Cet établissement récemment rénové se trouve à quelques pas du parc d'État de Poipu Beach, l'un des meilleurs sites de baignade, de plong��e avec tuba et de toutes les activités nautiques. Le parc dispose également de grands espaces verts et de pavillons couverts pour les sorties en famille.

Profitez de vues lointaines sur l'océan depuis le salon véranda en plein air et certaines vues de la chambre aussi. Les meubles modernes partout avec AC central apportent tout le confort de la maison à cette belle maison de ville

Steps to Turtle Watching

Great condo with everything you need to relax. Outstanding location just a minute or less walk to the water where turtles are swimming. Just a few more minutes to the beach and Poipu Park. Condo is nicely equipped and very comfortable.

Great Place!

We would highly recommend this property! The cleanliness was awesome! Nice kitchen and layout! We very much enjoyed our stay here. The only thing I would recommend is putting house numbers on the unit. We came in after dark and it was very confusing to find in the dark! Overall it was a very positive experience and I was very impressed with the Parrish Kaua’i company!!

Great townhouse!

Needed couple fixings, Dishwasher top rack was broken. We normally grill every other night, but the grill didn’t look safe to use. That was a BIG bust!! Everything else was GREAT!

Pleasant Stay and Great Loaction

Property showed well as advertised and kitchen along with supplies were well stocked. Access to the garage was convenient along with the coolers, beach chairs and umbrella (although the beach umbrella would not stay locked in vertical position which we worked with but should be repaired or replaced). The location was great and in walking distance to the beach. Property was generally clean although we noticed some older sauce stains were overlooked on the stone countertop upon our arrival. The spare pillows in upper floor closet could use some pillow covers. Having the air conditioning was great although one unit in the secondary bedroom wasn’t quite strong enough. Overall a very pleasant stay and communication with management was excellent, very timely and responsive.

Great Location

Great location. Very clean but slightly worn but typical of Kauai rentals. The grill as previously mentioned in reviews, is very unsafe and almost caught my husband on fire. The cookware is worn and would give it 4 out of 5 of being well stocked with items used for cooking. The beach umbrella was also broken and unusable. Descent clean place but not luxurious by any means. I really loved the trip but have stayed in various Vrbo's in Kauai and for the price would have expected a little bit more.

We would like to return one day

The unit was a perfect size for the two couples that stayed there. Spacious and had most of the amenities we needed. Initially I thought there was a pool because of the photos, but that belongs to the home adjacent to this property and we were not able to utilize that. I am not complaining however because we could get over to Poipu beach either by walking or driving and that was wonderful. Great restaurants nearby and conference center at the grand Hyatt was only a three minute drive for us to participate in work activities over there. Great views from the bedroom we saw whales breaching. Maybe will be able to rent the larger home on the waterfront another time. We would love to bring our family there one day. Thank you!

Beautiful property right around the corner from the beach

Everything was exactly as seen in the pictures. We spent most of our awake time at home on the patio off of the bedrooms upstairs that have an ocean view. The place was spotless and we felt at home here. The only 2 downsides: 1. Minimal, but the garage door sounds like it belongs on a haunted house. It’s SO loud! 2. As another renter noted, we also arrived at night and the duplex is not labeled A and B. A is up the stairs and on the left (even though B is closer to the street). The kitchen window to B is right outside the door to A, so we thought it belonged to A and we were in the wrong place. We eventually knocked on the door and when no one answered assumed it must be the right place. We were tired and grumpy and it was 12:30 am our time so not a great way to start our trip. Oh, one other thing. It is a duplex, so Although our neighbors thankfully were not partyers, I could hear them walking when I was in bed, but I am a light sleeper. Overall, the good far outweighs the bad and I would definitely stay here again.

Updated, clean, comfortable, walking distance to beach and Brennecke’s restaurant with great food, close to other areas like Koloa and shops at Kukui’ula with a great farmers market and Grand Hyatt for breakfast or spa, great home base for day trips. Truly enjoyed our stay!
