Descendez, traversez la rue et vous ĂȘtes chez vous! SituĂ© Ă  seulement un pĂątĂ© de maisons de Main Street Breckenridge et Ă  quelques minutes en navette de la tĂ©lĂ©cabine ou de la base Peak 9, le River Mountain Lodge allie Ă  merveille sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© et confort Ă  la montagne.

River Mountain Lodge W203 est un condo de luxe confortable avec une excellente proximité de tout ce que vous cherchez dans des vacances de ski à Breckenridge pour un maximum de quatre personnes. Tous les conforts de la maison sont ici, y compris une cuisine complÚte, une salle de bain complÚte, une télévision à écran plat et une cheminée à bois pour se détendre aprÚs le ski. La table à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes et il y a de la place pour trois personnes au comptoir pour un petit déjeuner rapide ou une collation aprÚs le ski. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was lovely inside and had everything we needed. Great location, we could walk to everything on main street. Check in went smoothly. We arrived late in the evening and had been given clear instructions on where and how to pick up our keys. The only issue to be aware of is that there is no A/C. This wasn't a huge problem during our stay as it was very cool in Breckenridge the week we were there. The issue was that you had to keep the windows open to cool down the condo and the condo is located on a courtyard with a hot tub (sadly out of order) and a fire pit. We were rather uncomfortable leaving the windows open over night and while we were gone all day hiking, as anyone could have easily entered through the windows/screens. There really is no way to solve this, so just be aware. Also, the people above our unit were very loud. Woke us up at all hours. Overall, the place was very nice, clean and had a great location, just a few things took away from giving a 10/10.

I did not explore the outside areas but was told the hot-tubs, sauna/steamroom were awesome by my daughter. Location was nice as you could hop on the shuttle right outside the door to get to the mountain (quickly) and then ski down 4 O'clock to get home (take off skis and walk across the road). The only thing I didn't like was that I had to pick up and drop off keys at a different location but it was VERY close so not a huge deal. The unit was nice with a comfy king bed. Sofa sleeper had lots of blankets and extra bedding. The unit stayed pretty warm even though we turned heat down. We could have opened windows but didn't need to go that far. They also have a fan and humidifier. Downstairs there is coffee, hot cocoa with some good mix ins (plus tea in the unit and downstairs).

Place is 5-10 min walk from the Gondola which is extremely conbineient - even closer to the town shops and restaurants. We didnt use the amenities but the unit was clean and comfortable.

Property was perfect for the 2 of us. Conveniently located just a block from Main Street, we could leave the vehicle parked and walk to town. Saves parking fees! We would definitely stay here again.

Fall Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent our 17 year anniversary here escaping the Kansas heat for a few days. Over all the stay was good. The hot tub was out of order, the fire place on the patio wouldn't light, and there were only candles and no lighter for the fireplace inside. So we didn't have the romantic evening I was hoping for. I had really high hope for this place with such a great location. The only other thing I would complain about is the lack of TV in the bedroom. We like to relax and watch a movie while laying in bed and that wasn't an option. Otherwise perfect location in Breck and good place to stay.
