Comfy big house near beach, downtown, the pier & Port Canaveral. 5 bedrooms 9 beds 3 bathrooms 4 showers. Perfect for big groups to relax & have fun!

This house is spacious, bright & clean. Enjoy the HUGE heated pool, hot tub, big tiki bar with lights and ceiling fans, propane grill and outdoor seating. Beautiful furniture. Big open kitchen and dining area.

Living room & ALL bedrooms have TV`s with Netflix. Free high-speed WiFi. Free laundry. Blackout curtains. Parking for 4 vehicles.

You will be very close to Lori Wilson Park: a big public beach with lots of parking, showers, bathrooms, a food truck, and picnic areas. Not far from Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Pier as well as the downtown district with walkable shopping and dining.

Unwind and lounge at the house comfortably: large heated pool, warm and relaxing hot tub, and a large tiki bar where you can sit in the shade and sip a cocktail. Big TV in the living room, TV`s in every bedroom, and great air conditioning make for a comfortable beach house. There is a large dining area that has multiple options for seating (up to 20), whether you want a big family meal at the big dining room table, a snack at the kitchen island or something in between like a lunch for all the kids at the medium-sized dining table.

This house is the spot for you and your family to have a great vacation together. Come and enjoy!

Quiet, clean neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach. Half way between Cocoa Beach downtown and the Ron Jon surf shop and Cocoa Beach pier area. Very near restaurants, grocery and shopping. You can walk to the local Dunkin` Donuts (yum).

Best way to get around is with your vehicle (car). Throughout Cocoa Beach there are a lot of electric scooters you can enable via the appropriate mobile app.

Our party of 8 had a wonderful time! The 5 kids ranging in age of 8 -16 had a blast at the pool and many nearby attractions. The rooms and bed layouts worked well for our mixed group. The host was easily reachable through the visit, and was quick to remedy the one hiccup that happened outside of his control ( the rain tripped the safety for the lights for the tiki bar).

Great spring break getaway

Had an amazing time with our family at this property. The pool and tiki bar were our main hangout areas of the house. Richard was very quick to respond with all of our questions. Would definitely stay at this place again!

House was definitely not professionally cleaned. Dirty towels left in bathroom. Beds are very uncomfortable. Saw several big bugs in the house. Neighbors dog barks too much. Hot tub didn’t work consistently.

Jared, I am sorry you had a disappointing experience. I've personally consulted with an exterminator to control the bugs; a difficult undertaking in Florida. I am confident they will be eradicated well in the future. The hot tub was professionally attended to and works like a charm now. I am not sure about the dog. I wish you had let me know, so I could have reached out to the neighbors or visited them to manage that better for your experience. I do hope you will try to visit again. I assure you it should be a wonderful experience.

Great place for family!

Beautiful home, spacious kitchen and plenty of beds for the whole family. Large pool and nice hot tub. Located very close to public beaches and restaurants. Property manager was great, reaponsive. Will book agakn!

Great vacation home

House was clean and had more than enough room for our group. House would easily accommodate 4-5 families. Outdoor area was awesome with pool, tiki bar, and hot tub. Spent most of our time enjoying family time at the pool area.

Family Getaway

We come to Cocoa Beach every year and this was one of our favorite rentals yet. We had a party of 17 and there was plenty of sleeping space for all. We loved all of the dining space, multiple tables which allowed us all to eat together. The kids loved the outside showers!

Wonderful Vacation

My family enjoyed this propery alot. We were able to have large family style living at an affordable cost. We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach everyday of our stay. When we had any questions the property manager was able to get back to us very quickly.

Tiki Blue is a comfortable, spacious property close to the beach. There is a very accommodating beach-side park a 2 minute drive away. In just a 5 minute drive you can access all the nearby fun and conveniences like restaurants, bars, shopping, and Cocoa Beach Pier.

The property is set up for comfort and fun. There is an enormous heated pool, a large covered hot tub and a big tiki bar. Two outdoor tables with umbrellas are great places to lounge or eat. Use the big gas grill to have a grand cook out. Tons of outlets outside to keep your phones and laptops charged up.

Inside there are sofas and seating areas for lots of people. Two dining tables plus a kitchen island. 70-inch TV in the living room. All bedrooms have TV's and all TV's have Netflix, Hulu, Sling TV, and local channels.

The linens and towels and mattresses are all high-quality and super comfortable. There is free WiFi Internet as well as free laundry and tons of parking (6 - 8 cars, depending on the size).

Your big group of friends and family will have a great time here.

Mix margaritas at the tiki bar with two ceiling fans and glowing night lights. There is a large grill and outdoor seating for having great cook-outs. Everything is professionally cared for: pool service, lawn maintenance and top-rate cleaning. This is the perfect beach house for your group to stay in. You will have a vacation to remember here.
