Cette exquise maison de vacances de 3950 pieds carrés est l'un des condos les plus luxueux, bien aménagés et impeccables en bord de mer à Punta Mita; adjacent au 7e fairway du parcours de golf Jack Nicklaus Signature. Vous aurez une VUE de CHAQUE fenêtre. Du Grand Patio et de la chambre principale, vous verrez la vaste étendue de l'océan et notre piscine ci-dessous sur la plage. La nuit, les lumières de la ville de Puerto Vallarta sont visibles avec la lune scintillante sur l'océan.

Comme notre condo est l'un des rares situés directement sur la plage, votre vue sur l'océan et les montagnes est dégagée. Tous les condos situés derrière notre maison ont des vues limitées qui sont obstruées ou au-dessus des toits de l'immeuble de 4 plages en face d'eux - Bâtiments 1 à 4. Nous sommes dans le bâtiment 3.

Les enfants apprécieront d'être sur la plage. Vous apprécierez la sécurité de pouvoir regarder vos enfants sur la plage depuis notre Patio.

Les eaux scintillantes, les plages immaculées, les récifs coralliens et parfois la côte rocheuse inspirent une multitude d'expériences délicieuses: pêche sportive, kayak de mer, observation des baleines, surf, paddle board, voile, plongée, chasse sous-marine, plongée en apnée, natation avec les dauphins, équitation, montagne vélo - et plus encore!

Le mobilier comprend des matelas à plateau-coussin de la plus haute qualité avec des draps en coton égyptien et des oreillers en plumes d'oie. 4 téléviseurs LCD, système home cinéma, récepteur HD DVR Dish et lecteurs DVD.

Beautiful beachfront property in one of my favorite complexes in the gates - HDM. Joe was an amazing concierge. He even installed a new tv knowing we would be having a Super Bowl party at the house. The chef he arranged for the party was incredible. Such great food and service. We’d definitely stay here again.

Maricela and Joe are amazing. Condo was spacious and always clean. Very comfortable beds and outstanding views from the balcony. Kids loved the pools and beach in front of the condo. First trip of many!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had a fantastic experience at this condo and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The unit is very modern, spacious, and the two master suites we're perfect for sharing with another couple. The concierge was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. Definitely coming back.

Great Condo

Overall condo itself is nice. Concierge and maid were good. We had one issue with theft of money ($2k) from the unit that we have never had in Punta Mita before. Please be sure to securely lock your belongings and cash so this does not happen to you.

Would be nice to have a barbecue but I understand those aren’t allowed. The access to the large drinking bottles needs improving. An ice make would also be nice

As good as it gets!

Everything about our stay, the unit, owner, concierge, housekeeping, location, beach, amenities - everything is as good as it gets. We immediately wanted to rebook this exact place. Direct ocean view, easy walk to town, brand new golf cart to go to the beach clubs. I truly can't say enough great things about this setup. Punta Mita is arguably one of the nicest locations in the world and this might be the best condo in Punta Mita couple with great service.

Good...and needs some love

This is our second visit to the Hacienda de Mita complex which we love. This particular condo was great in these ways: -sparkling clean -wonderful views -beautiful decor -very comfortable and pretty master bedrooms -Joe (concierge) and Marcella (housekeeper/cook) outstanding! This unit needs some upgrades and maintenance in the following: -double bed in bedroom 3 so hard that even young adult found it painful after one night and had to move. It feels like possibly just a boxspring, we weren't sure? Therefore, we had to use the bunk room which is shared with the housekeeper work area and not as cool A/C. -master bedroom door and shutters scrape the tile making high pitched noise and difficult to operate. Folding door in master bath off level so had to stuff tissue at bottom to keep from swinging and blocking toilet room. -master bath towel ring falls off -master toilet running all week and had to remove top and adjust several times a day -ice maker broken -safe keypad broken so had to carry key everywhere -drinking water provided in large heavy jugs that go in a dispenser unit, but there was no dispenser unit. Only men could lift full jugs. - living room sofas uncomfortable, so we used porch sofa and skipped movie nights. All in all, we had a great week and enjoyed our stay. But, for the price of Hacienda de Mita, we didn't feel we should have to deal with the issues.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful, the location was perfect - an easy walk to town and a golf cart ride away from a really nice beach club. The management was proactive, easy to communicate with, highly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back again!

Easy fun and relaxation in the sun

This was our family’s 4th trip to Punta Mita and our stay at HDM 305 made it a completely relaxing and fun vacation. The property is immaculately clean and tidy with amazing views and ammenities. Laura the housekeeper keeps the condo beautiful and clean, and she cooks breakfasts that my kids will really miss once back at home. Joe, the concierge is so friendly and helpful. He made the stay from the moment we arrived until the moment we left HDM seemless, as he took care of all details and did so always with a smile. This was a fantastic vacation in large part due to the great owner, concierge abs housekeeper. Thank you all!

Amazing Mexican getaway!

We had a fabulous time at this property. The condo is better than presented in the photos and the experience of renting via the owner, conceirge, Joe, and the staff at the property was outstanding. There was plenty of space in the condo, with large bedrooms. The beds were super comfy and everything in the condo is in great condition. The porch is great, with a large table for eating and there is a nice couch area to hang out on with a nice view of the beach. The pool below is just for the 4 units in the building and is effectively a private pool, and it is right on the beach. Working with Joe was fantastic, as he arranged the transportation from the airport and grocery shopping in advance so that we had a stocked pantry and fridge upon arrival. We also lined up a private chef with him for a couple of nights to cook dinner and it was fantastic. The housemaid also made breakfasts in the morning which were also outstanding -- a true luxury experience. One great thing about the property was the location. It is right next to the town of Punta Mita, so it was a very short walk over to town to several beachfront restaurants and shopping. It is a small town, but offers plenty of options if you're there a week or less. The property comes with a golf cart (which is key!), especially exploring the beach clubs around Punta Mita. We hit Kupuri, El Surf, Sufi and Pacifico -- all were excellent with Kupuri being our favorite. Surfing is easiest at El Surf (at the La Lancha break, with breaks for all levels of surfers). In all, we had a blast on this trip and would absolutely book this property again.

We had an incredible stay in this unit. It is clean, the views are amazing, the beach is just a few steps away, and it was such an easy process. The Concierge, Joe, is great. He covered all of the details we needed so we could focus on relaxing. We highly recommend this rental!

Best winter golf and surf trip ever!!

From reserving to checkout the experience was perfect. The property, location, service, condo and golf beat all expectations. What made it all work was Joe (concierge). From the moment we stepped off the plane, Joe's amazing help made our experience top notch (meals, reservations, tee time, drivers, covid tests, and much more). The condo is in a perfect location with awesome views of the beach, surf, harbor, sunrise and we even saw whales from our balcony. You can also walk a couple minutes down the beach to experience downtown punta mita. We will be back for sure.

Week in paradise

Our family had a amazing time in Punta Mita. Laura cooked fantastic breakfasts and Joe concierge has very helpful in helping us make dinner reservations and finding a private chef to cook dinner for 3 families one night. We highly recommend this condo!
