Cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes dans la vallée de Coachella. Situé au centre, à seulement 15 minutes de Palm Springs à l'ouest ou à 15 minutes de La Quinta à l'est.

Delightful!

A very well appointed home in a great neighborhood. So comfortable we felt at home here!! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and then some! We loved the fresh squeezed orange juice from the heavily producing orange tree in the backyard (we visited in January). We had great weather and wish we had time to relax in the backyard and jacuzzi. A few suggestions-provide some soap in the showers & add to the "check in" instructions, a question whether or not the pool should be heated (for an additional fee) & for "check out" instructions, add a few notes on the simple tasks needed to be done in the welcome/instruction binder left in the home. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home. Looking forward to another opportunity to stay here. Thank you!!

Great small house

What can I say? Perfect is perfect. The property manager was quick to respond and is a lot of fun. The kitchen has every conceivable thing you could want.....as a matter of fact, I would live that kitchen at my own home. The location is centrally located. It is a true gem.

Checks All The Boxes!

We just completed a months stay at this property and cannot wait to get back. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood that is great to walk or bike around. The house is better than the pictures, great layout, well stocked and ready to enjoy. The backyard pool & spa area is awesome and very private. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay in Rancho Mirage

A great home with a nice location in the heart of Rancho Mirage in close proximity to everything that the Coachella Valley has to offer. The house is set up perfectly with an attention to detail in providing everything that you could possibly need to instantly unwind and enjoy the desert surroundings. Garth was fantastic to deal with, and prompt with all communication and anything that we needed during our stay. We loved diving into the pool at the end of the day surrounded by all of the palm trees in the neighborhood. It's such a nice property and one that we're looking forward to returning to again in the future.

Great house, great location

My spouse and I along with another couple stayed for two weeks at the Jasmine (December 2020). The house is very well appointed and located in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen is large and contained everything we needed for cooking in. There is a grill as well. We used the pool and hot tub multiple times a day. There were plenty of pool accessories to choose from. The backyard is very private and has multiple areas for relaxing. We did pay extra to heat the pool. The way the bedrooms are positioned allows for privacy. The property manager, Garth, was great to deal with. We had a wonderful stay and definitely would like to stay again!

Place was wonderful and even nicer than the pictures. There was a little miscommunication with the check out, but everything got sorted out and I appreciated Garth going out of his way to send us the item we forgot! Would stay here again!

Perfect

It was exactly as described, and exactly what we were looking. House is laid out well and was more than enough space for just the two of us. We will definitely book again with a larger group. Pool and hot tub were both clean, and the hot tub is ready within 30 minutes or less. Indoor and outdoor fire pits were easy to use and a really nice feature. Bikes were a plus. Communication and check-in were easy, and we always got prompt responses to any questions. Backyard is also very private. Our only complaint would be the wifi. We were working remote so both of us were on video calls all day and got dropped numerous times. Not necessarily the fault of the owner/rental agency, but would be worth seeing if an upgrade is warranted. Overall, everything was perfect for our stay and was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Tranquility

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay at at The Jasmine. This thoughtfully equipped home exceeded our expectations in every way. The kitchen is better stocked than our own and we really enjoyed the super design. The whole place was spotlessly clean and fresh and well maintained. Nicely surprised with the ambience feeling like a welcoming home rather than a rental. We spent many hours in the pool enjoying the peace and quiet and even during the heat wave of 120 F the house air conditioning kept us cool indoors. It's a great quiet neighborhood yet only 10 minutes from good restaurants and shops. Great commincations with the property manager on our drive out from Los Angeles and no need to trouble him during our stay as everything worked to perfection. Would definitely like to return here next year.

Loved having fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice every day from the trees in the backyard!

Great location, nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Enjoyed riding the bicycles around the area also!

Private pool home in nice neighborhood

We rented for a month and we enjoyed this home. Photos are accurate - everything was renovated except the bathrooms. They are OK, but what would make this house perfect for an extended stay is access to the large master closet, as well as updated bathrooms and a larger master shower. Garth, the property manager, lives nearby and was very responsive if we had any issues. We would rent again if it were available for our dates.

A fantastic villa in a premium location

This villa is situated in a lovely neighbourhood in Rancho Mirage. It has been maintained to a high standard throughout and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is beautiful. It has everything, and more, that you would ever need (it has more than my kitchen at home). Plenty of seating, both at the breakfast bar and main dining area, gives it a real spacious feel. The living area is practical and has a 'homely' feel. We have stayed at other rentals in the past which have seemed quite clinical, however this was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bedrooms were large and beds extremely comfortable. Again, all rooms had great facilities. I really liked the international adaptors in the rooms, great touch! The pool and outside area was a delight. Plenty of seating, both by the pool and firepit, meant we had plenty of choice. The firepit was an added bonus and we spent many a night sipping beer and wine next to the warming flames. The pool and jacuzzi were large, clean and practical. We added the pool heating (at a very reasonable cost) due to the cold December nights. My favourite thing about the outside area was the orange and grapefruit tree. Coming from the United Kingdom this was a real treat to see, and of course, taste!! Fresh grapefruit and orange every morning made me feel a little better for overindulging over the Christmas period. The villa even had a juicer; amazing! We have no real criticisms, however just a couple of small recommendations; Outside lighting - the villa is beautiful, however there is limited lighting at the front of the villa. It would have benefitted from some nice lights by the palm trees. Bathrooms - spotlessly clean, however slightly dated. This didn't hinder our stay, however just seemed a little older than other areas. Clothes airer (clothes horse in the UK) - small but would have been practical given the sunny weather. The above does NOT warrant any star reduction as this villa is by far a 5* place, they are just small areas of improvement. Thank you so much for a great stay, Garth. We will be back!! Spent the long weekend at this home with my family and we had an amazing time. The house was well kept, comfy, and in a nice quite neighborhood. The house has everything you need to feel at home away from home. The owner was very professional and quick to respond.Will stay here again.
