Cette belle maison de cinq chambres peut accueillir 20 personnes. Cette maison se trouve à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage, sur une servitude adjacente. Le niveau principal comprend une salle de séjour avec téléviseur HD Sony HDR 65 pouces Sony 4K Ultra haute définition, son surround, grande section avec canapé-lit, coin repas pour huit personnes, cuisine, bars pour le petit déjeuner de sept à huit personnes, coin cuisine qui peut accueillir huit personnes, salle de bain et demi, chambre avec lits superposés et salle de bain complète (quatre personnes) et suite principale - 43 "LG SMART TV et salle de bain principale attenante (deux personnes).

Le niveau principal de la maison a une terrasse au sud face au golfe avec un coin salon en osier rembourré, deux chaises longues et une table avec des chaises et un parasol. Le niveau supérieur de la maison a trois chambres et une salle de bain complète. Une chambre a deux lits doubles (quatre personnes), une autre chambre a un lit queen (deux personnes) et la troisième a deux jumeaux sur superposés lits superposés (six personnes). L'allée offre un parking pouvant accueillir jusqu'à huit véhicules. La maison dispose également d'une télévision dans chaque chambre et d'une dans la grande salle, d'une cuisine bien équipée, d'une douche extérieure, d'un très bon barbecue à gaz et d'un jardin clôturé. Vous devriez vous attendre à avoir du mal à quitter cette maison à la fin de vos vacances !!!

The home was well equipped to comfortably host our entire family. The kitchen was fantastic for hosting our family Thanksgiving dinner complete with newer appliances, utensils, cooking and dinnerware and enough seating for everyone. We ate, played games, watched TV and walked to the powder white sand beach for spectacular sunset views. We had a fantastic trip and really appreciate the use of this home. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway close to their Navy sailors in training. Thank you for the great time and memories.
The home is less than a 2-min walk away from the beach and stunning sunrise and sunset views.
Pensacola Beach is so beautiful.

The property is in a good location, fenced backyard which was a safe place for the children, close to the beach on both the Gulf and the Bay.

Great house and location

House was perfect. We were in town for a CrossFit competition and it very comfortably slept all 14 of us. The living room and kitchen are so big and open, we were all able to hang out without it feeling crowded. Short walk to the beach, close to all the restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic, roomy property for large families and groups

We had wonderful family vacation at this house. There was so much room for everyone to sleep, eat, and play games. Access to the beach was very easy because the pathway runs right by the backyard gate. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook for a large group. The deck was great and well furnished and we spent a lot of time on it. We had a small dog with us, so the enclosed backyard was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing with 8 - 14 people.

All bedrooms and the living area was extremely clean and comfortable.The upstairs blue bathroom tub did not drain well and feels very weak underneath in the subfloors.

Good location!

The house accommodated our family of 10 perfectly for a week - plenty of room! The kitchen was well stocked as were the linens - we didn’t find anything that we needed that the kitchen didn’t have! The deck furniture was nice and there was plenty of seating inside and out. The overall layout of the house was great! The location was an easy 1 block walk from the beach! The neighborhood was in an excellent location and flat, so great for walking or bike riding! Also, we could get to restaurants, bars and shops within 5-8 minutes. Pensacola Beach is super family friendly and has everything (except a grocery store) you need for a delightful stay. Now for the things that weren’t up to par in the house - the house needs a complete update of interior paint, carpet, bathrooms, stove, microwave, steps to the upstairs, more closet space (many closets were locked as owners closets). Also, the garages are off limits so it made it hard to store bikes, and beach items. Check-in / out was easy! We would not rent this property again unless it gets a total refresh.

The home was a bit worn down, ie broken patio chair, master tv would only turn on and do nothing further. There were also some cleaning issues, ie smelling like dog urine when we arrived, cigarette buds on the patio furniture outside. None of these items ruined our stay, but could definitely be improved upon.

The master bedroom had apparently had an A/C problem and had a portable unit in it that left it a bit humid. It wasn't a bad place but it definitely could use updating.

Relaxing Vacation!

This home is beautiful! It is nicely furnished, tastefully decorated, and well stocked. It had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the most relaxing, peaceful beach. We had about 20 yards of beach to ourselves! It was also a very short walk to the trolley stop. We will definitely be back!

Great beach rental!!!

This was such a great place to have our family reunion! Beautiful home. Very nice owners. Nice to have 2 refrigerators since we needed food for a large crowd. Nice to have the heated shower outside so we didn't track sand all over the house. Thanks!

Fabulous house in a wonderful location

The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, and we loved hanging out on the huge deck! The Gulf was close and it was convenient to have the sidewalk leading to the Gulf right next to the house. The owners were so nice and accommodating - we were in a bind and I inquired and they let us stay even before all the updates were completed. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!
