Las Mananitas - 2e étage de luxe Unité de coin le plus proche de la plage

Ce 1900 pieds carrés au coin de luxe condo offre une excellente intimité, située au deuxiÚme étage avec une vue magnifique sur la mer de Cortez, situé dans la phase I de ce magnifique développement. Le condo est décoré avec goût avec l'art local et utilise des couleurs pour créer un environnement lumineux et joyeux. Une spacieuse terrasse extérieure / porche est propice à la détente: manger et la lecture.

Télévision par satellite présente dans les deux chambres et le salon. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec des ustensiles et équipements de cuisine. L'eau a un systÚme de filtration des UV. Une laveuse et sécheuse se trouvent dans une belle salle de lavage.

Une promenade facile (2 miles) à la belle, historique, centre-ville de San Jose del Cabo. Le shopping est inégalée. Le condo est en face du magasin MEGA pour le stockage de la nourriture et des fournitures. Une location de voiture est disponible si la plupart des personnes utilisent le transport de la ville.

Las Mananitas comprend deux d'eau douce et une piscine d'eau salée. Il ya une premiÚre salle de classe, un court de tennis éclairé et putting green. Un parcours de golf Jack Nicholas récemment construit est dans la rue.

Great condo. Comfy beds and nice furniture. Right on ocean. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to grocery store and a few nice restaurants are close by and walkable. Host was great and very responsive. Very secure building. Kids had fun body surfing in waves and pool and hot tubs are great.

The place was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! They had 2 days of coffee with sugars for us as well as spices and olive oil that saved us on starting from scratch. The beds were super comfortable, towels very nice. The outside balcony has a fabulous view of both the ocean and beautiful grounds and pool. It was super easy to check in. They had hot pads, knives, nice pans to cook in, really everything you need. It is a short walk to a really nice grocery store and some really cute restaurants within walking distance. They even had rafts for the pool! Above & beyond our expectations. We had fabulous weather!!

Everything We Hoped For

The condo had everything we needed & some things we didn't expect, like laundry detergent. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Overall it was decorated nicely and felt homey. The balcony is huge and the views!! Listened to booming waves and saw amazing sunrises. Red flags on the beach, but the pools were very nice. BEST stay for us! Very likely we'll be back.

Baja getaway

Lovely property, well maintained, courteous friendly staff and community. Groceries and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful pools and ocean views.Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen all well-equipped, easy storage. Patio seating awkward but works. Would happily return!

Very nice

Las Mananitas is the best! And this condo was a great place to stay as it’s on the 2nd floor of phase 1 with a nice view of the pool, grounds, beach and morning sunrise. Well stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen, towels, bedding , beach chairs, etc to make your stay comfortable. Owner was very responsive and would recommend this condo to others. We would stay here again.

This ideal 2 bdrm. condo has it all. Great location with fine ocean views of the breakers and fully equipped for two couples. Ron communicated regularly and is a fine host!

Christmas at Las Mananitas

We have stayed on this property several times before and love the view and location right on the beach. Very handy to be right by the large grocery stores and we uber into town or to local snorkeling beaches easily. The property is very well maintained and clean. Quite spot. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay in San Jose del Cabo

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Maninitas. The condo was just so comfortable--it really had everything we needed. The pool area was especially nice and our balcony area with its view of the ocean was lovely. The complex was very quiet while we were there which was great for us but might not be suited as well to younger people.

A perfect space to stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be for a vacation! It was clean, spacious, and the view was incredible. We watched a whale from the balcony and enjoyed spending our time there. The property is also very well maintained and beautiful. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Excellent place to stay

The condo was very well cared for with newer furniture and interesting art. AC worked well when needed...everything worked well. There were a few minor needs (lightbulbs on deck, cupboard door) which the owner took care of within a day. The place was cleaner than most resorts, and the stocking of staples was a real plus. Previous renters left enough food to carry us through the first day until we were able to go to the store. The pool was a great temperature! Just came from resort where the water was too cold. Great place to eat at Cynthia's, a block away. Shrimp tacos were outstanding! Friendly guests and workers. The fellow at the gate went out of his way to assist with luggage and Uber transfer. I have stayed at Las Mananitas before and will be back again. This unit will be among my top choices.

Great stay

We could have not asked for a better experience. The host was excellent and made our stay one of the best. The location was perfect and the sunrise every morning was spectacular. The unit was in great shape with everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back again.

Wonderful getaway

Beautiful views and balcony, great beach and pool, friendly helpful staff. Close to grocery stores. Uber drives right up and it’s a quick trip anywhere. The unit is very comfortable.

Perfect location in San Jose Del Cabo

A wonderful end unit with beautifully manicured grounds! The unit fit our needs perfectly and the owner was a delight to communicate with. We have stayed in other units and haven’t had the best experience with the owner. This was a really pleasant experience! You won’t want to leave the lovely ocean view! The location is excellent for groceries and restaurants. The pools are amazing!

Everything went according to plan. We have been staying in this complex over the past 25 years. This unit is clean and priced right. It may need a few slight touch-ups due to the age. Otherwise all fine.

Amazing condo in San Jose del Cabo

This was an amazing condo at a perfect location. Everything we needed in the kitchen and extras like pool floaties and beach chairs. The grocery store was basically across the street and lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We will be coming back to stay here again!!

Wonderful condo in San Jose del Csbo

This was my second time to Las Mananitas but the first time to this unit. It was exactly as described. The unit was spacious and well appointed overlooking the beach. Everything we could need was in the unit. We had a great time and would go back again!!
