Condo au dernier étage (4e) à seulement 30 pieds de l'océan Pacifique ....

Sols en marbre, comptoirs en Corian, wifi gratuit et unité centrale d'air. Cuisine très bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cuisinière et réfrigérateur plus récent, wifi gratuit. Télévision par câble dans les deux chambres et le salon. Lit king avec surmatelas dans la chambre principale, queen avec surmatelas dans la 2e chambre. Deux salles de bain complètes. Beau décor. Laveuse / sécheuse pour votre usage privé. Accès Internet Wifi gratuit en condo. Ascenseur, piscine chauffée avec jacuzzi, plage et aire de pique-nique avec barbecue en bord de mer juste à l'extérieur. Vues spectaculaires à 180 degrés sur l'océan, les couchers de soleil, les dauphins, les baleines et les tortues.

Sur le terrain se trouvent un cabinet de médecin, un magasin de plongée et Da Poke Shack (authentique nourriture hawaïenne). Cinq minutes de la plage de sable blanc (Magic Sands) et de la baie de Kahalu'u. Faites de la plongée avec des tortues et des poissons tropicaux éblouissants.

Amazing place!
We stayed at 411. Incredible place with breathtaking sunsets. Very well equipped to accommodate all types of travelers. Close to everything. Several nearby beaches for snorkeling. We took advantage of the luggage depot during the day of departure which allowed us to continue to visit without being cluttered with our suitcases. Thanks

Beautiful spot!
We visit Kona at least once every year and this was our first time staying in this unit. We spent a great deal of time on the lani watching the waves and surfers. The condo has everything you may need from beach equipment to ziplocks, coffee filters and paper products! Usually we have to go purchase all of that so it was a nice surprise. We never needed the AC, there is a great cross breeze with the door opened. The pool never had more than a couple people at it so it was never an issue getting a lounge chair. Everything worked like it was supposed to which made for a relaxed and enjoyable trip! We will be back! One more random thing, the water tastes great! No chlorine or chemical taste, it was very good and plenty of ice for it! Thank you Renee!

Comfortable condo with a beautiful view
Of the three properties we stayed during our two weeks in Hawaii, this was the family favorite! The condo had everything you needed (and more)! The parking was easy, my kids loved the pool, the king size bed was super comfortable and the two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a plus for my family. The unit had A/C which we ran only a couple times during really hot days. We never needed the A/C at night, and preferred to be lulled to sleep with the sound of the waves. The tide pools on the beach were fun to look at. We saw an eel, and many other ocean creatures. Da Poke Shack on property was tasty! We had a great time! Thanks for everything!

Clean, comfortable, very well stocked. Excellent communication by owner. The private balcony was a great view of the ocean and coast, including overlooking a surf break. The surf was up so we enjoyed watching the surfers. Hearing the ocean all day and all night was a joy. We kept the windows and screen doors open and used the overhead fan at times. We never needed to turn on the air conditioning. I live on Maui and came to Kona to see my family who were vacationing nearby. The next time they come I will want to stay here again.

AMAZING OCEAN VIEW
We try and stay in this condo on our annual visit to Kona. We love the layout with both the living room & bedroom opening to the large lanai where you can watch surfers, outrigger canoe races and sunsets. The condo is comfortable, nicely decorated and very well stocked with everything you will need, even for an extended stay. The condo is clean and exactly as advertised. In April we never needed the air conditioning - just open the windows & slider and you get a cool breeze blowing through. A plus is the covered parking. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or problems. We highly recommend this condo and plan to stay there again.

Best dose of Vitamin Sea!🌊
This was unfortunately a short 4 night trip to the Big Island , but this rental was exactly what we wanted. Huge lanai right on the ocean for a relaxing get away. Just down the street from Kona shops and just a couple blocks from Ali’s Gardens. Marketplace. I would have been happy just shopping there vs. going into Kona town. Poke place and taco place there at the outdoor marketplace we’re great!! Renee was very nice and communicated throughout our trip. We’ve stayed at Vrbo’s in HawAii and Spain, this rental was by far the best stocked rental with very thoughtful supplies. I will return someday for sure and would reclining a heartbeat! Mahalo Renee for your Hawaiian hospitality !🌴🌺🌊

Beautiful ocean view
The condo is just as described. We spent many hours on the lanai. We saw turtles almost daily and saw two whales one day. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was great. Every morning we watched the surfers while eating breakfast. The condo had everything we could want, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards. The tv in the living room quit working and the host answered me right away and had it replaced with in 3 hours. Would definitely stay again.

Love Kona Bali Kai
What could you say negative about an oceanfront property that has everything you need and an always interesting view from the deck. We have stayed in several different units at Kona Bali Kai over the last 15 years - this is the best. Love how the kitchen has been redone. Considering the unit is right on the ocean and at the mercy of the salt sea spray, it is in fabulous shape.

Paradise
We have been staying at Renee’s unit for years. It feels like a second home to us. We spend most of our time on the lanai. The view is fabulous. This year the whales decided to put on a show. The surfers are fun to watch, also. The unit has everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler for the beach. The kitchen is the best stocked one I’ve ever been in. The bed is very comfortable. We sleep to the sounds of the ocean every night. Our return flight was canceled and Renee was so helpful to us at an anxious time. Thanks Renee. Stop looking and just book this property now. You can thank me later!

Another Amazing Vacation at Our Home Away from Home
Thanks again Renee for your hospitality and allowing us the privilege of staying in your lovely condo during our vacation. The condo has everything you need during your stay except groceries. It's wonderful that previous guests leave their condiments and surplus provisions for the next guest. We really appreciate it and hope the guests checking in after us appreciate the "pay it forward" approach. It's nice to have coffee available as soon as you wake up in the morning before making your trek out for groceries. We spend a lot of time at the condo because of the amazing views from the lanai. We saw turtles in the water and suntanning on the beach below; dolphins doing their swim by and jumping and frolicking in the water and of course, the majestic whales. More sightings than we've ever experienced before. Single whales but most spectacular is seeing mothers with their babies being protected by the escort whales. Babies breaching; momma tail slapping to keep boats and other whales at bay. You didn't even need binoculars to enjoy the magnificent display. We also really enjoy the pool on site to cool down on hot days. There is so much to see and do on the Big Island or as little as you like. We absolutely love it here which is why we've been vacationing on the Big Island since 2011. We've been staying at the Kona Bali Kai since 2012 and love this condominium property. We've stayed at Renee's condo three times now and are looking forward to returning in 2025. Aloha!

Amazing unit and location
We stayed 15 nights in this wonderful unit and could not have been happier with our choice!! From the moment you walk in and see that view from the lanai you can feel your body relaxing. The unit has everything you will ever need and then some for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is very well stocked and so were each bathroom. Be sure to look in bathroom cabinets because we found a few very useful items either left by owner or previous visitors. Like bandaids, neosporin and bactin! There was also some reef safe sunscreen (we left some of ours too) Loved the hard sided cooler, beach towels,beach chairs and umbrella. We took them on our adventures every day. The unit is very comfortable from the beds to the couches. Think we only used the indoor table for Thanksgiving because the table on the lanai was so great. Loved watching the surfers in the morning while eating breakfast. It's a quick drive into Kona and all the great eateries and a good base to start your daily adventures from. The owner was very responsive to all my emails before and during our stay. Will be back for sure!

Celebration!!
We came here to celebrate our 20th wedding year anniversary!! This is our second time staying here and we are going to keep coming back. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind look no farther than here. This has all the amenities you can ask for. The kitchen is very well stocked. The best part is having beach chairs and an umbrella. If this was not available you will not stay long at the beaches. Parking is available on site! Popular local restaurants and beaches are nearby. The lanai and the view is going to blow your mind away. You are going to see great sunsets. You are going to see surfers mornings and evenings. The sound of the ocean was the best part, we had the best sleep ever so relaxing. So what are you waiting for book this condo!

Lanai Sunsets
My daughter and I had a GREAT stay at Kona Oceanfront condo. Every night we watched the sunset from the lanai and were lulled to sleep by the waves hitting the shore beneath us. Beautiful waterfront property
We really enjoyed our stay. Inspiring view with beautiful sunsets. Breakfast on the deck looking at the ocean and sleeping in a comfy king sized bed listening to the waves were the highlights. Well stocked kitchen and great location.

Oceanfront condo just a few steps from the beach
Very clean condo, convenient location to downtown Kona, lots of useful items stocked (items for the kitchen and going to the beach, etc.). The first aid kit was particularly helpful during the visit.

The Kona Bali Kai is a beautiful location as close to the ocean as you can get. It's very well kept and close to everything. We looked at many oceanfront locations, but none compared to the Bali Kai as far as proximity to the ocean surf.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The condo is private, on the top floor, close to elevator (but not too close), and beautifully furnished, with A/C. Enjoy the most awesome ocean views and sunsets from our spacious and private lanai. The sounds of the surf are breathtaking. Free wifi provided, flatscreen TV in living room and both bedrooms. 2 full baths with shower and bathtub in both. Our guests tell us they have never seen a more well-stocked condo. We try to provide everything you will need - down to laundry soap, fabric softener, paper towels, kleenex, condiments, spices, and everything you'd need to cook and bake. You can watch the surfers from the lanai, along with the turtles who live in the tide pools. There's a store right across the street and Da Poke shack right on the premises - a traditional Hawaiian seafood deli.
