Very nice house. Spacious, comfortable, clean, extremely well equipped. Perfect for a group of friends or a families. We had a really good time there. And the property manager was very helpful.

Loving Bend

Have stayed in many rentals and this one was one of the best. Communication was great; home perfect location to walking to Town & NW Bend; clean; comfortable and very well appointed. Appreciated the privacy of master bedroom to other 2 bedrooms. Planning to stay there again!

Newport Avenue condo

This property is in a great location - we could walk downtown to the restaurants and the farmers' market. Several good restaurants were even closer. Trattoria Sbandati was a favorite along with Flights Wine Bar. The condo is attractive and well cared for.

Great choice

Had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Plenty of room for two couples. Grocery store and coffee shops easy walk. Easy access to highways for day trips. Could walk to restaurants- longer walk to center of town but easy for younger folks. Just as pictured

Wonderful Home

River West is one of a row of townhomes in a popular part of Bend. Right across street from Newport Market which is a wonderful high end local grocery. Walking distance to a few good restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend Spork. The home was perfect for us and our two teenage boys. Very clean, kitchen was decently well appointed. Home is LEED certified so very environmentally friendly. Gigantic master bath and high quality bed- although a bit soft for my taste. Living room was roomy and comfortable. Check in was easy. Location was fantastic. Walked to Munchin Music (Summer Thursday music festival at Drake Park). Enjoyed everything about our stay. Thank you for letting us use yoor wonderful home. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo close to downtown

Loved all the modern luxuries of this condo. Very nice and in a very nice part of town close to the market. Only downside was the construction going on outside.

Fantastic Property

Beautiful house, well maintained, clean and well stocked! Mindy was fantastic and responsive. The location is super convenient. I would absolutely rent this house again and tell friends to do the same.

This is a great house for couples to stay. The bedroom/bathroom set ups are perfect for adults. Darling neighborhood with super cute coffee shops and cafes. Excellent communication with Property Manager.

Bike Everywhere

Perfect location for easy biking to the best Bend city venues. Easy drive to everything else. House was spacious, great amenities, comfortable, and split design perfect for 2 couples. Property management was super helpful and great to coordinate with in advance. Only feedback would be to clean under beds and dressers; I was doing a lot of floor stretching and just noticed. Otherwise , everyplace else was meticulously clean :)

Northwest Bend

Beautiful home with a great location to enjoy Bend. It is a lovely home that was well stocked and comfortable. Though off a busier street it’s quiet inside and on the patio. Proximity to a market, the river and downtown made it even better for our group.

Perfect

I’m often disappointed by rentals, either because the owner cut corners or the pictures are misleading. Not this time. Lovely modern house with a lot of space and everything you’d need to enjoy a trip to Bend. Highly recommend. Someone put a lot of thought into this place.

Great location, comfortable house

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. I love the grocery store next door (Newport Market), and so great to be pretty much across the street from CHOW. We walked downtown a couple times, and it was nice to be just a 5 minute drive from the Box Factoru. We were really in need of a getaway after both of us working from home and not going anywhere for the last year. We were glad to have had good weather so we could enjoy lots of excellent outdoor dining.

Perfect!

The property is perfectly located in Bend! Close to EVERYTHING! It’s very open and airy. Enough space for several people & the property manager is great! The only thing is, there really is NO yard, if u have your dog with you, otherwise....perfect!

Really nice place, but...

We really liked almost everything about this place except, It’s on a very busy street. Fortunately, the master bedroom is located in the back of the house, so nighttime traffic was not too bothersome. However, the city does road work at night, and on our last night there, they were paving the street, so the asphalt roller was going back and forth in front of the place. Woke me out of a dead sleep! It lasted most of the night. The smoke alarm in the master bedroom beeped loudly one night around 2am. Originally I thought it might need new batteries, but in retrospect, I wonder if it wasn’t an alarm for carbon monoxide. That night our door was closed, after that we left the door opened and it never happened again. I emailed the management company about it with no response. This place is walking or biking distance to everything. Some of the best restaurants were within a two/three block radius. It was nicely equipped with everything you might need. Even washing machine detergent. We very much liked this property, and other than these two small issues, I would recommend it.

Great home and location!

We loved staying at the Newport home. It was clean modern and was in a great location. Very close to a grocery store, bakery, restaurants and breweries. We walked everywhere. The property manager was great to work with and made sure we were able to get in the house despite the several feet of snow that had just fallen. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
