An Extra Hour of Sunshine was built in 1955, improved in 2011, and completely re-imagined in 2020. Located in Magnesia Falls Cove, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, multiple work from home spaces, well-appointed and equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor), smart home technologies, interior & exterior dining, and a two car garage.
Enjoy the remodeled backyard with restored pool, new spa, firepits, misting system, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. All interior and exterior furnishings are brand new and curated by H3K Design. No expense was spared when creating this luxe mid-mod gem.
This premium home is priced accordingly and will not disappoint as evidenced by perfect reviews across all platforms. But remember to consider the following when justifying the price. The rental price of this home is all inclusive (almost), and it covers the following items that are often additional fees at other similar homes.
* FREE POOL HEAT to maintain comfortable water temperatures
* FREE EV CHARGING with a level 2 chargepoint charger located in the garage
* INTERIOR CLEANING is included every 2 weeks and is mandatory with all reservations

Life happens! And we are only able to use the home a few months a year due to crazy schedules. When we are not in residence, we wanted to make it available for 28 day rentals for guests to enjoy. We work hard to provide you a terrific experience during your stay. Come stay with us in Magnesia Falls Cove and enjoy all that Rancho Mirage and the surrounding area has to offer!

After renting many homes in the Coachella Valley over the years, we decided to purchase this home in our favorite neighborhood as our second home. No expense was spared as we remodeled the exterior of the home, including restoring the pool, adding a spa, lighting, outdoor kitchen, etc. The home is now our personal escape in our favorite neighborhood.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Bedroom 3 is a media room / den / guest bedroom. The bed is an amazing Italian designed murphy bed that has the same quality mattress as the other bedrooms in the home. With a built in couch and convertible coffee table / desk this is the ideal media room or second office space for multiple work from home guests. Guests staying in this room have access to the powder room bath, but will need to make arrangements to shower in the primary or guest ensuites.
