Emplacement fantastique, spacieux et magnifique, idéal pour les groupes, bain à remous, chien ok

Construit en 2012, notre maison de vacances familiale spacieuse et confortable est située dans la région prisée du nord-ouest de Bend. Parfaitement aménagé avec deux salons et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade idéale pour votre famille ou votre grand groupe. La maison est accessible à pied aux restaurants fabuleux, aux pubs amusants, au marché gastronomique de Newport Ave, au parc Drake, à divers sentiers de randonnée et à seulement quelques minutes du mont. Bachelor de ski.

Notre maison a un plan d'Ă©tage spacieux qui permet Ă  nos clients de se dĂ©tendre dans plusieurs domaines. Vous apprĂ©cierez l’ouverture du salon principal avec tĂ©lĂ©vision intĂ©grĂ©e et foyer au gaz, ainsi que la salle Ă  manger avec une grande table donnant sur le patio. Le patio fermĂ© / privĂ© a beaucoup de siĂšges, et cascade en plein air, grand spa de thĂ©rapie Sundance 6 personnes, et un agrĂ©able barbecue pour griller plaisir!

La cuisine bien aménagée est entiÚrement équipée avec des ustensiles / batterie de cuisine avec des options de cuisson comprenant un four à convection, des plaques de cuisson, un grille-pain, une cafetiÚre et un four micro-ondes. Il y a plein d'assiettes, couverts, etc. pour créer de jolis dßners.

Il y a quatre chambres, une salle bonus et trois salles de bain complĂštes Ă  l'Ă©tage. À travers l’une de ces chambres, vous accĂ©dez Ă  un autre espace de vie avec un canapĂ©-lit, une Smart TV et une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz, une salle de bain complĂšte et une chambre supplĂ©mentaire. ** Veuillez noter ** qu'il y a quatre chambres Ă  coucher: une des chambres a la porte d'accĂšs Ă  la zone de bonus et la quatriĂšme chambre. Les chambres sont parĂ©es de beaux draps pour un confort optimal.

Les installations comprennent le chauffage au gaz naturel, la climatisation, une allée, un garage pour deux voitures, deux foyers à gaz, trois télévisions HD, une télévision par cùble, un patio privé / fermé avec de nombreux siÚges, une cascade extérieure, un grand spa thérapeutique pour six personnes et un barbecue amusement!

Nous aimons les chiens! Votre petite à moyenne taille est la bienvenue avec un dépÎt non remboursable et notre approbation. Il y a des frais supplémentaires de 25 $ / jour pour votre chien.

Everything at our VRBO was absolutely great! The kitchen was well stocked, ample bathrooms, very clean and tidy, enjoyed having the hot tub, and the location was perfect for our needs. Having the options for early check-in and late check-out helped accommodate our group, who had traveled various distances to get there. Thanks so much!

Perfect location in Bend! Walkable to downtown and the River, wonderful restaurants just down the street, very comfortable for our group of 4 couples! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for easy access to explore town and have all the amenities of home.

Family Get- Away in Bend

The house had plenty of room for family time, eating and sleeping. There was outdoor space for hot tubbing and socializing on the patio. Anne was quick to address any questions that we had. The location was within walking distance of coffee shops, a great grocery store, restaurants, etc. We would recommend to family and friends.

Great home base

Great 2 nights in Bend. Everything was as expected and it was an easy walk to places. We spent most of our time adventuring out but thre hot tub was great to come back to. We had 7 adults.

Wonderful family house

I traveled with my three adult daughters. We each had our own bathroom in the second story. It allowed for some to sleep while others stayed up talking then quiet morning coffee without disturbing everyone else. Everything we needed for a great stay was provided.

Wonderful Bend House

This house was perfect for our family gathering, with plenty of space to hang out together and space to get some rest on comfortable beds. 3-1/2 baths were a bonus. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen equipment as well as the gas barbecue grill. The location was great- a short walk to the river and Drake Beach Park, as well as short drives to area hikes and Sun River. The highlight for our grandsons was the July 4th festivities (especially bounce houses and slides) at Drake Park. We’d definitely stay here again when we visit Bend.

Great place, close to activities.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is close to many establishments, and also a great home base for spending a weekend on the mountain. About 1/4 mile walk to nearby restaurants, and 1 mile to downtown. Both easily walkable.

Bend Ski Trip

Perfect for a family wedding

Awesome, Clean Space

What a great stay at this property. It was spacious, clean and inviting. The location was close to downtown Bend and alot of other activities and eateries. We were visiting Bend for my son’s wedding and it was great to have such a relaxing home to stay in. Thank you very much!!

Great place to stay with family and friends. The house is well supplied, roomy and comfortable. Great location, downtown Bend and parks all within walking distance. My only suggestion is to improve the front and back yards by removing weeds.

Great location and house layout

We ran into a couple of issues upon check in, but the host was really communicative and understanding. The house was awesome for a group of people. All bed rooms are upstairs which made it nice for noise management. Plenty of parking and good location to shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

Amazing Family Thanksgiving!

This Bend home is cozy, well-equipped and a fabulous location. You are walking distance to great markets, restaurants, and parks. Great house in wonderful location!

We were in town for a pickleball tournament and this house was perfect for our large group of adults. The location is very convenient and the home is extremely well-stocked with cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils and pans and all the basics needed for cooking. Two car garage was great given the heat. Fans and central air kept us cool. A++! Thank you!

Convenient location

Great home within walking distance to downtown, restaurants and park. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for meal prep. Especially enjoyed use of large garage to keep golf clubs and bikes in.
