Les chambres Sunrise et Sunset ont chacune un lit Queen confortable. Ensuite, il y a le canapĂ© du salon qui a une prime Queen American Comfort Sleeper. Le tĂ©lĂ©viseur Smart HD dans le salon diffuse des films Internet sur notre compte Netflix ou vous pouvez regarder des programmes Internet Ă  partir de votre compte personnel. Texas Hellweek

Nice, well appointed house which was great for our bicycle touring trip to Texas Hellweek. Happy to have the outdoor storage room for bikes and equipment, in addition to the carport for automobiles. I've communicated my two minor complaints to the owner, that we needed coat hangers in all the closets and a can of silicone lubricant to quiet squeaky doors. Really, I have no significant complaints and would be happy to stay in this property again.

Quiet Stay

The house is small but cozy. Quiet area allows for you to come back home from being out and just relax. Nice backyard area to hang out with your friends or family. We were pleased with the ease for check-in.

Great experience!

House Pistachio is a great little gem! Perfect for our girls weekend. Very conveniently located to downtown Fredericksburg. The house is nicely updated and spotless! We would definitely book this property again!

House Pistachio was fantastic! The house was spotless and the owners thought of everything. The location was great and convenient to all the fun in and around Fredericksburg. It was the perfect home base for a great weekend in the hill country.

Wonderful

This house is fantastic. I wish I owned it! Almost everything inside and outside is fresh and new. Communication with the manager was superb and everything was better than expected. It is clear that Dennis and Frances care about the customer experience. I especially liked that everything worked like it should and we were able to access the house prior to the typical 4PM check-in time. That is a huge benefit. We will gladly return and stay again. Thank you, Dennis and Frances, for making our time in the house special.

Enjoyed our stay

The house was very clean, had everything we needed and was perfect for 5 adults. The neighborhood was safe but not very tidy. Several of the neighbors yards were not as we kept as the rental. While we had to drive to Main Street, it was still a very short drive and not much trouble. Loved having the carport. If I was to make a recommendation for the owners, I’d move the unlock code to the carport door, and put a bigger dining table. It was hard for us to play card games at a 4 person table. I’d definitely stay here again as long as the price was right.

Great house!

The house was exactly as presented online. Very clean and updated. No doilies or fake plants collecting dust. The little extras were a nice bonus. It rained during our trip so we didn't get to enjoy the back patio, but it was a plus having the covered carport to hang out under.

Perfect place for our girls’ getaway!

Not only is this house super cute, really nice, and in a great location, but the owners made sure our stay was a relaxing, pleasant experience as well. We had coffee and a variety of creamers waiting for us, as well as bathroom “extras” (shampoo, body wash, facial cleanser, etc.) to make this trip extra special and relaxing. I would highly recommend a stay at Pistachio House while visiting Fredricksburg, and we will definitely be staying again! Perfect place for a girls’ birthday weekend!😊

Great Weekend Getaway House

We actually stayed Thursday and Friday night but wish we could have stayed all weekend. Didn't plan far enough ahead for Octoberfest! Stayed at a hotel in Burnet the next night for the same amount of money but not nearly as "home-like". Owners provided many extras including toiletry items, coffee, creams, bagels, cream cheese and more! House was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy too. We aren't tech savvy so struggled a little with the streaming TV but for most, I'm sure that would have been easy! Next time we are in Fredericksburg, we'll try to stay again (since we joined a wine club at 4.0, we will be back). Dennis - we also did a wine tasting and pairing at Kuhlman's (your recommendation) and loved it. Bought some wine there too. Thanks for everything. With a dancing night at Luckenbach on Friday and Octoberfest on Saturday, the boys had plenty of beer too. GREAT time for our family.
