À quelques pas de la plage du Maderia Beach Yacht Club! Maison de ville 1 chambre.

Situé à quelques centaines de mètres des belles plages de sable blanc du golfe avec une vue sur le front de mer de la baie de Boca Ciega, ce 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain et demie, maison de ville de 2 étages a tout pour plaire. Buvez votre café du matin donnant sur la voie navigable inter-côtière depuis votre balcon ou pique-niquez au bord de l'eau ou de la piscine.

Entrez dans le salon-complet avec canapé-lit, télévision par câble à écran plat, chaîne stéréo, lecteur CD et une cheminée pour les nuits d'hiver plus fraîches. Le rez-de-chaussée a une cuisine de style cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes à côté de la salle à manger. Le ½ bain et la buanderie complètent le premier étage. A l'étage, une immense chambre avec un lit king size, un grand dressing, un canapé-lit, une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur CD et une salle de bain complète.
C'est juste une courte promenade à travers la route de la plage où les dauphins ludiques sont souvent vus et les couchers de soleil sont un must à voir! Le Winn-Dixie et CVS, Madeira Beach Snack Shack et Municipal Park sont également à quelques pas de la porte. Prenez le chariot de plage pour un voyage au John’s Pass pour le dîner ou le shopping.

Madeira Beach est facilement accessible en voiture de l'aéroport de Saint-Pétersbourg / Clearwater ou de Tampa et vous n'avez même pas besoin d'une voiture de location si vous le souhaitez; le Beach Trolley s'étend de Clearwater à Passe Grille.

Location is excellent and the owners were very responsive. The only negative is the place could use a little touching up in a few areas. Overall it's a good place to stay on your trip. Would recommend.

Fantastic Location!

This location was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning while looking out at the bay, walking a couple of blocks to the beach, grocery, dinner, drinks, and short drive day trips to Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg, and Tampa. Would definitely stay again. Would also recommend sunset at the rooftop restaurant on top of the Cambria hotel a couple blocks away.

Excellent Location

Its a great place to stay for Madeira Beach... Short walk to grocery store, pharmacy and most of all the beach. There is a great bar with live music at the end of the block and you can easily walk to John's Pass. We had a rental car so we drove into Tampa a few times for dinner but there is no reason to do that unless you are a foodie. We would recommend staying here and will consider coming back in the future.

Home Away From Home

We loved our stay at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club 201 H! It was close to everything yet had so many amenities you didn't have to leave! My older son loved the gym and my younger son loved the pools and pool tables! The home was so nice to come home to after a long day at the beach or sightseeing!

Great location & prompt communication

Amazing experience staying here! The location is absolutely perfect. My husband and I were able to walk to pretty much any desired location (or trolley/Uber). Communication with Lynda was outstanding, she was able to answer any questions before our trip and helped with a small issue on our arrival- during a holiday weekend at that! Overall great experience and we’d love to be back!

Great, clean, quiet townhome

The townhouse is exactly as advertised. It is on intercoastal waters and about 2 blocks from the beach. I would have liked to have had more local shops and restaurants (within walking distance), but I cannot fault the property for that. John's Pass is just a short trolley ride, and we enjoyed that very much. We hope to stay here again sometime.

A great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay . The condo was beautiful and decorated nicely. It was easily accessible to the pool and the marina. It was a great location, close to the grocery store and other local shops and dining establishments. It was perfectly located. We loved our stay ! Any communications we had with the owners were immediately addressed. We'll be back! Thank you !

Last min golden find.

Having been let down last minute for our Christmas vacation, I spoke with TJ & everything went great. Highly recommend staying here if you looking to relax & not pay over the odd for a block away beach. Sunrise is awesome, Dolphins & Sea Hawks visit the dockside. Perfect!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time, the location is really perfect! We loved the beach and pool, having the dollar store, CVS, and grocery store right across the street were wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed it all! Only thought is condo could definitely use a good deep cleaning. Dusty and floors were dirty here and there, but it wouldn't keep us away again. We would definitely use property again....relaxing and wonderful vacation!

Perfect Location

The property is exactly as described in the listing. The town home was very well equipped with everything you need and more. It is very convenient to be within walking distance of a grocery store, drug store and Dollar Tree. Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a very quiet development. Everyone we saw was very friendly. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Would have loved to stay another week! Communication with the hosts was very efficient. We would definitely stay again!

Close to the beach

The property is clean and well-maintained, and communication with owners is great. The condo is a bit old but clean, the upstairs room is large but downstairs space is limited. Ideal for 2 people. The beach is 1 block away and the supermarket is right in front. Not many restaurants and other options within walking distance, you may have to use the car on a daily basis.

The complex was built in the 70s however our unit has been completely updated. The beach, grocery store, drug store, park, post office, library, hair & nail salon, snack shack, Frabottas, Thai Star, the Bistro, Pete’s Poke, Mario’s, & several bars are within close walking distance.

Unit well appointed. Plenty of everything we needed in Kitchen and bath needs. Comfortable furniture. Close to pool. Cool air conditioning. Tub drain needs work (slow drain - easy fix). Hosts available by e-mail and very responsive. Overall very satisfied. Would stay again in future. Thanks TR & Linda.

Our Stay

The property was just as described. The location was convenient to restaurants, grocery store and beautiful beach. The only negative was we had to wash the silverware and dishes before using because they were not clean. It was not a big issue we just put them in the dishwasher and it solved the issue. Everything else was just wonderful. It was a very nicely decorated and comfortable condo. The property owner was very receptive to any questions we had and answered quickly. We would visit again.

Nice condo needs some TLC

We had a great vacation at this condo-this was our first time in the area and we definitely wound return to Madeira Beach. I gave it the 3 star rating for cleanliness because although the unit was surface clean, the windows were filthy and inoperable. The bathtub/ shower was very dated and the fiberglass was scratched and stained. The bed was very comfortable and the living room furniture was clean and attractive. The location is excellent- a short walk to the beach , stores and many bars and restaurants . We were not big fans of the Yacht Club complex but that’s a personal choice.

Traveling Hoosiers

First off, let me start by saying this place was great!!! I wasn't sure about not staying right on the beach but the short walk was worth the difference in prices of a beach condo vs across the street. The condo was well stocked with items to get you started with your stay. Plus, having beach chairs and towels to use was great and nice to not have to pack for the trip. Now, the upstairs bedroom was pretty warm, especially in the evening after being in the sun all day. The owners were wonderful, they had the HVAC company come check the unit. There was a problem and the room was cooler after they serviced the AC. All in all the Madeira Beach Yacht Club condo was worth the money and we will be coming back! Thank you Lynda and Thomas for our stay :)

Awesome location & neighbors!

Property was just as advertised! Clean & plenty of room for my family of 3. Loved the cathedral ceilings upstairs in the bedroom & how it felt like another space to “get away” if you needed to relax. There’s an outside patio with chairs and table! Perfect to relax at! Hosts were easy to contact with questions! We had delays at the airport and arrived way later than expected & the wrong gate code was given to us but we were able to get in! I’ve booked with VRBO in the past & mistakes happen so nothing to overthink on our end! Location is perfect as it’s close to a grocery store across the street, walking distance to the ocean & close to all other fun activities in Florida! There were a few fruit flies but nothing vinegar n dawn dish soap can’t fix & gone the next day! I agree with other reviews, this condo will need a deep clean soon BUT I didn’t read a lot of reviews until after we were home and sat and thought about it! I will be staying here in the future!! Nothing was bad about staying here! LOVED IT!!!!!
