Great first time visit to Rosemary Beach

Good location. Noisy because is in the middle of Main St. Problem it seats on top of several restaurants so all the food smell is on you. Nice terraces but again the smell prevents you to enjoying them. But the worse part is the condition and cleanliness of the property, old paint falling apart, the entrance is extremely dirty, old shutters unhinged and the overall state of the outdoor areas is really bad. And to top it all is not cheap. I am not coming back to this property.

The property had a very nice view and excellent location, but management was slow to respond to questions, the unit badly needs an upgrade, shower’s leaking into bathroom, balcony needs cleaned and upgraded. Right above a noisy and busy 7am to 10pm restaurant. We expected a unit in a better condition for the price.

Location is amazing - very convenient to everything you need! Plenty of space for our family of four and the views from the room are exactly what you’d want.

Great stay

Visited for a short vacation with my wife. Place was great. Perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach, dining, and shopping. Definitely recommended

Wonderful centrally located property!

Perfectly described by owner. The property is centrally located in the middle of everything. The balcony is a perfect place for morning coffee. The upstairs outdoor area is fabulous with beautiful views and a wonderful dining table and seating area.

Great location, however unit needs serious updating and weather proofing. No hot water in upstairs bathroom sink.One bedroom freezing, the other hot. Back deck dirty and smell of garbage and grease from restaurant below.Restaurant has food deliveries by large trucks at 4am nearly every day.

New Year’s Eve at the beach

Great location where everything you want to do is walking distance. Would not be easy for anyone having to walk stairs and carry luggage. Enjoyed the time at the beach and will return again.

Perfect location

The location is fantastic. Parking is tight and getting luggage up to the apartment is hazardous. The property needs some TLC. Decks needs to be replaced and drywall was busted in the bathroom. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Great location!

The location could not have been more perfect: a few minutes from the beach and directly above some great restaurants. The apartment was tastefully decorated, although, as other reviewers have noted, in need of a little TLC; there are stains on the white couch and linens, and the walls and ceiling are showing their age. We couldn't find extra blankets to use on the couch, so we pulled the blanket from the single bed and used that to get warm. Our only other complaint was the noise from the street. There is some noise from the nighttime restaurant patrons, but the noises that bothered us most were the morning sounds, including delivery trucks around 5AM and someone pressure washing just outside the apartment at 7AM.

Beach 2020

This condo was in a great location! We enjoyed being on Main Street Rosemary. It is also a very close and easy walk to the beach. There are a lot of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but should be a consideration if you have any physical issues. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely rent this condo again.

Location is great!

Unit was nice! The outside master patio couch/ottoman was dry rotted and needs to be replaced and the stairwell leading up to the unit at the bottom is dirty. The inside of the unit was nice and location perfect!

Rosemary Beach condo

We loved our stay at the Rosemary Beach condo right in town across the street from the Pearl. The only problem was the upstairs shower had no hot water but other than that it was fabulous. We just showered downstairs. We also loved going to breakfast at Cowgirl Kitchen downstairs. Very awesome location in a wonderful place.
