You'll love this nautical-themed cottage that comes with a full kitchen and coffee bar, comfortable living room space, and a separate bedroom with (2) full beds. The unit has free wireless WiFi and Cable. Cottage has an AC and Heating unit as well as a screened in front porch. You are steps away from the seasonal pool and hot-tub (opens May 25, 2026). Conveniently park beside the cottage. This place has a private, outdoor grill. This property also has a playground, basketball court and other outdoor activities. Coin operated washers and dryers available on site. The cottage comes provided with fresh sheets and towels. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please be advised that we have an absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy! You will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,500.00 USD for violating this policy. We need to be respectful to our other guests who may have health issues.

Cynthia was an incredible communicator. She shared all the relevant details to make our stay as comfortable as possible…from the hot water to the tv remote…she covered it all. The cottage was so cozy and we loved our time there. There was nothing we would change!

Wonderful spot to take day trips from. The host provided great tips for the local beach and sight seeing. We appreciated having beach chairs and toys provided. We were able to borrow an umbrella from the borrow pile at Wells Beach. The laundry facility was good. Plan to spend 4/load. Overall highly recommend!

This was a really cute cabin, clean & nicely decorated. We spent most our time at the beach with great weather. My biggest complaint was the inconvenience & difficulty in regulating the ice cold or scolding hot temperatures oh the shower and not having an electrical outlet in the bathroom. We have rented at the cottages now 5 times in different cabins. Convenience is key.

Seasonal cottages operate on an inline hot water system that you were made aware of in advance. Our guests are familiar with Maine and its seasonal cottages You were given instructions that work for the others. The electrical outlet is around the corner with a mirror. I hope you find convenience elsewhere

My best friend and I stayed in this cute little cottage and loved the amenities it provided. Our host communicated very efficiently and the place was exactly as in the photos! Just as the others said shampoo and conditioner were provided as well as body wash and soap! Our host also provided a couple of fans as well which were wonderful during the night. The only thing I would complain about is that we didn’t stay long enough! Highly recommend!

I’m surprised you didn’t like the beds. The new mattresses are of memory foam and have an additional soft topper. I have no plans on changing them out as my other guests have found them to be very comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderfully kept cottage with comfortable beds, extremely clean interior and all the needed amenities. Close enough to Wells, York and Ogunquit for tourist things during the day and come back to a quiet evening at the cottage. Will be back next year for sure!

Perfect summer getaway!!

This cottage was perfect for a girl’s summer getaway! The cottage was nicely decorated with a beach theme and everything was so clean. We enjoyed sitting and talking on the enclosed front porch. We already know we want to come back next summer and stay a little longer!!

Maine Trip

We had a blast. My daughter loved how close we were to the pool. I liked the location as well. Everything was very handy to us and the drive to the beach was around five minutes. The property was very clean and comfortable.
