Relaxing Family Vacation with perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had everything we needed and then some. There is also laundry facilities on each floor. Best location to all the entertainment at John’s Pass.

Reviewer Comments: Very nice, very clean, loved that they had stuff for the pool in the closet to use, and fans for us to use for when we slept, the beach towels were definitely an added bonus! They definitely thought of all the little essentials that someone need on vacation. We will return!

winter get away!

Reviewer Comments: I was lucky to find this place after my 1st place contacted me my rental wasn't available.This place was very "homey" and love the decor.Great location to everything! A little noice due to hurricane damage but over all can't complain.

We will definitely be staying again next year . 10/10 for sure !!!!! The maintenance and cleaning gentlemen ( pool ) are work so hard to keep the place clean and are super friendly !!!

Great location, excellent condo

Perfect location! While the unit doesn't look onto the beach, the building is situated right on the beach. Beautiful, clean pool with chairs and then the gorgeous white sand beach. Across the street are the many shops and restaurants of John's Pass. The condo is spacious, clean, and updated. The kitchen seemed to be stocked well for cooking. One item to note, although it didn't matter to us, there is no washer/dryer in the unit. We did see one down the hall, though, available for use. Don't hesitate to rent this condo! You won't be disappointed!

They were out in less than 15 mins to change the batteries. 2. The tub to shower stopper broke. They came out next morning and installed new.

The pool and the bbq area were all kept clean. There were lots of loungers available at the pool.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Horrible experience staying in this unit. Rules are not enforced at this resort. If you have a young family do not stay here. We did not sleep during our stay here due to people breaking rules (playing music on balconies until 2am). The people above us were constantly yelling and fighting from 11pm-2am and at various periods throughout the day. We asked to be moved units and were denied. This week cost us over 4000 dollars Canadian and it was such a waste of money. It was not relaxing due to lack of sleep and being constantly agitated by the noise. Do not stay here because if you have any issues no one will help you. They will only recommend calling the sherif. We will not stay here again. The unit has large windows in the master bedroom which is not good for noise. We heard motorcycles until 1:30am.
