Venez profiter de la journée à la plage puis détendez-vous au bord de la piscine. Cette maison a beaucoup à offrir. Très spacieuse, cuisine entièrement équipée, grandes chambres à coucher, salle de jeux avec table de billard et table de cartes, salle de travail, salle de bain complète dans la piscine Grand patio pour les réceptions, beaucoup de place pour votre bateau ou votre véhicule de camping. Grand écran pour regarder des films dans la 2ème chambre, apportez simplement vos films pour le projecteur. À seulement 10 minutes de la plage Carrabelle, à 25 minutes de la rue George Island, à 30 minutes de Apalachicola.

Les sites à visiter dans les environs incluent: le sentier de la nature de l'enfer de Tate, le phare et le musée historiques Carrabelle, le musée de Gordon II, musée de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, les excursions en ferry de Dog Island, pêche en charter, kayak, pistes cyclables sur la route, promenades en bateau à fond transparent à Wakulla Springs, le laboratoire marin de spécimens du golfe de Panacea (avec bassins tactiles pour les enfants), la réserve de recherche estuarienne nationale Apalachicola, une variété de restaurants de fruits de mer locaux et un supermarché local.

Nice hidden gem 2 minutes from a boat ramp. While this house is slightly dated, the Spanish style home was great for a quiet family vacation. Master bed was very comfortable and rental property manger(s) were very responsive.

We loved it! It was a little more remote than we expected, but it was nice. We enjoyed our stay. A few minor things could be improved on but overall it was a good experience!

We stayed here over Christmas. The layout of the house is fantastic. The furniture is so comfortable and welcoming. The pool area fabulous. Overall everything is outstanding. The area has so much to offer as well.

Spacious family weekend

The house was a great price for the amount of space and amenities! We cooked, grilled, swam, relaxed in the hot tub, watched hockey, and enjoyed each other’s company! It was just a short drive into Carrabelle for dinner at a seafood restaurant on the water the first night. The rest of the weekend, we stayed put. There was no reason to leave since everything we needed or wanted was right there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!

You can enjoy the hot tub and pool and just relax and enjoy your vacation, or go to the local restaurants, go fishing, or visit Carrabelle Beach. It is only a 10 min. ride to downtown Carrabelle. Book your reservation now as the summer is filling up.

Affordable and Wonderful

This house was perfect for our family of 8. The rooms were spacious. The game room is not connected to the house, it’s like it’s own pool house which was nice because the kids could play pool after we went to bed and didn’t bother us. The pool is smaller than we thought in the pictures, but because of the weather being bad we spent our whole weekend in it and the hot tub. There were no bedbugs at all like the previous reviews stated. Everything was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable! Will be renting again next year!

Nice property. Quiet and secure neighborhood.

Overall was good 1st time experience for our family of 5. Pool and outdoor patio area was nice. Kitchen, dining and living rooms were a good size and comfortable, Bedroom off kitchen had a privacy issue with an opening above the headboards into the kitchen and the door leading out onto the screened porch area. I would suggest closing that opening and adding blinds to the door glass area. AC was not adequate in the game room, but it's Florida. Toilet flushing issue in master bathroom - was told it would be fixed before we left, but was not - hopefully that is fixed by now.

Fun weekend

The house itself needs a lot of TLC outside and inside (door handles). There are no fire detectors in the house. All disconnected and pulled off ceiling. For entertaining, it’s set up perfect. The iron level in the water is AWFUL! Never experienced water so full of iron. Don’t cook with it and keep your mouth shut when showering! The layout of the house and entertainment outside area was awesome! Definitely will rent again!!

The smoke detectors have been installed,and the water softener has been serviced. You can come and enjoy the pool and the large home with the whole family. Perfect for entertaining family and friends.

A nice property

Overall the property is really nice. It was nice to have such a large area to be in between the house, pool house and pool area. Some of the things at the house are a little tired and could use a little attention like the pool chairs. We did really enjoy the convenience of the pool and once the kiddos figured out how to play pool, they were hooked there as well. Overall an affordable property in a nice quiet area.

Great place to stay!

We love Carrabelle, we have stayed at a couple of other place in the past, we had friends with us this time so we needed a larger place. This place was great! The only negative thing I can say is (as other reviewers have said) the hot tub doesn’t work. The house, pool, and pool house were great though! Some reviews said the house wasn’t stocked, if you are expecting a “hotel experience” you never get that when renting a home or condo, always bring a few items with you or buy them when you arrive (a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and maybe some napkins) they provide 1 roll of TP for each bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels, but if you are staying longer than 3 or 4 days you may need to grab some more. Like I said before, the lighthouse was great we will be back!

Very comfortable house and pool. All outside lights were inoperable.

House was clean and stocked - very quiet neighborhood- 5-10 minutes from shops, restaurants and public beach. We didn’t spend any time outside after dark because there were no working lights. Minor repairs would make this place perfect.

June stay

Property is much larger than originally thought it would be. We have a large family with lots of kids pool was still large enough for everyone to have a good time. Only draw back is unable to locate really good food in the area, but it’s not a fault of the home. Would stay again.

Secluded peaceful home

The home was clean. I couldn’t get majority of the tv’s to work but at least the one in the main room worked. A lot of switches for the outside either didn’t work or couldn’t figure out what switch went to what. Would of been great if they had the kitchen a tiny bit stocked (condiments/minimal cooking supplies) but that’s okay since it wasn’t a long stay. The pool house was a little dirty and none of the fans worked in there (not that it mattered since I didn’t really use that area). Hot tub is still out of commission so it probably should just be covered up since it was dirty. The home in general was in a very quiet area, great for seeing the stars at night. Home just needs some TLC since it seems some of the home is being neglected (small maintenance of the home) so it can stay a great rental for years to come.
