4 chambres, 2 bains, 8 personnes

2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à quelques minutes du centre de la ville. Unité d'un étage avec 4 chambres. Planchers de bois franc très spacieux partout avec beaucoup de lumière. Le plan d'étage comprend un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine, plus 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes.

Nouveau cet été - Central AC! La grande chambre de la cuisine a un lit king size et une télévision séparée pour les temps d'arrêt. Cuisine équipée et comprend lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, etc. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place. Petite cour clôturée à l'avant, avec petit patio extérieur et stationnement privé.

Les cours arrière comprennent une véranda grillagée, un ensemble de patio extérieur et un grill et une douche extérieure.

La location comprend 6 chaises de plage, jouets, voiturette de plage, 4 balises de plage, serviettes de plage.

Great house and location for a beach getaway

Great house for a family

Great house to stay at. Only a couple blocks from the beach and a nice fenced in yard to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Plenty of street parking and 2 off street spots. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location

The property was clean with lots of amenities. The property owner was incredibly helpful. Short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Atlantic City is just a short ride across the bridge. My family and I had a fantastic weekend.

Where friends and family gather :)

This place was the perfect location to bring together family and friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. I'm local to the area, but Brigantine was convenient for others to fly into Philly or AC airport. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the porch, days were spent playing at the beach, and nights out at the local beach bars. We did a sunset cruise out of Atlantic City on Friday night and took advantage of the amazing farmers market on Saturday morning. Overall, the vacation was everything I could ask for and more. Will definitely bring my family and friends back to this house. Thank you for the amazing memories :)

Comfortable home and great location!

Comfortable, clean home in great location -- 2 long blocks to the beach, so easy to walk or drive. Outdoor space / screened in porch were great features. Owner was responsive and helpful. Recommend if you're looking for a spacious home to stay in.

Family vacation

We stayed here at the very end of July into the beginning of August and it was a wonderful time! The house was a good size with plenty of space for all of us with a nice beachy feel. It is a pretty long walk to the beach but great to get the exercise in. Beth was very easy to get a hold of with any questions or concerns both before the trip, during (when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the tv, duh!) and after when I left my knives and she kindly shipped them back to me. Brigantine is a nice quiet and relaxing beach town and if you want excitement, Atlantic City is right next door. We even drove the 30 minutes to Ocean City for the boardwalk as well as took the kids to the Steel Pier in AC. Such a great time and we will definitely be back!

Quick getaway in Brigantine

My family had a fantastic time in a beautiful home in Brigantine! The house was spacious, clean, in a great location, just moments away from everywhere we wanted to go. The owner is excellent to work with, and communicates immediately. Lots of extras were included and the owners were very flexible. My family would definitely vacation there again!

Wonderful family getaway!

We spent 4 nights at Beth's place in Brigantine and it was the perfect space for a quick beach getaway! Beth was so easy to communicate with and really helpful in providing recommendations for kids and having the house ready with lots of extras. While the house itself could use an "uplift", the owners have made it comfortable for guests as-is. The patio and outdoor areas (especially the shower!) were lovely places to spend time. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with basics to make it possible to cook some quick meals. The beach is absolutely gorgeous! We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thanks for everything, Beth!

Perfect for our needs

Neat and clean house was perfect for our needs. Space outside for our kids to play in the yard. Screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Close enough for us to walk to the beach. Our kids especially loved being close enough to ride their bikes to Aunt B’s. Will definitely rent again in the future!
