Situé à seulement 20 mètres de la "Promenade des Anglais" dans le Carré d'Or (centre-ville), cet appartement avec vue sur mer a été entièrement rénové. L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.

- 2 chambres avec lit double chacune (largeur des lits: 160cm)
- 1 cuisine toute équipée (four, plaques à induction, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, etc.)
- 2 salles de douche avec WC chacune
- 1 grand séjour avec canapé et table à manger

Télévision, Internet WIFI gratuit (très haut débit - fibre optique), volets roulants électriques, chauffage central et climatisation.

L'appartement est situé dans Carré d'Or, le quartier le plus central de Nice. A à 20 mètres de la "Promenade des Anglais" et donc de la plage, il est idéal pour ceux qui aiment la baignade et veulent sortir en tenue de plage, tout en restant au coeur de la ville. Le Negresco, Palais de la Méditerranée et le casino se situent à environ 150m.

Le Carré d'Or regroupe les meilleurs restaurants, les bars à la mode et est le coeur de Nice pour le shopping. Dans la rue Meyerbeer vous trouverez supermarchés, restaurants, bars à jus, bars à salade et de nombreux cafés.

Tous les quartiers touristiques de Nice sont facilement accessible à pied (8 min de la place Massena, 10 min du vieux Nice, 20 min du port) mais pour ceux qui voudraient visiter les zones plus distantes de la ville ou les alentours comme Cannes, Monaco ou l'arrière pays, Nice a un réseau de transport public très bien développé :

-arrêt de bus le plus proche: 1mn à pied (avec une ligne directe vers l’aéroport)
-arrêt de tramway le plus proche: 8mn à pied
-gare: 15mn à pied.

Il y a aussi un loueur de voitures et un parking (payant) à quelques mètres de l'immeuble.

Sisters trip

The apartment is close to the Boulevard des Anglais and has a view of the Mediterranean! There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It was a nice place to stay.

Excellent Apartment

This lovely two-bedroom, two-bath, in Nice is in a great location. The apartment itself is very nice, with everything that you need for a nice stay. Plus, it's in a good location, right off of the Boulevard de l'Anglais a ten-minute walk from Old Town. I would stay here again.

Fantastic Location

Wonderful apartment and great communication from Anthony and Corinne. Perfect apartment for us with 2 modern shower rooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room and wrap around balcony. Great location for everything in Nice.

Fantastic New Year in Nice!

We are a family of 3 adults & 1 child and stayed New Year's Eve of 2014 for 4 days, as some hotels are requiring 1 week minimum stay. We enjoyed our stay in this apartement and the fact that it is very conveniently located. We would recommend it with no hesitation.

Great location, very safe, nicely updated

We had a wonderful stay in Anthony’s apartment. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is nicely updated, especially the bathrooms. The windows block noise well and the air conditioner works very well. We building needs some updating but felt safe. Anthony was very communicative and had great restaurant suggestions.

Perfect Location

The apartment is located in a wonderful little neighborhood right across from the ocean. Cute stores and restaurants surround it. Everything was within walking distance. The host communicated very well how to get there and the check-in instructions. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again!

Great apartment in central location!

Great location near beach, several shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. AC worked great throughout the apartment! Very clean, easy check in and out, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, and awesome balcony with great view! Anthony was great with communication. Perfect little gem

If you’re staying in Nice this is a great place to stay. A beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We were four adults and it was spacious with Two bedrooms and 2 washrooms, a small kitchen and spacious family/dining room. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants. The host is wonderful. He was always available to answer any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

A friend and I stayed at Anthony's apartment for a week in Nice. The location of the apartment was spectacular. We could walk to everything and it was a safe area with lots of restaurants and public transport near by. The apartment was very clean. Communication after booking until returning home was fantastic. Anthony and Corrine were always there to help with any questions, directions, or needs. Had a wonderful vacation. Thank you Anthony and Corrine!

One minute walk to the Nice beach!

This is a great find! The apartment is just a one minute walk to the beach. As in the photo, you can sit on the balcony (or in the living room) and see the water. The decor is simple but clean. Very nice kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/dishes. Washing machine works very well; air dry clothes. Easy to walk to grocery stores and restaurants in neighborhood, as well to all Nice sights. A great place for a family stay.

Everything was as advertised. Anthony provided a very helpful written summary a few days before our arrival. He also provided a crib for our 1 year old. It was a great spot for us with 3 young children (1,3,6) as it was easy to get to the beach, grocery store etc. Air conditioning and shutters made it very cool, quiet and comfortable to sleep.

Great location

Perfect location for walking to everything. Building needs some work with paint peeling in hallways. Problem with elevator made it difficult for my husband since we were on the 3rd floor. More than 1 towel per person would be nice, these need an upgrade. Corrine was fantastic at check in.

Nice time in Nice

The apartment was in a good location and just right for our needs. Our only real complaint was the nightly noise from the hotel staff across the street in the middle of the night. Also the lighting in the hallway is out on the apartment floor. This is not safe.

Hi Marsha - I'm very sorry to hear about the noise made from the hotel staff across the street. The Westminster hotel is very pricey so I would assume it was something exceptional (maybe an event took place there that night?). It is in the interest of the manager of the hotel to make sure their own customers are not disturbed by the noise made by their staff. As for the light in the corridor, it is not automatic. You need to press the button on the opposite wall when you get out of the lift/elevator. I checked it last night after your departure and it seems to work fine. In spite of these issues, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in my apartment. Anthony.
