Le paradis des pĂȘcheurs est juste cela et plus encore! Endroit parfait pour la paix et calme. Grande maison qui se trouve sur la riviĂšre Carrabelle. Comprend un quai et un ascenseur, une rampe et une table de nettoyage du poisson. Belle 3 chambres, 2 1/2 salle de bain, salon sĂ©parĂ© avec cheminĂ©e et table de hockey sur air pour les enfants. Hugh vĂ©randa pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e de pĂȘche ou de plage. Excellente pĂȘche en eau douce Ă  partir du quai ou si vous souhaitez vous rendre dans le Golfe Ă  partir de lĂ , ne vous prendra que 30 minutes. Laissez votre bateau sur l'ascenseur pour plus de pĂȘche demain. Belle cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour vous prĂ©parer des prises fraĂźches. Grande chambre des maĂźtres avec lit king size, baignoire encastrĂ©e Ă  jets et grande douche sĂ©parĂ©e. Cette maison est situĂ©e Ă  environ 3 miles sur Mill Road qui vient d'ĂȘtre pavĂ©e, Tates Hell Forrest est juste en face de la riviĂšre. Great!

Beautiful and very spacious home and a beautiful river view from the dining room. I appreciated the large screened porch in the evenings b/c of the bugs. Washer/dryer was very convenient. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. The pictures had a grill on the porch but there was no grill. The mattresses are due to be replaced, they cave in and you can feel the springs on the twin bunk beds. One thing to note, you have to enter the queen bed room to get to the bunk bed room. The 2nd bath is in the bunk bed room so you have to go through the queen room and bunk bed room to get to the bathroom. We made it work but just depends on your guests. There is a powder room off the kitchen so that worked. Overall, great stay!

Hunting VaCay

Stayed there while hunting Tates Hell. Very nice place would have loved to have booked it for next year but it was already booked.

Comfy cottage

Comfortable and peaceful stay. Nice home with plenty of room for our family of 6. Peaceful area and pretty view of the river from the lovely back porch. Close enough to town by car but takes a bit of travel time going down river by boat. The locals in Carrabelle and surrounding areas are very nice, we enjoyed talking to so many people..

**Review of Different Location**

The morning of our check in we received a call that we wouldn't be able to stay at Fishermans Paradise due to exterminators coming in but there was another property available (Fishermans Rest). Fishermans Rest was a gated property in a convenient location. Upon arrival, a neighbor was parked in our spot so we had to squeeze in but the neighbor was super nice and apologized the next morning. The location had a common pool which was nice for the kids. I was traveling with my two children (10 and 7) and I picked up their Aunt and her four children (4, 4, 10, 12). With that many kids it can get pretty loud so I was on edge the entire time because I didn't want to disturb the neighbors (this was why we chose to stay at Fishermans Paradise originally so the kids could run around)but they really enjoyed the pool area . At one point during our stay, I was out getting groceries, leaving my sister in law at the house. I got a phone call from Patty at Sandy Beach Properties that a neighbor contacted them and reported a woman walking into the house smoking. I immediately called my sister in law and she claimed that the cigarette wasn't lit when she walked into the house, however she was still in the wrong for smoking that close to the door to begin with. After that, the neighbor seemed bothered by us which was really disappointing to me since I didn't do anything wrong but just a warning - follow the rules and make sure your guests are clear on all of the rules also! Sandy Beach Properties in general were very pleasant to deal with. Their communication is fantastic and the staff are friendly and helpful. The home we stayed in was stocked well with the things we needed and was very clean. I would absolutely recommend staying at one of their properties if you are in the area.

Weekend Hunting Trip

We decided to go for a weekend hunting trip and decided on this rental. It suited our needs perfectly. We fished a little on the dock and my husband and family did some hunting, while I stayed and enjoyed some quiet and relaxation. We will be looking at coming back again soon.

Great location. Dock, ramp and boat lift made the weekend easy. House was clean and comfortable, perfect for a getaway.

Excellent property and location!

The one regret we had is that our trip was too short! We have rented numerous properties in Carrabelle over the years and this home ranks #1 now. The location was beautiful and extremely peaceful. The house was comfortable, inviting and had everything we wanted. The boat lift and private ramp made it very convenient for us. The cleanliness is just as important and it was definitely super clean. 5 stars all around and well deserved! We will be back!
