful Getaway

You know when you find a hidden little secret, and you're hesitant to share it with others because you want to keep it a secret? That's how I feel about Chrissy's home - a perfect little gem! From start to finish, our trip to Brigantine was perfection. Anything we needed was provided, and Chrissy did such a beautiful job designing the property - we had two families in the first floor flat and it was the perfect amount of space. Each family had their own "wing" of the flat and that worked out great! Chrissy also gave us the best tips for where to adventure and explore along the island. You can tell she put a lot of love into this home and she truly wants to share that with each of the families that vacation there. We look forward to planning our next trip with her <3

Location was great. However it was over priced and a very uncomfortable stay. The house had an old mildew distinctive stench. It needs a deep deep cleaning. Owners need to shut business down and give this place some real TLC. Because if we are patronizing a business this is not worth it. Refrigerator had dead fruit flies. Utensils were not clean. Bathroom was not disinfected, toilet paper holder rusted. There was black mold falling from the shower head. What appeared to be clean towels they were on the floor in the linen closet. And if you are looking to watch Tv forget about it. The bedroom with the queen size bed owners have the audacity to have a 13in computer monitor in place of a TV. we were so annoyed. Way too over priced we felt like we stayed in a low budget Motel. I would say it is a short walk to the beach!

Beautiful location

Came and stayed for a weekend getaway with friends, loved that we could just walk to the beach. Only complaint would be that you can hear ever from the apartment upstairs! 6am wake up call every morning as kids were upstairs! 😫 Host was great with communication!

Weekend Stay

Great house. Came down with a couple friends for a weekend on the beach. Place was clean, great size, has everything you would be looking for. Chrissy is an accommodating host and easy to reach. Highly recommend.
