It was easy to check in, the girl at the front desk was upbeat, knowledgeable about the area and efficient. The building itself is older and looks it. But the unit was up to date and VERY clean. The pool and hot tub area was clean as well. We came in early November and we more or less had the place to ourselves. The view from the room was excellent. The walk to the beach and the walking path at the beach was great. We walked everywhere!!! Middle Grounds Grille was great and having Dunkin Donuts, the cleanest Waffle House and Scoops ice cream literally right across the street was amazing! We had a car, but you really don’t need one! We had a great visit!

Wonderful stay, clean rooms, fantastic balcony with spectacular Gulf view and sunsets. Friendly and accommodating staff. Beds were comfortable and showers were great. Nicely stocked kitchen (could add s&p). Nice pool, Family wants to come back.

Nice area. Nice unit. Beach a bit of a walk but like that there were lounge chairs with umbrellas to rent. Pool and spa very nice. We did not need this time- but noticed pool has a handicap chair that we may need for later stay. Highly recommend this place.

The unit was ideal for a relaxing getaway with my husband. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean property and walking distance to restaurants, groceries, shopping and fun activities. Having the beachfront view was definitely a bonus. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

Mostly great stay

Most everything what great. With the exception of the dryer not drying the towels, maybe providing additional towels or a service. The other issue was other renters smoking weed on their balconies. All in all it was a great stay and we plan to return to rent in the same building

Nice Place

Nice place, not fancy. The management is excellent. Our air conditioning way not working. Within 1 hour the air conditioning was working. The only thing is the beach is extremely wide so the water is far. The good part is the sunsets are beautiful. The boardwalk allows easy accessibility to restaurants and entertainment.

Very very nice place

Great location, beautiful view, close to everything, the condo is nicely decorated with everything you need for your stay, war pool, private parking, and facing the beach and the sunset, perfect, thanks a lot for letting us stay there.

Birthday weekend

The condo is cute, clean, and has great views of the beach. The only issue was getting to the beach is a quarter of a mile and it rained the whole weekend on and off, which flooded the path to the beach. the water was more than ankle deep which made it difficult to get my 83 yrs mother across to the beach, so we did not enjoy it as much as we could have. Valerie at the front desk is friendly and very accommodating.

Great vacation

The condo was wonderful. It was as close as you can get to the beach on Treasure Island. The pool was great. Several restaurants and shops nearby- some within walking distance, some a short freebeachride.com away.

Family beach trip

Overall good, AC went out & emergency contact moved us for the night to a vacant room but had to move back to hot room the next morning bc there were no other empty rooms. Took 6 hrs for air to get fixed after the front desk employee showed up around 9ish, thankfully we found things to do to stay out of the 85 degree room

Wonderful 1-Night Stay

My husband and I live in Tampa. On a whim, right before Memorial Day weekend, we decided to spend the night at the beach, and looked for a last-minute booking. So many places were full - but TA-DA, up popped this VRBO opportunity! I called my brother and sis-in-law who live in Sarasota; they came up and joined us. Wonderful apartment, exactly as described - except the beach is actually much closer than one of the reviews states [it's maybe 400 yards away, not 1/2 mile]. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-equipped, the balcony is great for hanging out and watching the sunset. The pool is mighty fine too! We took full advantage of everything. :) Special thanks to Veronica, the manager, who helped us out with parking. Will definitely return.

Very nice condo and location

The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was a little smaller than expected from the pictures. Two beach lawn chairs and an umbrella were provided for use, which was nice. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. The location was close to and within walking distance to restaurants and live music.
