Entièrement refait à neuf en 2014 avec des matériaux nobles et équipements modernes : Climatisation Centrale, Home Cinéma, Cuisine équipée, mini-bar, Douche italienne, Eclairage Leds, Wifi Très haut débit fibre Optique.

Idéalement situé pour découvrir Nice et le cœur de Nice à travers les ruelles de la vieille ville : ses curiosités, son histoire, ses églises baroques, ses marchés colorés.

I really enjoyed my stay in this studio. The place was very nice and clean. Andree is a great host.The studio had all the equipment that you needed for your vacation. I loved the location!!!Pastry shop, market, beach, restaurants, opera, all are 100-200 meters away.There is easy access to busses and trams for visiting other cities and tourist attractionsI highly recommend this place. I would love to return some time.

We loved the apartment. The location is absolutely excellent for all the sights and the beach, also it is immaculately well thought out. It feels so spacious and light; we have stayed in many different apartments in Nice and this airy, comfortable one, is our favourite. It has all the items/equipment you would need, though we did end up buying a cafetière because we couldn’t work out the coffee machine, which is a built in appliance. This was our fault! The bathroom is huge and this is unusual for a two/person apartment and the large rainfall shower is great. There is also a sauna. It is up just a few stairs too rather than a long climb. It is noisy at night because of a club nearby but then all of the old town is noisy - it’s in a busy part of a city so is to be expected. We had earplugs and this did not bother us at all. In all, we had super communication from the host, Andrew and her agent, Sonia and we would certainly stay there again. On Nice in general - like so many beautiful places it is now much busier than it used to be and we would likely return at a quieter time of year.But we would always come back to this apartment for all the reasons stated.

The apartment was so cute and the perfect size. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and everything we needed within walking distance. Proximity to the tram line was a bonus. We would totally stay here again.

Property is in a good location The problem was the musty and air fresher smell in the room at all the times we stayed (trying to cover smell or something?). We travelled 7 cities this trip. This was the only place with permanent air fresher and caused us shortness of breath . The shower space smelled of strong urine. That was the last straw that caused us to leave early (found another hotel to stay) and forfeit part of the time we paid for. Further more the low ratings was as much to do with the response we got when we noted our concern. Initially it was complaining about what we had done and when we asked for clarification we got no response to that and further no response to our messages. Of course, no partial refunds. We will not recommend for this hotel based on our experiences

A lovely stay in a wonderful part of town. The wife and I spend a few days here and loved it. Easy access to the metro and a fun neighborhood to explore on foot. The unit was clean and stocked with the utensils we needed. Communication with the host was easy and they responded promptly. 10/10 would stay here again.

Ideal location and neat apartment

Perfect little place in the centre of the old town. Only a few minutes walk to the promenade or the market, the location was ideal. The owners were friendly and offered good recommendations for things to do.

Clean, well decorated, well appointed Studio with big shower!

My girlfriend and I came to Nice for a short 3-day, 2-night stay at in beautiful Nice. The location is great for proximity to the Sea, shopping, food and nightlife. The Studio is very charming and fits the bill with all you need. I would highly recommend this place.

So Happy from the beginning of our reservation we got immediate responses to any questions and loved the whole place! The best location in old town ! Close to everything we wanted to do in Nice! The place was clean and the air conditioning was amazing! Loved the shower with great hot water and great studio layout! I would tell anyone this was the perfect Vrbo in NIce!

I love staying in this apartment as its very central to all amenities. The apartment itself whilst a studio its very large and airy. For me its the small touches that make it better. This is my fourth time in this apartment and it suits me and my husband perfectly.

Nice Adventure

This apartment is in a fantastic location—less than 2 blocks from the sea and surrounded by restaurants, shopping and historic sights. The neighborhood was very safe. Sometimes you can hear street noise —cars, trucks and revelers, but the closed windows kept it pretty quiet.
