Great stay!

Our condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. Great location with lots of restaurants in walkable distance. Would definitely come back!

The property was just as described. As was clean and ready for our arrival. Check in was a breeze, and there was great communication. Very family friendly experience at Surf Beach. We will definitely be booking here again.

Great Location

Walking distance to the beach with a great view! Plenty of room for a family of 4. Check in took about 3 minutes and I never had need to speak with the host again.

Treasure island escape

The property is a little dated, however it’s immaculately, clean and well appointed and cared for. The views from the balcony are amazing and it’s a convenient walk to Publix for groceries or wine and a few restaurants to eat. We came for spring training and could’ve picked a place a little closer to Clearwater for the Phillies cause it was quite a hike to the games but enjoy the beach time immensely

Amazing location

Very clean, pictures look exactly like the condo in person. The pictures don't do the view any justice. Have to see it in person. The entire condo was amazing. Check in was seamless and staff is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Sunset Beach Resort

Condo had been freshly painted, and looks updated. Perfect location for restaurants, bars, Johns Pass and St Pete’s beach. Only downside was that this is the widest part of the beach, it took a bit to carry all the stuff down by the water. Would stay here again though!

Our stay was very comfortable and the condo was quiet even though there was a lot of noise outside. It was a excellent location everything was around us and the restaurant right across the street was phenomenal. The only thing I can say is the condo needs some updates and the bed was lumpy. However it was still an enjoyable stay

Surf beach resort condo

This is a nice rental the only things that I would say needs changes would be the queen mattress in guest bedroom it has springs poking up and an indent in the one side of the bed and needs darkening curtains for guest bedroom as well the light outside the window just shines right into that room. Other than that it was quite nice and an awesome view!

This space is very average with kitchen not working properly. No hot water in master bath and kitchen sink two days. When internet went out, front desk had no idea why and did not know that it comes into the building and they should reset it. This space is old an needs updating.

Small condo

This condo has a great location , nevertheless it needed some TLC. Walls needed painted and there was a leak at the bathroom ceiling . We had problems with the Ac unit , the condo stayed warm for an afternoon , but it was repaired after hours . Parking is a major problem . People park in your reserved spot and if you have a friend or a second car in your group , you do not have a guaranteed parking . I was expecting a larger condo

Great location with amazing views.

The condo was in a great location and had amazing views. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa. Condo stayed cool during the hot days. Description of the condo was spot on. They provided pool towels, but no beach towels. So you will want to bring your own. There are only a couple of complaints that I had and one was how dirty the floors were. We were good about getting our feet cleaned off before entering. But if you didn’t wear socks inside your feet became dirty. We would shower then walk from the bedroom to the kitchen and our feet would already be dirty. Other than that, the condo was amazing to be in. There was a really cool ice cream shop across the street, which was nice on the hot nights. I would of loved to give a 5/5, but the dirty floors was unfortunately a negative. That’s just a cleaning issue that can easily be fixed with some extra time during the cleaning process, especially since you have to pay a cleaning fee. Last is a minor issue, but for the laundry, they only provided one tablet for doing laundry. So plan that accordingly if you want to do a load. I would though 100% recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Spring Break 2022

We made a last minute decision to head to Treasure Island. Found this place on VRBO and it was perfect for us. Close to the beach..real close..nice pool and great location. Went to St. Johns Pass one day and up to St Pete's Beach another. Lots to do.
