NEW Cozy Home in Historic Venice

Spacious new construction home in the quiet, peaceful neighborhood of Venice! The house is nestled only 9 minutes away from Venice Beach and just 5 minutes from the Historic Venice downtown!
Mundy park playground for children is just steps away!
In our new 2022 house we have set up a large chef's kitchen with all the basic essentials to make your cooking adventure the best it can be. The house has one queen bed, two twin beds with pull outs, and a full king bed. After a fun and exciting day at the beach you can relax on our fully enclosed private patio.
Our driveway fits 2 cars, and we provide garage access for 1 car space!

Neighborhood Description
You will be vacationing nearby highly rated coffee shops & restaurants in Venice! All of the necessary stores (Costco, Walmart, Target etc.) are right there in the range of 20min!

Getting around places
Enjoy numerous close by beaches!

This was a wonderful visit. Nice quiet neighborhood, ample parking, very good home. Close to beaches and shopping. I'd stay here again if possible!!

This property is what were hoping for; great location, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything seems brand new, this is a very nice place to stay. It is located close to historic downtown Venice and other shopping areas. This is our second trip to Venice and our first stay at this location. My teenage kids and my wife all want to stay here again.

Fun Venice Vacation

This home was spotlessly clean and perfect for a vacation with young children. Great layout, fun trundle beds, lots of beach equipment, and close playground. Arsen was an excellent host.

We loved this house as it’s been renovated and everything is updated. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and about 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely rent this house again.

Family Holiday Trip

Very nice property. It is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook together. There is also a grill. Our family had a wonderful time at this property!

Great stay and location!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and very well taken care of. We enjoyed a morning walk to a nearby coffee shop, Coffee Cafe, and then can't beat the short drive to the historic downtown of Venice and nearby beaches. The older kids enjoyed an evening walk to the playground just across the street. We would recommend this stay to others.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay

Our stay in this clean modern home was excellent. Because the house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Everywhere is absolutely clean, beautiful design and cozy atmosphere. The proximity to a good beach gave us the opportunity to watch the sunrise on the ocean. Shops, restaurants and walking areas are nearby. I would definitely recommend this holiday home.

Super clean and it has everything you need! It also includes beach towels and chairs. And, you get to park inside the garage. Highly recommend this place. Owner is very responsive also. 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to downtown Venice. No.

Beautiful, spacious, excellent location home

The home looked beautiful in the photos, but, when we walked in, not only was the home even more beautiful in person, it was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable, and the outdoor area was perfect. The only negative was that we only were able to stay for 3 days. I, and my family, would definitely recommend staying at this house when visiting the beautiful city of Venice, Florida.

Bright and Comfortable

A well-styled house that served well for a family of 5 on a beach vacation. Just a 10 minute drive from the beach, we really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas available for use. The open kitchen has everything necessary for meal prep, and the beds were comfortable. There are a few walkable restaurants, but most shopping requires a vehicle.

Great vacation home!

This was easily one of the nicest vrbos we’ve stayed at. Clean, has everything you need and updated. If you are going to the beach, they have everything. They have some toys for my kids to play with which was so appreciated. Communication was 10/10. The neighborhood is half tear downs and have dumpy houses but always felt safe. Nice and close to the downtown area. Close to everything you need. Has a park across the street, it was kind of dirty but still nice to take my kids to. Definitely would stay here again when visiting family!
