Le River Mountain Lodge offre le confort et les commodités d'un condominium (avec services hôteliers) au cœur du centre-ville historique de Breckenridge. Le lodge est situé en face de la fin de la course 4 heures au coin de Park Ave. et Ski Hill Road, et à quelques pas du Riverwalk Centre et du nouveau quartier des arts créatifs de Breckenridge! Descendez, traversez la rue et vous êtes chez vous! Situé à seulement un pâté de maisons de Main Street Breckenridge et à quelques minutes en navette de la télécabine ou de la base Peak 9, le River Mountain Lodge allie à merveille sérénité et confort à la montagne.

River Mountain Lodge W203 est un condo de luxe confortable avec une excellente proximité de tout ce que vous cherchez dans des vacances de ski à Breckenridge pour un maximum de quatre personnes. Tous les conforts de la maison sont ici, y compris une cuisine complète, une salle de bain complète, une télévision à écran plat et une cheminée à bois pour se détendre après le ski. La table à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes et il y a de la place pour trois personnes au comptoir pour un petit déjeuner rapide ou une collation après le ski. Vous profiterez également du lave-linge / sèche-linge, du Wi-Fi gratuit, du parking souterrain (une voiture) avec ascenseur, du centre de remise en forme, de la piscine extérieure chauffée et des bains à remous.

Place is 5-10 min walk from the Gondola which is extremely conbineient - even closer to the town shops and restaurants. We didnt use the amenities but the unit was clean and comfortable.

Great Place to Stay!

Location couldn't be better, walkable to gondola and nice amenities. Parking was a little tight with a large SUV, but manageable. There was an issue with our hvac system during the stay, but the management worked with us to make it right! Would stay here again.

Property was perfect for the 2 of us. Conveniently located just a block from Main Street, we could leave the vehicle parked and walk to town. Saves parking fees! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

This property is located one block off a the Main Street. It is well maintained and the parking garage is a bonus. It is within walking distance of a major grocery store and numerous bars and restaurants. I highly recommend!

The location was amazing. The condo was nice and clean…a little dated. A little disappointed that we couldn’t use the fireplace on a couple of cold evenings. Overall…we would recommend.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to gondola and downtown shops/restaurants. Shuttle stop in front of complex. Unit was clean and well equipped. Only issue we experienced was it was incredibly warm even with the heat turned down low. We ultimately just opened a window and notified them of the issue with the thermostat. Would definitely rent at this location again.

Location, Location, Location

This apartment is a 1 minute walk to Main Street, the heart of Breck and a 4 minute walk to the main (free) gondola. The place is great for three or four people, my son said the pullout couch was fine. The apartment was very clean but the hot tubs were kinda gross. It looks like they are under construction to add more outdoor hot tubs, so hopefully this will be better in the future. We will be staying again because the location is perfect.
