Keep coming back

This is our 5th year staying at this VRBO. Excellent as usual. Great location on the border of Uptown/Racquet Club. You can walk/bike to shops/restaurants. Condo is spacious, clean, and well equipped. Great neighbours. Great owners, with excellent communication. Plenty to do in the Palm Springs area.

Return Visit

The location of Riviera Gardens is the perfect base for visiting Palm Springs (on the top end of Uptown). I love being able to walk downtown, and around Old Las Palmas with its mansions, and the Raquet Club neighbourhood with its Mid-Century Modern houses. The condo is exceedingly clean and spacious, and is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The owners Don and Gisela are easy to communicate with so everything goes very smoothly during your stay. We have already booked to come back again.

Great Location in Old Palm Springs

Great location in Old Palm Springs behind Riviera Hotel. Beautiful renovation, and very nicely decorated a la French Country. Photos on website are accurate. Great Layout and spacious 1-bedroom. very clean on arrival, and very easy to keep clean throughout your stay. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need. Especially loved the pots and pans. Good access to activities: hiking, golfing, film fest, art museum, Villagefest, restaurants, etc. Wonderful communication with owner, who made it easy to check in, and gave good local recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Second stay at this lovely condo

The condo is in a good location at the top of uptown in Riviera Gardens. You can walk to old Las Palmas or around the mid-century modern houses in the neighbourhood. We also walk downtown. Close to coffee shops, stores, restaurants, bars. Spotless. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Comfortable king bed. Quiet pool. A great base for hiking, biking, and golfing. Lots of arts activities to attend nearby. Don and Gisela are great communicators. Get back to you right away.

Home away from Home

Lovely condo. Clean. Spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Large comfortable king bed. Excellent location at the top of Uptown. Easy walk to downtown, Old Las Palmas neighbourhood where movie stars live/lived, and much more. Love the neighbours at this condo. Relaxed atmosphere, with awesome gardens. Pick lemons off the lemon trees. So much to do in Palm Springs, golfing, hiking, biking, and many special events on an ongoing basis. Don and Gisela are wonderful hosts. Great communication. They get back to you right away.

Wonderful stay for a month

I stayed at this condo all of April for a quiet vacation. It could not have been better. Don and Gisela are superb hosts, responding promptly to any of my questions. (I encountered no problems whatsoever). The condo is immaculate, every aspect from kitchen to furniture to floors in perfect condition. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and supplies for the bath, for cleaning, etc. are well stocked. Washer and dryer are new. The condo is super quiet, as are the residents at Riviera Gardens, as noticed when walking the property. The beautiful grounds are well maintained, and there are 3 pools plus spas very close by. Food shopping very close by. A wonderful place to say.

Super Hosts

Don & Gisela are such lovely people. They are very organized and made my move-in super easy. They provided thorough instructions and information concerning the operating of the TV, emergency info instructions, info about the neighbhood and answered my questions before I asked them. The condo was very clean and very well stocked with anything I could need for a long stay...towels, cleaning products, extra blankets, completely stocked kitchen with everything but food. I would highly recommend these hosts and their property.

Relaxing and comfortable

Riviera Gardens was a wonderful place to stay...beautiful landscape, close proximity to town, parks,etc. Security was great, the condo felt newly refurbished...nicely done. Overall a very pleasant place to enjoy Palm Springs!

Beautifully renovated one bedroom condo

We recently stayed at this condo for 5 weeks, and it was a real joy to be there, the condo has just been rennovated with all new appliances, it had lots of starter supplies, linens etc. Very comfortable large bed and good heat and a/c. Don and Gisela were really easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions we had. It is in a great location, in a very nice complex and I would definitely recommend it!
