Great house, construction next door was annoying.

Table saw and air compressor on the patio next to our pool was noisy. Daily construction should have been disclosed. Otherwise house was perfect for our family.

Thanks for reviewing Seabiscuit! Unfortunately, we do not know when work is being done on other properties that we do not manage. We were told the neighboring property was supposed to be completed in late Spring of this year.

Nice house but could use a little attention.

The house was at a great location and overall nice. The dishwasher did not work and new one was not installed during stay. There are a few things that I feel should be added. Garbage disposal, paper towel holder, another garbage can for recycling and new blind in master suite would be great. They are building a new house next door and we had to deal with saw dust. I did take my Kureig because it was not listed. I think the web site should be updated a little as there was one in the house.

Great beach stay

Our family of 3 generations had a great stay at Atlantic Beach. We wanted to be located where we could just walk out the door to the beach and this house met those needs! It was also really nice to have the pool when we got "beach tired". The back deck is very nice to sit out on to share a meal or just relax. All the bedrooms where roomy and the beds comfortable. This is a great family vacation house.

windy but fun!

our stay at seabiscuit was great! the kitchen was well appointed (even obscure things like peelers and cheese graters) and the grill downstairs was a bonus. there is a big french door fridge in the garage that was awesome for overflow beverages and groceries. our weather was super windy so we didn’t go to the beach much but the pool was a big hit! definitely recommend this property for mixed family groups - grandparents enjoyed the master bedroom on the upper level, our family with little kids had the middle floor with its own lounge/tv area, and older siblings had their own space down on the bottom floor. lots of kid toys included - check the storage benches for games, beach toys, puzzles, etc. hope we can come back again!

Family Vacation at the beach

The house is fabulous. Directly on the beach. Close to everything. Everything you need is there. Best equipped kitchen of any place we've stayed before. If it's not there you don't need it. Had one small problem but the mgmt company and owner took care of it immediately. No impact to us at all. Hope to return again.

Great location, wonderful layout

Photos do not do this place justice. The upstairs master bedroom is wonderful. The pool is nice and the access to the beach was great. The television did not work consistently. That was the only downside.

Excellent!

Very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Great for a week or weekend trip. Our trip also included golf/fishing, and we would recommend this property for both. Easy to use elevator to get your groceries to the kitchen level. Contact was quick to respond and able to accommodate a special request we had. Highly recommend!!! Thanks!

It was ok stay I felt like the house needed updating and a good cleaning, weeds were wrapping all around the fence by the pool and all I felt like that could be cut back and made to look nicer, and there were huge bugs everywhere in there

Nice property, clean and nicely decorated

Planking on the deck is in serious need of repair. The nails were sticking up all along the walkways and would present a danger to anyone not wearing shoes especially little kids. Would be nice if a bar of soap or 2 in some liquid dish soap were available when you arrive.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the deck. The deck and railings were all repaired after we received your review. We normally take care of these types of maintenance during the off season, however we never had an off season this past year. We do not supply soap/dish soap at any of our properties, but I will pass that suggestion along to housekeeping.

Sea biscuit is a beautiful and well managed property. We had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic and convenient! The property is well equipped and very clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful home!

My family and I rented this home for Christmas week, and we could not have been more pleased. It is clear this home is well used and cared for, rather than being a rental someone manages and never uses themselves. There’s just a warmth and friendliness to this home, and the kitchen is actually stocked with cookware you would want to use (unlike so many rental homes)! As someone who cooks almost every night, I’ve gotten used to needing to bring a few items with me to be sure I’ll have a decent pot, pan, and knife in the house, but I needn’t have worried with this house. We had the most wonderful time watching sunsets on the deck, relaxing in the living area, letting the kids have their own floor for play, and walking on the beach. We will be back to this property for sure. Two notes - the fireplace is decorative only and the oven cooks on the cool side.

Great Experience Overall

From the streamlined process of booking to accommodating all of the newly recommended safety guidelines I was thoroughly impressed with both the company and the house that we stayed in. Everything at the house was great and the people from the leasing office were always there to answer my questions and calls. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Good Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Biscuit for the week. What made it even better was the lack of people on the beach, we had it to ourselves for most of the time (likely for two reasons, 1. Pepper Tree is renovating/closed and 2. many houses still being repaired from Florence). The house was nice overall but wish the bottom floor bedrooms had a little more space and that the driveway wasn't a single lane. These two things are minor compared to how enjoyable the experience was.
