Casa Teresita - PRIX BASSE SAISON! Minutes de la jetée

Ce condo de luxe de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est situé dans la zone romantique de PV. C'est le quartier le plus branché, appelé aussi "Old Town", avec d'incroyables restaurants, bars et divertissements à votre porte.

Une note que ce logement n'est pas au sommet des collines comme beaucoup d'endroits dans la vieille ville sont; Il est Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied de l'eau et du Malecon.

Le condo est un spacieux 1300 pieds carrés et peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes; a tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un réfrigérateur à vin et laveuse / sécheuse.

Il y aura un lit king size dans la chambre principale. Deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent ĂȘtre attachĂ©s pour faire un roi dans la 2Ăšme chambre et un canapĂ©-lit king size dans le salon.

Il y a deux terrasses, une grande hors du salon et une petite hors de la chambre des maĂźtres.

Le toit dispose d'une piscine à débordement, d'un barbecue en plein air et d'un coin repas avec une vue imprenable sur la ville, la baie et les montagnes.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée si vous aimez préparer vos repas. Il existe un systÚme de filtration d'eau par osmose inverse pour que vous puissiez avoir confiance en votre approvisionnement en eau.

Veuillez noter que le prix de la nuit comprend une TVA de 16% (taxe d'hébergement) exigée par le gouvernement mexicain.

Wonderful Romantic Zone location

Condo was excellent and because of the small building size pretty much always had the rooftop pool to ourselves. Traffic noise does impact enjoyment of the second floor balcony, but heading to the roof gives you a great view along with sunshine or shade. Everything was very clean and kitchen was well stocked for quick meals at home.

Fantastic condo and owner

The apartment is perfect, clean, very good beds/mattress, well positioned, close to everything. The condo is well maintained and the pool is clean. The owner, Teresa is very nice, helpful and easy to deal with. Highly suggested.

We had a wonderful visit to this property and the owner was very helpful and communicated with us through the whole trip. The suite is beautiful and the rooftop was amazing to watch the New Years fireworks. Lots of great places to eat and the location was perfect to end our trip. Would highly recommend and will book again when we come back down in the future.

We were very pleased at the cleanliness of the unit. It was exactly as presented. Theresa responded promptly to any queries we had right from the beginning of this process and booking. The location was fantastic. It was so close to the heart of the city. We were able to walk to everything! We couldn’t have been happier.

We would stay again

We go to PV every year and staying in old town the last 10 years. The last two years we decided to rent condo's (D Terrace & Pinnacle) vs. staying in a hotel. This building is brand new. There are only 15 units which is small for the new buildings going up here and doesn't have the amenities of many of the other properties. I found that in the past I didn't use those amenities so having a gym (even though I had intentions of going) wasn't important. The rooftop pool here is perfect for the size for the property. Typically while we were at the pool there were very few people, but we did enjoy meeting some of the full time residents and guests when they were present. The building is located in the middle of everything. You're just 4 blocks to the beach and steps away from many of the great restaurants and galleries in PV. The unit itself is a nice size and well decorated. The master bedroom and bath are large and comfortable. The second bedroom while small is sufficient. The unit would be crowded if you had up to 6 and needed to use the pull out couch, but this trip there was just 3 of us and it was perfect. The street is a busy street and it can get loud in the morning having coffee on the patio. If you've never stayed in old town, keep in mind due to the cobblestone streets and the trucks themselves this is typical unless you're staying in the hillside, so this is not unexpected. Inside the unit the noise was very, very minimal and with the fans on in the bedroom a non-issue at night. As in all new construction things aren't always perfect, and during our stay we ran into an issue with the electronic entry to the building. Having said that, the owner responded immediately to our need and was able to remedy the situation. That was very appreciative. A big plus for her turning a negative into a positive. Overall it was a great value, comfortable and enjoyable stay and we'd stay in this unit or another in the building again.

Super responsive

Theresa, the owner of this property, is the most responsive to inquiries I have ever booked with. The unit was immaculately clean and check in was super easy. Any noise from the clubs is blocked out by some heavy duty sliding doors and if there is construction in tue area, it shuts down by 4 pm. Be sure to use the pool area and the BBQ up there as well.

Great location and fabulous stay

This condo is in a great location! Having our kids with us made walking everywhere a high priority when we were looking for a condo and this location couldn’t be any more perfect. The rooftop pool was fabulous and the beds were comfortable. Was a perfect place for us! Kitchen was well appointed and we didn’t need for anything Def would return. Thanks so much for such a great stay.

Great location and even better fully equipped condo

The condo is brand new and completely furnished with all the amenities you will ever need for a great stay. Good quality construction adds to the feel of staying in a premier building in a premier location. Restaurants, lounges, shopping and theaters all very close and easy to walk. The beautiful rooftop pool is a great way to spend a relaxing day or night taking in ocean, city and Mountain Views. The beach is close. The condo scores a TEN for the descriminating renter! Highly recommend this condo!

I decided that I liked Romantic Zone the best and that I enjoyed the comforts of home on my vacations, so all inclusives just weren't for me. I finally decided to invest in a property.
