We had a wonderful time at the Cabernet Apartment. The view, two bathrooms, comfortable bed and even though the kitchen was small, it worked very efficiently. I think the area is the best for everything and every need. Restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved everything about this apartment. The bed was so comfortable. It was so nice having two bathrooms plus having the use of the washer and dryer. This apartment is so close to many great restaurants and great wine shops. The view is absolutely amazing
.couldn’t stop staring at the Eiffel Tower the whole time!

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Very, very clean. There is a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower from the little balcony. The hand lotion is so nice. The showers are awesome and I loved the fact that there are two full bathrooms even with a one bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is wonderful. The only issue was the pillows which were very hard, IMO. All of the sleeping areas were harder than what we are used to back in America. Despite that, I would definitely stay there again!

“It's hard to imagine a more perfect Paris apartment. The unbelievable view of the Eiffel tower is what tempted us to take this particular unit originally and reality did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning. The quiet bedroom was tucked away at the back of the apartment with a large bed and beautiful linens. Well appointed and beautifully decorated, this was our second Paris Perfect rental and won't be our last. We very much appreciated the convenience of the advance grocery shopping service and pre-arranged restaurant reservations made things even more comfortable. We have been fortunate to visit Paris on many occasions and this was our nicest visit by far - in large measure because of this lovely apartment.”

1) The review of the apartment and its services was very well handled. 2) The local office was helpful and handy. 3) The location was ideal for us and a perfect size for 2 people 4) Having a well appointed kitchen was wonderful for breakfasts and one dinner! 5) We used the washer/dryer combo 3-4 times. Great having it available! 6) Recommend that the bed be replaced and nicer bedding....the bed was lumpy. 7) The sofa needs replacement soon as well. 8) We've already posted consider reviews on social media about Paris Perfect and given kudos to the friend who referred us to you. 9) We can't wait to return!!

Paris Perfection!

My family stayed at the Cabernet apartment and absolutely loved it! We could not have been more pleased with the apartment or the entire Paris Perfect team. Everything was exactly as described, the view was breathtaking, and the location superb. The apartment is within easy walking distance to The Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler, and the most delicious pastry shop is located directly across the street from the front door to the apartment. You must stop in the Le Champ des Delices!!! The staff at Paris Perfect were also great at recommending skip the line passes and things to do. Specifically, the skip the line for the Eiffel Tower is well worth the money because it saves you hours from waiting in line. Additionally, the professional photo shoot was invaluable, and we came away with literally hundreds of amazing photos that we will cherish forever. Thank you Paris Perfect, I give you 5 stars and my highest recommendation!!!

This is the second apartment I have stayed at in Paris and I believe it was even better than the first. The living room and dining area were twice as big which made it nicer with 3 of us there. The neighborhood had everything we could possibly need and we actually did grocery shopping and ate some evening meals in the apartment which made it very enjoyable and relaxing. The only problem we had was the safe didn't work. It was checked out by Paris Perfect and found the battery was dead but no one came back to change it. We literally kept our valuables in the bed. Not ideal. My next stay I will definitely request the Cabernet again.

Great apartment, good staff, enjoyable stay.

The trip was definitely remarkable. Despite traveling 9+ hours on a plane trip, and arriving early, the staff allowed us to check in early, which made it extremely pleasant after traveling with an infant. The greeter gave us a warm welcome, making us feel “not so lost” on our first foreign trip. The view was definitely one to remember and everything in the apartment was well equipped. The location was everything, and in comparison to hotels in the vicinity, this apartment was a bargain. The information for locality and other touristy areas created a sense of familiarity and perfection. A minor issue with the laundry machine was resolved and the apartment hosts managed to check in on us after arriving back into the states. The fact that you’re 5000+ miles from home and still great treated extremely hospitable shows a lot for this business. The entire experience was honestly a great one. While it’s understandable that things won’t always run smoothly, this is the closest to perfection. Thank you so much for hosting me and my family. Can’t wait to be in Paris again.

Our stay in the Cabernet was unforgettable! The view of the Eiffel Tower is breathtaking. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four and the location could not be better. Dreamy apartment in a great neighborhood.

My husband and I spent six nights in Cabernet apartment to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It is light and elegant with beautiful decor. The balcony with perfect straight on Eiffel Tower views is the reason we chose this one. The tower is gorgeous at all hours. I loved watching the last twinkling show before bed each night. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The bedroom was cozy and charming with a very French courtyard view. If you want to hear the lively street noise, keep the windows open. Once you wish to sleep, close the windows and you hear nothing. The central AC was appreciated and kept us cool. The apartment was well kept and very clean. The location was perfect- a quick walk to the Eiffel and the Seine. The boulangerie across the street was wonderful for baguettes, croissants, and pastries. There is a good grocery store on the street as well as a pharmacy. I can't say enough about Paris Perfect, the organization. Every tour, transportation, and event we booked through the company was well worth the money. We recommend Victor's taxi for a ride to and from the airport. Our dinner cruise with Bateaux Parisiens was wonderful and our tours (Champagne and the Versailles/Giverny) made our first trip to France very special. We enjoyed all of Leah's instagram videos and used her tips and advice. It was the trip of a lifetime! Thank you Paris Perfect!

This extraordinary apartment is in a delightful part of Paris. It is a real residential neighborhood despite a substantial number of tourists like us. The apartment looks out on the Eiffel Tower that is a few blocks away. It is comfortable, well and handsomely furnished. If you happen to like food, it is near one the best food shopping streets in Paris and the neighborhood is full of outstanding restaurants. Follow Paris Perfect's recommendations, and you will be well fed.

We loved the Cabernet apartment! The location was perfect with a Patisserie just across the street, a wine shop next door, a butcher shop two doors down, and a small grocery story nearby. There were many great cafes in the neighborhood. The apartment was wonderfully charming, in great condition, and very comfortable. It truly felt like home during our 1 week stay. The view of the Eiffel Tower was magnificent. Paris Perfect was great to work with - very efficient, helpful, and trustworthy. We highly recommend Paris Perfect and the Cabernet apartment.

Cabernet was the perfect apartment in Paris. Beautifully decorated, perfect neighbourhood, quiet building, the view is amazing, we could have just sat and watched the Eiffel Tower all night. The amenities were great, everything you could want was provided. The apartment is situated on a fantastic street with great restaurants, cafes, bakeries, wine shops, rotisserie, grocery store, cheese, pates, Rue Cler market around the corner, I could go on and on. Paris Perfect gave us detailed information for absolutely everything. Cafe Constant was a favourite. Cannot wait to come back again.

My wife and I absolutely loved this quaint apartment. It was better than the pictures showed. We actually felt like we could reach out and touch the Eiffel Tower. This apartment was centrally located and was in walking distance to almost all of the sight seeing we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The Cabernet was perfect in every way. It was decorated beautifully and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen was equipped with all modern appliances. The view was perfect with the Eiffel Tower right in view as you sat at the dining table. At night it was a spectacular light display which we will remember always. The location was also perfect with many of the main attractions within walking distance. The neighborhood was lovely with streets lined with cafes, bistros, markets, and pastry and bread shops. I will always remember my stay in Paris with great fondness and look forward to returning to the Cabernet apartment and to beautiful Paris.

This is my second stay with Paris Perfect, and both vacations were wonderful. In an age of mass marketing, Paris Perfect is truly unique. From my first contact, they responded promptly and personally to every question. They showered me with useful information that made my stay go smoothly. When the apartment I had reserved became unavailable due to elevator problems, they switched me to the beautiful "Cabernet" apartment across the street. I hope I am able to return next year for a third Paris Perfect stay. They have my unqualified A+ recommendation.

My wife and I spent a week in the Cabernet apartment after visiting London. We took the Eurostar from London to Paris and were picked up by Victor Cab Co. , as recommended by Paris Perfect. We were met at the train station and the driver alerted PP that we were on our way. We were driven to the apartment and met by a very nice PP representative, Veriti. She gave us a tour and explained all of the workings of the apartment. She also left us a book that explained how to use the different appliances and office and emergency numbers. The apartment is beautiful. The view of the Eiffel Tower that you see on the website is the one you actually get from your dining/living room area. The balcony is small with two chairs and a small table. However, right behind this is the large dining table and four chairs. We opted to sit here when we ate breakfast or snacked at night. The best part was having a late night snack and watching the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower as we drank wine. We had two bathrooms with sink and shower and one bathroom had a toilet. This made getting ready to go out very easy for us. The bedroom and living area had separate air conditions that were quiet and efficient. Very nice since the weather was warm during our stay. We always closed the living area curtains when we went out since the sun is on that side of the apartment but we were never warm. Tower fans are provided. My wife and I would have our breakfast and just stare out the window. The bedroom is cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. You are supplied with two sets of towels each which was more then adequate for us. The kitchen was fine but we did not cook so we never used the oven. However, we did use the two coffee machines and, of course, the refridgerator. If you want to cook everything you would need is supplied. The washer/dryer is a combo unit and very small. If you are thinking about washing clothes don't do it in the apartment. There is a laundermat around the corner near the PP office. There is no doorknob to turn. You put the key in and push the door open. Do not forget to take your key or you will be locked out. The building is old but just what I expected and wanted. The elevator, however, is tiny. The building is old but just what I expected and wanted. You get into the building foyer with a key code. All very secure. The area is wonderful with many shops and restaurants. All in all it was one of the best vacations we ever had.

By chance, my wife and I had the opportunity to spend a few days in Paris during the end of February. Having stayed with Paris Perfect a number of times before it was our first place to look for a great place to stay. The bonus being in February we could shorten our stay and still take advantage of the off season rates. We stayed in Cabernet apartment this time, it has been on our list a couple of times before but not available, so we were pleased to finally get the opportunity. This is a charming apartment for a couple and very cosy even in Feb. Perfectly situated in the 7th and so close to the things we really love about Paris

Paris was Perfect

We had a great time in Paris and much of it had to do with the apartment we rented from Paris Perfect. It is a very well run company. Tthe view is absolutely wonderful!! Walking distance to the best restaurants and was great after a day of sightseeing. The only minus was that we were asked to take off our shoes when we were in the apartment because of the other tenants that were not on vacation. Also asked to keep the noise down after 10PM. When on vacation, this is difficult since many time we were just getting home at 10 or later.

Nice apartment with the super location and Eiffel Tower views. This has become my favorite area. The local charm, restaurants, shopping and easy to get wherever you want to go. We find so many new things on each visit to Paris. Thanks.

Our successful Paris apartment rental business began with one special pied-Ă -terre located on the Left Bank near the Eiffel Tower. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic Paris views and the location – walking distance to cafĂ©s, landmarks and wonderful shops. We tried many Paris neighborhoods over the years and found that living in an apartment in the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.
