Quelle unité exquise en bord de mer! Situé à environ 300 mètres au nord de John's Pass, juste en face de l’entrée du village.

L'unité offre un plan d'étage ouvert avec 1100 pieds carrés le rendant spacieux et invitant. Ce magnifique condo en bord de mer peut accueillir six personnes avec 2 chambres et 1. 5 salles de bains.

Profitez de la tranquillité et de la tranquillité d’être situé sur le golfe avec le panorama le plus étourdissant de l’eau.

Dès que vous entrez dans cette magnifique unité, vous trouverez la cuisine entièrement équipée. La cuisine a été mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et de belles armoires blanches et son accès facile à la salle à manger. La salle à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes.

Le salon a été joliment décoré avec de confortables canapés - l’un étant un canapé-lit, une grande télévision et une vue magnifique sur le golfe. Le salon a accès au balcon en bord de mer.

La salle à manger et le salon offrent de nombreux sièges pour votre famille et vos amis.

Le balcon privé prolongé est accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale, offrant une vue imprenable. Les vues sur le coucher de soleil sont garanties depuis le balcon 365 jours par an!

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative dotée d'un ensemble douche / baignoire. La deuxième chambre offre deux lits jumeaux.

Les autres équipements incluent un accès Internet sans fil et un lave-linge / sèche-linge privé.

La plage est littéralement à quelques pas de l'ascenseur, avec un accès sécurisé par portail privé réservé aux résidents de Madeira Norte.

La piscine commune offre une alternative aux eaux chaudes et cristallines du golfe, avec de nombreux sièges près de la piscine, des parasols et un barbecue - le tout entouré d’un paysage tropical luxuriant.

Perfect location!

Wonderful location within walking distance to so much! One elevator wasn’t working the day of check in but the other one was still up and running and two flights of stairs made it easy to go up and down too. The host texted multiple times to see if there were any issues or we needed anything. The condo itself was nice, clean and was a wonderful place to sleep at the end of the day.

Great location

This property was located in an area where we could fully enjoy St John’s Pass. We don’t have to drive anywhere, which we appreciated. The condo was fully stocked and plenty of dishes, beach towels, cooler, etc. The bed was good but warm. The floors seemed really dirty for some reason so we felt our feet were never clean. The pool is deceiving with a max capacity of 8! So there were never enough chairs for everyone wanting to sit by the pool. My teens went next door with their friends with a much larger pool..otherwise second floor was very nice!

Great Condo and Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and fire department was quick to rescue people trapped in the one elevator still in service. Condo needs overall update starting with elimination of dirty rugs. HOA makes rules that only apply to renters (parking and pool rules). Beach Time Rentals does a great job communicating with renters.

Beach out your back door!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this rental for location, location, location and it did not disappoint!!! We woke up to a spectacular view of the ocean while sipping our coffee. The apartment had everything we needed, including a nice new washer/dryer. There were plenty of beach items to take and use for the beach and we bought a few items to donate to the beach trunk as well for others to use after us. You literally cross the street to enjoy the John’s Pass shops, restaurants and boardwalk. We also took a boat ride on the Shark Boat and saw lots of dolphins on our ride. We could not have had a better time and the beach access was the absolute highlight. We almost had the entire beach to ourselves, very private. The last day we were at the beach a manatee was just floating by us 20 ft. away! If I were to give any suggestion it would be to add box springs to the beds for a little more comfort but we would LOVE to return, thank you for having us!

Pool is located beach side so the views were great. Our unit was ocean facing, which we loved. Unfortunately the primary bed was awful. We didn’t sleep well at all. Overall the experience was good. All amenities you could need. The style is a bit dated. The bathroom could use some work.

It could use a couple must haves for a family vacation like a crock pot for easy meals and definitely an ice maker. Great Location

The condo was clean and well stocked with supplies. It had everything we needed for our stay, beach towels, hand soap for all sinks, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner etc. All the things I did not have to Instacart which was great. The location is great!! Sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins play each morning, just steps to the beach. Its located directly across from John's Pass, which was a plus for our family. The pool is heated which was also great as it gave our girls an alternative thing to do, as it was a little chilly during our stay. The condo and the complex are older, updates to the bathroom would are needed but for our family not a big deal. We would absolutely stay here again.
