There is a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Beautiful, great view

Place was amazing, comfortable and steps from the beach. Only complaint we had was the master shower was a little gross and hard to close the shower door.

Great condo on the beach!

Our family of 6 had a great time at the Sadh resort! Despite the weather we had a ton of fun in the condo and around PCB!! Condo is beautifully decorated! Only suggestion I would have is a few more dishes. With the condo sleeping 9 there isn't even 9 bowls for cereal or ice cream! Definitely coming back soon!!!!

Great place but needs a little TLC

We recently stayed over the Labor Day weekend (9/1-9/4) and the place was great but we noticed some things that needed a little TLC. First of all, the trundle underneath the bunk bed was inaccessible as someone had bolted on the ladder for the bunk bed and we could not remove the ladder to access the trundle bed. The couches were very rough looking - leather was peeling off everywhere. The shower door in the master shower was very hard to shut. You have to slam it. The rug in the living room was not very clean - we saw a lot of hair still on the rug. Additionally, the washing machine had mildew on the door. I know that the HE machines have this problem but if you leave the washing machine door open, it will not do that. But other than that, we had a nice stay. The condo is on the 7th floor so if you needed to take the stairs you could. If the items I mentioned above were not there, I would have given 5 stars.

Great Place

The cleaner of the property did not change a set of sheets in the property, but management made it right immediately and apologized. Very satisfied with our stay. The condo is bigger than the pictures make it seem too.

Would rent again!!

The property was amazing! It was so much bigger than in the photos, none of us expected it. The elevator was a little slow but that was to be expected of a large hotel. The beach was beautiful and the view from the room was to die for. I definitely recommend this room for anyone that can get it!!

Seemed like paradise!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The condo was very accommodating and provided us with a comfortable stay. We loved the decor of the condo. We are definitely thinking about returning! The only downfalls were that when we arrived at our condo at 4, we had to stand in the hallway for half an hour, with our luggage racks, waiting for them to finish cleaning. Seemed like forever with our excitement and our young children's excitement. Also it would be nice if there was a bigger frying pan or skillet available to use. It was tricky trying to make eggs and pancakes with such small pans.

Fall Break 2015

The condo was very good. We enjoyed it and loved the cute beach decorations!! For the property itself, there were a few minor issues with scheduled elevator maintenance (did not know until we were on site and it was posted at the elevator) which caused long delays in moving around and a lot of walking stairs. The kiddie spray area was not working nor was the lazy river. The Splash area was working and was great for the kids. The beach was great and we received good service on chairs and umbrellas. Overall, I would recommend this property - just check ahead on scheduled maintenance so you will know be aware of potential delays. Definitely recommend the condo 703W!! Good service leading up to and at check in. We will be back next year.

Family spring break 2015

What a lovely, exciting, & safe spring break. The condo was clean, modern, safe & spacious. Great for all ages. Pools were clean & inviting. Clean sand & beautiful view. Tasty food in restaurants in walking distance. I will definitely recommend to friends.

Splash Resort 2004E

What a beautiful unit with a beautiful view. I booked at this resort for my kids, and had just as much fun as they did. The resort is so...nice with a lot of amenities. I love how the splash water park is right next to the pool and hot tub. We were able to relax in the hot tub while watching the kids play.
