Enjoy a luxurious stay in this centrally-located newly renovated designer house at Cottonwood Height. In 20 mins, you are in Salt Lake City downtown, airport, the University of Utah, or the two Cottonwood Canyons with 4 world renowned ski resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude), rock climbing and hiking. Thoughout the house and the backyard, enjoy the open view of the majestic Mount Olympus.
INTERIOR
This spacious house of 2200 sq ft is newly renovated with no expense spared and funished with modern decor. By default, it has 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 people (2 Kings, 2 Queens) and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms feature dedicated work areas, a fan, electric blanket and extra down blankets. 3 bedrooms have TVs.
The house can sleep 5 more people: (1) One office has a large pull-out double bed sofa sleeper. (2) The Living Room has another large pull-out double bed sofa sleeper. (3) The Master bedroom has a twin-size pull-out bed for 1 person. All pull-out beds are accompanied by roll-up mattresses to place on top for better comfort.
EXTERIOR
Modern patio includes a private 7-person bullfrog hot tub, gas- fired BBQ grill, dining table set that seats 12, and outdoor sofa. It's a perfect space for family gathering. Beyond the patio is a huge backyard landscaped with a lawn (for lawn games, yoga, tai chi, meditation...), a basketball hoop and an expertly curated water-wise Utah-native plants garden. Sit at the benches to read a book, listen to bird songs, witness the sunset or just take in the healing power of our native plants. This house is equipped with a basketball, a volleyball, 4 pickleball paddles and balls, 4 badminton paddles and a net. Note that the host often lives downstairs in the basement with a separate entrance but the guests have the backyard all to themselves.
LOCATION
Located at the end of a residential cul-de-sac, the home is extremely quiet. Youâll have easy access to local favorites like Carmine's, Lone Star Taqueria, and Root'd, as well as groceries (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's) and shops (Target, Sierra). Within walking distance, you'll find Einstein Bagels and Beans & Brew Coffee. Enjoy a vibrant local music scene nearby at The Hog Wallow Pub and Cupla Coffee.
KITCHEN & SUPPLIES
This designer Kitchen is fully stocked with Circulon pots and pans, spices rack, and bakeware. Appliances include a chef-grade range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional appliances include keurig coffee maker, french press, electric kettle, rice cooker, Ninja blender, waffle maker, panini maker, and toaster. Bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels are 100% cotton and washed with hypoallergenic detergent. All shampoos, conditioners, soap are hypoallergenic as well.

I moved to Cottonwood Heights from New York City where I worked as a banking executive for 20+ years. Now retired, I hike and ski in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon a few times a week. My new backyard is 20x bigger than the one in Manhattan and I challenged myself to build an organic native water-sense garden here to share with all the guests. I also had a lot of fun curating high quality furniture and home goods to decorate the AirBNB. I also love having the ability to provide a space for gathering of friends and family, hence the kitchen is fully stocked and BBQ grill is always available for guests.

Accessibility to worldclass skiing and hiking and Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center is top notch. I also love the ease to access all major supermarkets.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Its convenient location is 18 minutes from Snowbird Ski Resort as well as Salt Lake City downtown! It is newly gut renovated with no expense spared and the furnishings are carefully chosen to match the modern decor. Large open kitchen/living room and large patio is perfect for large family gathering. The top of the line hot tub is great to use throughout the year and children like to play with water after the temperature of the hot tub is adjusted downwards. The large lawn allows for all sorts of activities. There is also a gorgeous view of Mount Olympus. There is ample parking within the property but also a large number of parking spaces within 30-50 steps away.
