La façon la plus pratique de ski de Salt Lake! Le Super Pass est votre billet d'or pour tout Ski City a à offrir. Avec un Super Pass en main, vous économisez sur l'accès direct à un ascenseur à la station (s) de votre choix-Alta, Brighton, Snowbird et Solitude. Cela signifie pas de fenêtres lift-billets et une plus grande liberté de skier tout. Vous aurez également économiser jusqu'à 40% sur les locations de ski. Lorsque la journée de ski est terminée, votre Pass Super vous obtient un tour gratuit sur rail léger TRAX et les bus de ski UTA, vous pouvez donc passer sans problème à la scène après de la ville. Gagnez du temps, d'argent et de ski où vous voulez, quand vous voulez. Une fois acheté (avant votre arrivée) nous les laissons dans le condo quand vous arrivez.

Le Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center est un peu plus d'un mile de distance. taille patinoire ronde olympique ouvert à l'année, piscines intérieure et extérieure, racquetball (et Wallyball) les tribunaux, ainsi que d'une chambre et salle de musculation cardio. Le centre de loisirs propose plusieurs classes, de Spin, à Yoga et Zumba. Frais nominaux.

Nous avons une licence de résidence de tourisme / location à court terme avec Cottonwood Heights (une exigence pour la location à court terme dans notre ville)

Perfect stay for a ski vacation

Jennifer was an incredible host and the space was perfect for our group of 8. Super clean, well stocked (from kitchen to bathrooms) and a large living room with a fireplace that was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Jennifer responded quickly and passed along travel tips that made our stay that much better. Highly recommend this property!!

Everything was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware the best I have encountered in the rentals I have been to.Great information on everything in the home.The lighting in the kitchen was great! Great home in a quiet setting.

This home has everything you need for a get away. We stayed here for a conference at the South Towne Expo Center. It is a quick 18 minute drive to the center. Just far enough away to escape the crowd of a hotel but close enough to go back and forth to the Center. Jennifer was great to work with.

Weekend getaway trip to Brighton

Jennifer is one of the best communicators ive encountered in over a decade of travel. I travel about half the year for work and pleasure and this property is my favorite. Very comfortable, this property features a nice hot tub, spacious living room, modern kitchen, and relaxing bedrooms. Access is both convenient and you feel so safe here. This was my 2nd visit, and, hopefully more to come!

Great Place and Location for a Ski Trip

We have 5 guys in our group that ski out west every year. This house was perfect for us. Lots of room, every one had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. The condo is well kept and comfortable. Owner has done a great job of describing this condo on the VRBO site. Everything stayed was great and turned out to be a great place for our ski trip. Unit is very well stocked for cooking & eating. Unit is very clean and nicely updated & decorated. The hotub was awesome and our group stop raving about it and the condo overall. Great access to Alta & Snowbird. Would definitely come back!

Perfect home away from home!

This house was the perfect place for a Christmas family reunion. It was beautifully decorated for the holiday, and had a very well equipped kitchen, making elaborate meal preparation possible. Grill and hot tub were well used. The location was perfect. Pretty much 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Ski equipment rentals right there, and a coffee shop and bar/restaurant walking distance as well. Jenifer was very responsive to any needs we had. We’ll definitely be coming again!

Spacious modern house near SLC & Park City

A lovely modern house in a small condo development. Well stocked kitchen, very nice large screen TV, quiet deck with great hot tub. Upstairs bedrooms get too hot on hot days, but AC good in lower levels. Neighborhood undergoing a lot of construction right now.

Thanks Francis! We do suggest (in our pre arrival check in info) that you make sure the vents are closed on the lower levels in the summer. We try to do this when cleaning but often guests open them. This helps push more air to the upper level. Also, there is a new portable evaporative cooler for the bedrooms upstairs (instructions are on the dresser next to the unit) that works quite well. We noticed you didn’t use it. We had a strange weather week during your stay as well. One day at 40-50 degrees and the next day at 95 so you had have heat on overnight and A/C the next day. That makes it challenging too! There is construction going on across the street from our community...super exciting to have a great Pho restaurant, awesome coffee shop (Alpha), soon there will be a distillery/pub all within walking distance. It’s great that you commented on our “quiet deck” which backs up to private, secluded mountain side. Glad you enjoyed the nice hot tub too!

Fantastic!

If you have a trip planned to the Cottonwoods, this is the place to stay. Jennifer is an amazing host, attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The home has been very well appointed for any skier / boarder. They have a freakin' boot dryer rack! I literally have nothing negative to say. My only regret is that we hadn't discovered this home before our most recent trip. I can only hope that when we want to visit the area in the future, this rental will be available.

Great home, perfect for a big group!

We were here for a week and could not have found a better home or location for exploring the big and little cottonwood canyons. You are literally steps away from the highway that takes you to both canyons and a short drive to grocery stores and anything else you might need. SLC downtown and airport are 20 minutes away. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been renovated and are beyond beautiful . The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen, right down to the waffle cooker! Showers are hot , beds super comfortable, living room couch and fireplace make for a cozy place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hot tub….. amazing !!!! Boot warmer, 2 washers and dryers, games, gift bag were all appreciated! If you are reading my review look no further and book this amazing home❤️❤️❤️

We are native to Utah. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. Because of my experience with vacation rentals, affiliation with the outdoor sports industry and local knowledge I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable, fully stocked, better maintained, and of course, MORE FUN!!!

I personally go to each property (all in the same community) before and after each stay to make sure everything is just right! If you have questions or concerns, just look at the guest comments!

Location! This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights).

This condo/town home is so spacious and comfortable.
The community is very unique. The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick freeway access to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to amenities like the Porcupine Pub, Alpha Coffee, Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, 7-11 and The Lift House Sports. The condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another and many are not visible to other units. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash & recycling.

There are several things that set our properties apart.
**We take pride in the ownership of our properties. We value your business and want to make it more personal. We've stayed in many vacation rentals and have found many to be "too sterile" and unwelcoming - no personal touches. We want our guests to feel like friends and be comfortable in their "home away from home"
**We have at least 5 different types of pillows in each condo as not all guests like the same type of pillow.
**Each mattress and pillow have protectors that are laundered frequently.
**Our rugs and blankets are laundered frequently as well.
**Our spices and cooking essentials are plentiful and refilled or replenished as needed.
**We offer many books, maps and literature on local things to do as well as our personal 'local' recommendations.
**Our condo is in the furthest building away from busy Wasatch Blvd. It is very quiet.
**We have the largest, most secluded patio/deck in the community~it backs up to private open space (large hillside)
**We live within 10 minutes from the property. We are in the community often as we have two other condos in the community. We are readily available if needed but not right next door "spying on you" :)
