Condo en bord de mer confortable! Vous serez à proximité de tout ce qui se trouve dans les PCB - Les parcs nationaux, les magasins, l'art et la culture sont tous à proximité. Vous allez adorer les vues incroyables - les couchers de soleil depuis le balcon sur le golfe. L'espace mis à jour a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, un nouveau canapé-lit, un matelas, de la literie, une table à manger haute et plus encore! L'emplacement central sur la plage à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants et des magasins (même Walmart est à seulement un pâté de maisons). Au 2ème étage, accès facile à la plage et à la piscine!
** Construction en cours depuis plusieurs mois. 1-2 piscines ouvertes !!! L'accès à la plage est disponible, les équipements limités et un parking **
Cozy condo 1 chambre en bord de mer! Vous serez à peu près à peu près tout dans le PCB. Vous allez adorer les vues incroyables - les couchers de soleil depuis le balcon sur le golfe. L'espace mis à jour comprend de nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un nouveau canapé-lit, un matelas, de la literie, une table à manger haute, une douche à l'italienne avec option de douche au plafond, des sols en carrelage et plus! The condo was semi-clean. Lots of sand on kitchen island. Oven was not useable, the door does not open all the way due to tight quarters. It hits the refrigerator. The ceiling fan does not have a switch to turn off or on if you are cold. Decent view and easily accessible from stairs.

Great Vacation Spot

Condo was just as described and pictured in the listing. It was the perfect size for just the 2 of us. Loved that it was on the 2nd floor so no need to use the elevator other than moving in and out for the week. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony. Restaurants, beach shops, and even Walmart are within walking distance.

Enjoyable

Cleaning was running behind, but nothing serious, everything taken care of. Needs fan, light maybe darkening blind in bedroom. Would Recommend and will stay again.

Great little space. Location was amazing and the beach access was very good. No elevators needed. Perfect for a couple or a family of 3 like us. We used the pull out sofa and it worked out great. Beach chairs were wonderful to have included. The small pool was great to lay by and was never crowded. A chair was always available.

The location of unit was great did not have to use the elevator at all. The unit has been updated pretty good. Shower was awesome. Only complaint was bed, it was hard and warn. Construction has been going on in the resort all summer but 1 pool is still open and the unit is close to the pool and beach entry so that is also a plus.

I enjoyed my condo at the Sunbird and my host was thorough and prompt in any questions and information needed for my stay. The condominium was updated, clean and had all necessities needed. I would highly recommend. I had several friends staying in other units during the same time and most other owners did not have their units comparable to 211W.

Our original booking wasn't available with an error on the booking side, but Pam upgraded us at no additional cost. We had a minor issue with getting into our unit and Pam was prompt at resolving the issue. The room was just what we wanted. Everything was clean and organized. I'd book his unit again. No doubt!

Mouse Infested and Unsanitary

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Can’t open the door til 4:00 on the dot. They did not dust and barely cleaned thoroughly. There was hair and crayons in draws, hair clip on left on floor in bathroom. Some of the plug sockets was not working at all, In kitchen and bedroom. A MOUSE running around through kitchen then behind refrigerator. The remote to ceiling fan was missing so they brought a fan. Then later they brought the remote. I didn’t know the Bed was so cheap and small. Had to make it worth our stay. Because there is no refund, not even for 1 or 2 nights. I even asked if they had another one they could move me too. Never again! I’ve been coming to Panama for over 20 years with my family and I have never experienced anything so disgusting.

We have locks that are set on a timer which is clearly explained in our directions, including the fact we are in the central time zone so it is very clear. The listing clearly states the bed is a queen size bed. I received a call asking for a bigger bed and can they move as it isn’t a king bed. I didn’t not have any other listings available. The guest could not locate the remote to operate the ceiling fan. Our cleaner purchased a new rotating fan and brought it to them within 30 min. They then were angry that it wasn’t a ceiling fan. We replaced the ceiling fan within the hour and they were upset about maintenance being done during their stay. Unfortunately, there are people who are mad at making a mistake in reading the listing and taking it out owners. We strive for every stay to be wonderful and have many happy guests who enjoy their time at the beach in our condo.

The room was clean and host was very responsive. My only problem was the unruly youngsters on the beach. The cops had to be called time and time again. It made our stay not as pleasant because we came in from the beach early because of the misbehaving of others. No fault of the host or facility.

Great location, but the mattress killed my back

I'm not gonna go into the details of the newly renovated condo as you don't need to have a construction background to notice the work was done by underskilled laborers. That didn't bother me as much as the saggy mattress in the bedroom. The listing description is a little bit confusing, it mentions "new mattress" but might be just for the pullout sofa. If it's ment for the bedroom, that might be new for the condo but not brand new. It's been a week since I slept 4 nights on that awfully mattress and my back is killing me since. I'm 6 ft tall 220 lbs and you can't blame that on the weight. I've bent thru Icy Hot, Tens and won't lgo away. This never happened to me before as I'm vacationing with my family multiple times a year. Please, replace that mattress, don't let other people go thru same ordeal. Also, the condo needs a decent coffee machine. I hate leaving bad reviews, but even a cheap Memory foam mattress from Walmart will do the job. I rent properties too and I I know how to take care of my guests. Please, do the same.

Just one more night!

We were in PCB for a family vacation and our kids loved their first ever beach trip so much that the night before we were scheduled to come home we started searching for a place to stay for one more night. I am very picky and searched for over an hour until I found this gem! The location is awesome right next to Pineapple Willy’s which is one of our favorite locations and central to so much in PCB. The unit was great, very clean, and the property and security were very nice. The bathroom sink was backing up some when we arrived and immediately when I notified Pam she responded and had someone there working on it. It was a perfect ending to our family trip and my husband and I plan to stay there again when we go down for a parents getaway!

Booked with Pam for a couple nights to attend a business meeting. Everything was as listed on the site. One issue the toilet lid would not stay up. The location is very crowded on the beach even late at night.

Short getaway

Overall a very nice place to stay. If using the sofa bed, be sure to bring extra blanket as only sheets are provided. Also we used the Amazon app on tv for "white noise" to drown out the people at the pool at night. The location is perfect and the chairs and umbrella at the beach is a great perk. Would stay here again.

We had the best vacation. It was the first time my fiancé has seen the ocean and this condo was perfect for that! We had the perfect view of the ocean and easy beach access as well! It also right beside my favorite restaurant in Panama, pineapple willys! Definitely recommend this condo! Would stay again!

Great location!

The condo was clean with a nice view of the ocean. The front of the biulding was beautiful, however the entrance off the parking lot and the entrance areas could use a some TLC. Some landscaping would help. We would love to comeback.

We have fallen in love with the sugar sand white beaches of PCB. Although we are distance owners, we find ourselves coming more and more with the lure of the stunning Gulf of Mexico and all the beach fun.

The beach is incredible here - with so much beachfront, there is plenty of room for everyone. Centrally located near restaurants, shopping, and directly next door to Pineapple Willy's!

The low rise condo has 2 towers with only 12 units on 12 floors. No need to wait for elevators, or cross the street to get to the parking lot. Everything is close and convenient in the secure gated resort.
