L'Unité 402 est un magnifique condo idéal pour une escapade romantique paisible et relaxante, ou pour des vacances en famille amusantes.

La cuisine entièrement équipée donne sur le concept ouvert et la salle à manger et le salon spacieux. Le balcon a une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis le 4ème étage (orienté au nord).

La luxueuse chambre principale comprend des draps et des oreillers de haute qualité. Il y a un nouveau téléviseur à écran plat monté sur le mur, un dressing et une salle de bains. La chambre d'amis a deux lits jumeaux, une armoire et une télévision. L'unité a également une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse, et une armoire remplie de chaises de plage et de jouets pour votre usage.

Awesome Week!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach and the pool was great for late night swimming. Lots of families and kids for my children to hang out with. We will definitely be back! Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful experience

Condo was beautiful, location was perfect, pool and ocean are right at your fingertips, and it’s great for all ages! Communication with property manager was easy with very timely responses. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Place

Condo was outdated. Needed repairs such as painting, new doors and furniture. Although we didn’t spend much time in the condo it was ideally located for us. Could be very nice if updated.

Family Holiday

Check in was easy and Unit was clean and ready at 3pm! We were a family of 6 and enjoyed the condo and beach . Whenever we had a hiccup, Zareh, our property contact was on top of the issue to ensure it was fixed right away.The girlies had loads of fun in the waves.Only concern we had was the seaweed at the beach , excessive and no sign of it being cleared away!From our condo , We had a front row seat to a Space Launch to take supplies to the Space station, it was amazing!Certainly would book at this condo again.

Space Coast

Our stay was planned around our grandson and his birthday. The condo was in the perfect location right on the beach and access to the pool was easy. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy the Space Coast and to see a launch. Our view from the balcony was perfect.

Nice Clean Place close to Ocean

Our stay at this property was great for our needs. Traveled with two small children (5 and 2.5), and the guest room was a great set up for them. I had just wished the kitchen had a few more items (salt and pepper, plastic baggies, cooking spray, etc.). The ocean access and pool were fantastic! Would definitely book again.

Accommodation was amazing. Excellent communication with property manager. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to self sustain. Beach was super close walk downstairs and take a left and not crowded. Really was satisfied
